Can't open the sync 1.4.4 download in safari

Because of the username problem for new users of firefox home, I tried to download sync 1.4.4 to my IPod Touch, but, I get the error message, "can't open in safari"

Sorry for the insufficient info.
My environment is Windows 7 64bit.
The PDF was converted from Word file and for example the link which should open a local file was working on version 10.1.1.33 (like first picture below) but not anymore after updating to 10.1.4(second one).
Can you help me with this?

    Your iPad needs access to the internet via Wi Fi or 3G in order to access the App Store.
    Tap the App Store icon in your iPad.
    In the search field top right in the App Store window type in:

    As for Safari on your Mac crashing, you can start a new topic and post a crash report so we can try and help.

  • I purchased a book through iTunes and it downloaded. I synced with my iPad. It shows the book is downloading but that has been going on for two hours and i still can't open the book.

    Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :

    and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

  • OneNote recordings "We're sorry, we can't open the file because it is in use by another program."

    Constantly, OneNote breaks and screws up my recordings that are synced with my lectures. It is such a fragile process and very frustrating. As soon as I'm done recording, I press stop. When I test the recording, it says, "We're sorry, we can't open
    the file because it is in use by another program." I just recorded and then stopped it. If i close and reopen OneNote, it says, "oneNote is cleaning up from the last time it was open." And the recording still says it's in use by another program.
    I've even restarted the laptop and it still won't open. The only way i could salvage the file is if I copy and paste it into another folder, and then it will open through windows media player, but all the live syncing with my notes are gone. Where are these
    files stored? If I could save the sound and find the file/format that holds the syncing data again, I could work around this. They are no where to be found on my computer. Other forums give locations, but my folders are empty. Some other recordings work and
    sync nicely, but I have still lost many recordings to this error. However, if I play a file and then close it without stopping playback, that file, too, will now be unusable. It will be stuck as "We're sorry, we can't open..." no matter what i do
    and again i have to copy/paste it into a new folder and then move it back. I had the same problem on my last laptop. I record in Windows Media Audio 10 Professional at 192 kbs, 48 kHz, and stereo CBR. I need the high quality because the lecturer is too quiet.
    It seems to happen when I record long lectures, 45 min+. Shorter recordings tend to work fine.
    Please help, this would make note taking so much easier.

    A bit of a confusion on my part;
    Now we have created these REPORTS using Basic Crystal Report 10.5, which comes bundled with Visual Studio 2008 and .Net Framework 3.0. Now on our machines, we have never experienced any issues.
    Going by the above, you should have references to CR assemblies of version 10.5.3700 only. No other references.
    Now, looking at this paragraph:

    Standard troubleshooting...
    Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
    If still a problem restore with your backup.
    If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
    If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

    So I need to find it and trash it and start over.

    ctrl-clicked on it and opened package/content
    here I found the iPod photo cashe folder
    copyed this to a safe hard disk
    then deleting it's content
    and my memory/free space on boot drive is back

    How can I restore the "Sync Now" button on iPhone 5? (using iTunes 11.0.2) All software up to date and sync works by WiFi or USB if initiated from iMac. Bento syncs fine from iPhone 5.  The "Sync Now" button just doesn't appear anymore.  All I see is the message to connect by cable and click "Sync this phone over Wi-Fi". I have tried that and turned things off and restarted and re everythinged - no button. Syncs fine on WiFi if the computer initiates it.  Wife's phone bought same day - no problem.

    From iTunes' help:
    Turn on Wi-Fi syncing
    Connect your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad to your computer and select your device.
    Click Summary.
    Select “Sync with this device over Wi-Fi.”
    Disconnect your device from your computer.
    Your device still appears in the Devices pop-up menu in iTunes unless you click the Eject button .
    If you click Eject, your device is removed from the Devices pop-up menu, but Wi-Fi syncing remains turned on. Your device reappears in the Devices pop-up menu the next time you open iTunes.

    UPDATE - Ahhh haaaa!  If I log in with the guest account Illustrator works fine! WTF!? Oh well, at least I have a direction to be working towards, thanks for all the suggestions and assistance Adobe Community!

