Can't order Halo Collection! Sold out and removed from cart?!?

Every time I try to order the Halo Collection I get these messages at checkout.
Sold Out: Halo: The Master Chief Collection - Xbox One This item has been removed from your order.
Sold Out: Halo: The Master Chief Collection Multiplayer Map Book (Gift With Purchase) - Xbox One This item has been removed from your order.
What is going on?! It's not even a collector's edition, how could the regular copy of such a big game be sold out almost two months in advance?!?
Please fix this Best Buy!!!

To be honest, I didn’t think there would be much interest in a re-release of the previous Halo games on the Xbox One, but this title seems to be generating a lot of hype! I am sorry to hear about the issues that you had trying to pre-order for in-store pickup.
I tried to pre-order this title for in-store pickup at my local store and everything seemed to be fine and it was available, so I’m guessing that the store you wanted to pre-order at had already hit their threshold limit for reserves of the game.
I’m glad to hear that you were able to get in an order to ship to your home though it wasn’t your first choice.

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

This cannot be done in Reader. I think you will need software like Photoshop. You may be able to get buy with Photoshop Elements, but I haven't used recent versions of that software. Using either software this will not be an automated task.

You found them ... where? Are they in Safari somewhere?
If so, do Settings > Safari > Clear History and Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data
If that doesn't clear them (and they are from Safari), try Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data and clear that area.

In the printer driver (accessed through the Page Setup button) set the Advanced tab to borderless. Then in the right hand panel under Layout set all the margins to zero.

In Safari, (I use Firefox only) cookies must be enabled. I never knew there was a connection between iTunes and Safari until now.

You can't remove apps from the purchased list. It's impossible. You can hide them but not delete them from the purchased list.
Tap and hold down on the app icon until it wiggles then tap the X on the icon to delete it, tap the home button to stop apps from wiggling.

If you are only updating apps, that's normal Apps and other purchased media are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them. You also don't back up apps or music to iCloud, the only thing backed up to iCloud is your app data, which is part of your iCloud backup by default.

Is there a possibility we can feed a rtmp source to AMS and stream from there to a player?
The requirement is we will be getting a RTMP source from an external provider, the feed we are receiving should be routed through our AMS. Is it possible? Please let me know your inputs.
Here is the complete use case:
1) we will have multiple contentowner, which publish there stream url to use.
2) we using AMS (adobe media server 5) and JW player to stream
3) from movie page, when user click the stream, we need the following action to happen
4) JW player query the AMS with stream url published by content owner, in turn AMS query the published stream of content owner and stream it through AMS and output is provided to JW.
these action must be dynamic / programmatic controlled.
currently we are aware of the use of Live encoder GUI application to start the stream, but we need solution to get this done dynamically. Please suggest

Thanks Bernd. We can't assign passwords before signature process starts as people will not be able to open the PDF without knowing the password. I think we will change our process and simply leave the electronically signed PDF in DocuSign and then "print" the PDF to our local file share for internal HR purposes. thanks again.

If you are using iCloud, you don't need to back up these items because they are synced with your iCloud account.
