Can't open up number's 08 in iPad

i can't open up my documents i made in number's_08' on my ipad2 or iphone 4g. It says i have to upgrade to NUMBERS 09' on my Desktop OS, IS THAT true ?

That's right, you don't have to purchase the bundle anymore, as long as you use the MacAppStore.

I can not open some internet sites with my ipad

since i download new apple software 7.2 i can not open some internet sites with my ipad! it lets me open only english sites nothing else...

Try a soft reboot and see if that helps.
1. Press and hold power + home button until screen goes off and apple logo appears.
2. Once the apple logo appears release both buttons and let the phone reboot.
This helps clear temporary files. I assume you've tried deleting safari from multitasking?
You could always try using a different app top browse the internet.
VPN is another solution as it has helped me out before.

It sounds like you have removed and re downloaded it from the App Store, but when you tap the app icon it still will not launch. If you haven't already, I would delete the app just 1 more time then restart the iPad Mini:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

Then install the app again and re test it. if the issue persists, I would next back up your phone to your iTunes library and restore it then test it out again:

The document should open as an email attachment in the mail app. Did you tap on the icon in order to open the file?
However, if you want to save or edit the document, then you will need a Word compatible app on the iPad. pages, Documents To Go, quick Office Pro ... And others are available in the app store.
But you can open and read it right from the mail app as an attachment.

TS3899 Upgrade to ios6 got the following problems in my ipad2 . Very low download speed. Can not open my apple mail in my iPad.

Upgrade to iOS 6 encountered the following problems in my ipad2.
(1) very low download speed
(2) I can not open my apple gmail in my iPad.
(3) I can't download new apps from Internet.

Have tried your suggestion of toggling but unfortunately that has not solved the problem - but many thanks for the suggestion.

You are going to have to give us a little more to go on here. What do you mean you can't open it? What happens when you try to? Are you getting an error? Do you have a Wifi connection? Are you sure it is up and running?

I CAN'T OPEN A DOCUMENT IN PAGES FOR IPAD.....

In the two years that I am using PAGES for IPAD never had a problem. I think it's a good app. But some few before one of the docs (od 3) PAGES give me a message like that CAN?= OPEN THIS DOC.=....I can't either in Word, Pdf.....Ity's very important for me cause weas taken in the Univertity .
If anybody could help.....???

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Can't open contacts app in ios 5 (ipad 2)

i've just upgraded my ipad 2 to ios5 and I can't open the contacs app anymore. Also it won't let me sync with outlook on my pc.

Me too - I can't open Contacts - when I try it immediately closes.
I upgraded iPad 2 to IOS 5 last night around 2200 UK time.
Also when I try to open Mail, Contacts, Calendar in Settings it immediately switches back to the home page.
All other Settings options appear to open without a problem.
Lastly I'm unable to make calls through Facetime.
All three issues appear to be linked to Contacts.
So far I've Reset All Settings, performed a hard reset and even a restore. No change.
I think restore failed because after the reset, the iPad 2 told me to connect to iTunes and it performed a backup immediately without me instructing it too - I'm guessing it backed up whatever the problem is, and then restored me to the same position.
Very frustrating!!

I used to be able to open up iclouds on my ipad, now it is a light grey and am unable to. At the same time my contacts are missing and i can't open up accounts which is in settings - mail - accounts?
I have the 'new ipad 3'.

If you have restrictions enabled it can prevent access to your Icloud and account settings, in settings>restrictions>allow changes you will need to untick this option , this will allow access to and changes to be made to your icloud and accounts, when you have done this you can simply apply the restriction again if you want to, this is a security measure to prevent changes being made without your consent .
