Can't open *.ms11 files any more

Hello to all.
I have problems to open *.ms11 file since i changed the direction in "Optionen > Allgemeine Einstellungen > Pfade".
To open multisim.exe and then to go "Datei > Öffnen..." and open *.ms11 files works fine. But to double click on a *.ms11
doesn't work any more. Doing like this starts the process to install multisim. I guess the multisim.exe can't be found. But why???
Can anybody help, please?

Hi mikcon,
I tried to reproduce your situation.
If I copy my databasefolder somewhere else and change the path in Multisim, then delete the original folder and restart multisim,
then everything works fine.
If it still make issues, try to repair your installation and try to change the pathes from the beginning.

Help, can't open project file any more

I relaunched iMovie to refresh the iPhoto thumbnails and now my project can't be opened. It is not listed at all in the Project list inside iMovie. And when I try launching it from the Finder, it open iMovie but nothing happens. Not even an error message.

Can not open .sit files any more

I get a warning that it is not a compressed file. I downloaded a new copy of Stuffit 11 and it dosen't work either. The files show as an icon of a little brown suitcase ant the suffix is .sit. If you look under get info it says that it is a stuffit archive. I have been having this problem for several months. I remember that used to work automaticly in earlyer revisions of SO 10.4.

Start Stuffit and open the Preferences
scroll down the list and click on the Stuffit format
the panel on the right gives the extn (sit)
it should be Assigned to Expander
click on the Assign to Expander button anyway
close prefs and try again

Why can I not open PDF files any more?

Why can I not open up most of the PDF files that I receive via email. This has not been an issue before. Do I have to renew something or reload?

I can't export .oam files any more. What gives? A big bad bug? Anyone got a work around?

I was doing great with Edge until last night...when the .oam publishing feature vanished. I'm pasting small animations into my Muse pages, so this was a great thing, in theory, anyway. Tried restarting the app, tried restarting the computer, always opened the .an doc to work on the project. Thing is, it works once in a while...like once in 20 tries. Why? What's the deal? This app just not ready for the real world yet?

A couple of questions:
Are you saving first? We don't allow publish for new, unsaved files. (It seems like you're working on an an file first)
Do you have any errors in the warnings panel? Look in the lower right hand corner in the Stage panel.
If neither of these are the case, please post your entire project file on a file sharing site so that we can take a look at what you're trying to do and advise you.

I can't preview audio files any more

Hi all
I used to be able to preview an audio file in a finder window. It showed as a black icon with a play button in it .
This option has disappeared !
any ideas?

I was using adobe sendnow until now although at this time I came to Bolivia from Belgium. I can not send a file any more and can not suscribe either What can I do to keep on sending files?

Can anybody help?? I was using the application locally for the last 7 months.

Got everything to re-install and it worked fine...for a few hours. Then I came in to find ALL of my network users deleted. Just GONE. Then found out the Open Directory was trashed and was unable to open, recover or restore from a backup. Looks like I may have a bad drive here.
I installed a new drive in the system, re-installed and so far (for a couple of hours anyway) the system seems to be working and stable.

I have Acrobat 8 standard, I can not create PDF file any more. It stopps after 10%. This is happen after I have trayed Acrobat IX prof. demo. I have unstalled and reinnstalled Acrobat 8, the same problem are there. Can sombody help me.

What exact error pops up on your screen when it stops after 10%?
Please specify more on what you mean by saying 'trayed Acrobat IX prof.demo' as I need to analyze what exactly is the trouble.

Can not open parental controls any more

Earlier this year I set up parental controls for my children. I want to make changes to the parental controls. I am able to log in with my admin username and password to unlock, but for some reason when I click on the parental controls, there's no response. I even tried to set up another guest user, but when I enable the parental controls and click to open, it doesn't do anything.
Then I reinstalled the applications from the original disk that came with the computer. That didn't help.

I'd launch the Console utility and look for messages that might explain the problem.

Can you confirm which Camera Raw PSE 12 is actually using by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Plug-in -> Camera Raw.
If you do Help -> Updates it may install the latest camera raw of 8.4 - not on XP or Vista systems.
Do you use any Nikon software to download the images? The older versions have been known to corrupt the files.