    UPDATE - Just installed the latest Illustrator update from Adobe - still not loading. Tried reseting the iMac's PRAM, no luck.
    UPDATE - I've just reinstalled the whole CS6 Suite, and the only things that have changed are that I now have a little white no entry sign over Illustrator (it still won't load) and I also have 1.5GB of application updates to do
    I don't have any direct evidence but I'm guessing this is a Mavericks incompatibility judging by the other issues people are having with Illustrator. Any suggestions are welcome!
    I've been using CS6 on my iMac for the past year (3.2GHz Intel Core i5, 32GB ram).  Everything running fine, no problems.
    Then I get the popup from Apple saying to upgrade to Mavericks, so I did. After updating my Java version, for the next two weeks everything carried on running fine. Until just now.
    I finished working on an Illustrator file, saved it and then exited, only to remember I needed to make one more small change. So I clicked on the AI icon and got this error message;
    'You can’t open the application “Adobe Illustrator CS6.app” because it is not supported on this type of Mac.' Eh???
    I tried doing a reboot thinking that maybe something had just gone wonkey and needed resetting. Still no luck. So I reinstalled Java again. Nope. Then I tried every other CS6 app and they all ran fine.
    Does anyone know what could cause Illustrator CS6 to be working fine for weeks and then suddenly become an unsupported app? These things always happen with you're right up against a deadline! I NEED ILLUSTRATOR WORKING NOW! HEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPP!

    I had the same issue and resolved it
    I first remove the prefs folder and the plist files for illustrator in ~/Libary
    next I logged off,
    then I uninstalled illustrator using the adobe uninstaller(http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)
    Next I reinstall illstrator
    after that it worked for me.

    • I thank you all each and every person, ladies and gentleman who are connected with Mozilla Firefox in any manner and who have contributed for its development and any other who is in any way even concerned and every well wisher of Mozilla. My good wishes for all of them and for their work that it has become so popular and every one of them has laboured selflessly and without any money angle for that and that is the best thing. Such selfless work must be appreciated by each and all.
    • My earlier suggestion for accepting cheques from those who like me do not have any cr. card has still not been accepted.
    • You please incorporate features from other good programmes as these are still not there in FireFox and I am using only this since when I first installed it and I do not intend to use any other but these features as I remember were available few years back are still not there in Mozilla so today there should be many more features which can be incorporated in Firefox.
    • When the connection is on but not opened i.e. the connection has been switched on but not opened i.e. the modem lights are on and not off then if I go back to a page opened then the Firefox shows loading problem but if I switch off the modem then I can access that very same page. This should be taken care of so that even if I switch on the modem but the connection is not on even then I should be able to see the page 1 or 2 or many pages backwards.
    • Then I can not open the history even of today and see that page whereas earlier I could click any history page and it showed even if it was 5 days old (which is my setting) and I have not changed any setting.
    • I also thank the all add-on creators because I have installed very few but even then these are very useful.
    • I would also suggest that you incorporate these add-ons in the FireFox itself for example I suggested many moons back that let there be a system of any number of tabs being opened (and a few more suggestions) and it is available as add –on in tab mix plus which I have now installed.
    • I also request to everyone concerned to give his ideas as to what other features can be incorporated in Firefox and these suggestions be on your website and after a certain number of well wishers and users select the idea you please either develop it yourselves or any well wisher can do it and then it can be incorporated in the Firefox.
    • I also give you my suggestion which is not available presently to my knowledge in the browser or add-ons this is that if I move a window in tab mix plus then it is always in a window for each tab but instead of that my suggestion is that I should be able to move any no. of tabs or any other tab to one particular window only and that too in any manner I like in any sequence like at a particular No. of tab say 15th etc.
    • I also feel presently having some problem that when I shut down the computer after save and quit pages that are there are not reopened. Loading problem in those pages appears I do not know the reason but Firefox should be able to show all the last page/pages/window/windows I was perusing after I saved and quit.

    Hi,
    Please provide more details about your computer along with the graphics card. Also, A log file might help identify the cause of the crash. Please right-click 'My Computer', select "Manage," look under 'Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application' to see if there's an event there from Premiere Pro. If so, copy the contents of that log and paste them here.
