Can't open the iTunes Store app on my iPhone 5

I updated my software to iOS7 and all other apps work fine but I can't open iTunes...please
Help.

After updating to os7 my iphone 5 will not connect to the iTunes Store. I went in to settings, signed out, and then signed back in and retried and the iTunes Store still will not open. Works fine on Apple TV and my ipad, just not my phone.Other suggestions would be appreciated.

TS1424 I can't open the iTune store after I updated my iphone to iOS 7.

Hi there, could someone help me here please - I can't open the iTune store after I updated my iphone 4 to iOS 7. The problem occurred about 5 days later after the upgrade. There are no error messages. As I tap on the icon it opens just for a fraction of a moment and then goes off and back to the main screen. Other apps are working just fine. I tried following the troubleshooting steps as suggested by apple support, but that didn't help unfortunately...

You might have two different things going on at once here.
Starting with the registry settings message.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Also, check your settings for Safari -- enable cookies and turn off private browsing - see page 57 of the iPhone User Guide above.

I have the newest version of iTunes, and I cann open iTunes but I can't open the iTunes store, I click on it and then it says "iTunes is not working. Windows is checking for a solution" and then it closes.

This happened to me after the last iTunes upgrade. The solution for my problem was to completely uninstall and reinstall my security software PC Tools Spyware Doctor with Antivirus) Just disabling it did not work.

If you forget the Restrictions passcode you have to restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod. The iPOd willbe empty like it was when new.

Same here. I was online w/ apple tech support yesterday all the way up to level 3 support. Their solution was to restore and then reload from backup. Don't waste your time w/ that as it didn't solve the problem.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I trashed i tunes all together and reloaded everything. When I tried to access my shopping cart again it said I had to upgrade my itunes. So I did and now I can't access the shopping cart at all again. I think apple needs to fix it's upgrade! That is obviously the problem. I had a shopping cart full too but I had to scrap it and switch to the "buy now" option. Maybe someone will have a solution for us????

Thanks but it's just my desktop that doesn't see it though. My notebook sees it everytime, even at the same exact time that my desktop doesn't see it. For example yesterday when I was typing up this post, I was typing up the post on my notebook because my desktop didn't see the router. I don't think it has anything to do with the router actually, but I wanted to see if anyone on here has encountered this issue before. Other forums have similar issues but I've tried all of the fixes I found elsewhere and they didn't work.
Any other ideas?

I'm using Windows XP2. Can't open my "iTunes Store" page. Have to struggle to get to my library. Have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. Cleared associate apps in Add/Remove. Re-booted after every operation. No change. Still opens in library.

I'm using a Windows XP (32 Bit). I can't open my "iTunes Store" page. I have to struggle just to open the iTunes icon. When I do, it opens directly to my music library. When I try to click to the iTunes Store, it opens to a blank page with the words "iTunes Store" embossed in gray in the middle of the page. That's it! NO GRAPHICS! I even tired the "Diagnostics" test. It shows that there is a disconnect with the internet and the iTunes Store. When I clicked the "Help" button next to it, it opened to a totally blank page. Nothing. I'm trying to sync an iPad 2 to iTunes on that computer. It shows on the computer that the apps have been synced, but they are not present on the iPad. Just as a note: the apps and info in the account has been loaded on the computer via 3Gs and then a 4S phone. Thank you for any and all help in this matter.

If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > iTunes being set 'off' ?

You may think you are connected to the internet, but maybe not. Click on Safari and see if it connects.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

After the upgrade to ios7 my 4s iphone won't open the itunes store or allow me to search the store. Not even using a different app that links to the stores download button.

After the upgrade to ios 7 my iphone 4s will not open the itunes store at all. It will allow me to open a specific song from another app for download from apps such as shazam, but I cannot search the store. ios 7 is the worst thing since windows vista.

And it's not the safari settings either, i've already tried that and resetting my phone a few times.
