Can't order photos! ERROR MESSAGE: Your account information has changed.

I can't order prints from iPhoto. It keeps saying...
*Your account information has been changed.*
Please review your billing information and approve it.
What is wrong? What do they expect me to "review" that I haven't reviewed already? I've checked EVERYTHING on my account at least 10 times either through apple's website, iTunes app, and iPhoto app. Everything is 100% accurate on my account -- address, credit card number, verification code, EVERYTHING.
I've logged out of my account, flushed the browser cache, restarted my Mac, and done everything over again. I can't even find a working solution to this problem anywhere on this site nor even Google! VERY FRUSTRATED HERE.

Well, it's the stupidest thing! Why they can't give an error message that's meaningful is beyond me because I'd be hard-pressed to say that I'm the only one that's had this problem.
From iPhoto, you must click the Account Info button and sign in to your account.
Then you MUST edit your Billing Information. <-that is the stupid part.
It does not matter if you've edited and double-checked your info on Apple's website. iPhoto turns your credit card number into a bunch of XX's and deletes the security code so that pretty much defeats the purpose of Apple "storing" your credit card info for easy ordering. You must re-enter all your info through iPhoto before it lets you place an order. Ridiculous!

    Go back and re-enter all of your billing information, including the billing address.  If that doesn't help try changing the Print Products Storte in iPhoto's Advanced preference pane, reboot, change it back to your country and try again.

    Yesterday, I purchased a $0.99 application without issue and installed it. It works fine. Today I am attempting to install a free application from the iTunes store and after I am bounced to the home screen and the new application icon is displayed (beginning to download) I get a prompt "Your account information has changed. Go to the iTunes Store on your computer and update your Billing Info."
    I went to the iTunes store at www.apple.com and logged in. I updated all of my billing information including re-entering my credit card number and whatnot. Everything seemed to be up to date already, and it accepted the changes without issue.
    I re-attempted to download the app (along with others) and I get the same message.
    I go to myinfo.apple.com and go through the "wizard" and all of the information is correct and I saved it to make extra sure. I go back to download, and same error message.
    I'm not sure what else I can do at this point. I can't download/install apps, and my billing info on iTunes Store is up to date and correct!
    Anyone have any ideas?

    All of the sudden I can no longer make purchase on my iPhone either, and I get the same EXTREMELY frustrating billing info has changed message. I have done everything that I can find on every forum:
    1) Updated my already correct billing info and saved it
    2) Updated my already correct addresses/contact info on my apple info page on the web
    3) Logged in and logged out of itunes
    4) Deauthorized and reauthorized my computer
    5) Soft reset of iphone
    6) Synced my iphone with my macbook
    7) Made a new purchase on my computer and agreed to the new terms of service
    8) Yelled at my iphone (this one is very satisfying)
    I'm out of ideas. Someone please help. I want to give Apple money and it shouldn't be this difficult.

    this error message first appeared when i originally bought my atv in the spring. After tech support and swapping the my first atv, I eventually setup a second itunes account with a new email address and the issue went away. However occasionally it persists. the full message is "Your email address has changed or is invalid. Go to the itunes store on your computer and update your account info." Surprisingly I am able to log in to itunes on my computer with the same email address and login on my apple tv, but when i attempt to purchase or rent the error message appears and prevents my from buying.     We had this same problem, and we found a fix that seems to have worked. It's a silly bug having to do with a change in the way your state of residence is stored in your account. The problem and fix is described here:

    My Iphone 4 is telling me the same thing and I believe I figured out what the problem is.  I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges.  Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled."  I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases."  One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things.  It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!.  My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money.  She spent $106.00 buying stuff.  Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes.  I'm hoping this solves the problem.  Here is the link to learn how to disable "in app purchase" on your iphone or ipad.

    Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch then try logging out of your account on the device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

    Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

    The country listed on your profile is set to the country of where your IP address is listed in. If these steps to change your country don't work and you're on vacation and want to upgrade while abroad, contact the accounts team through the online contact form or Twitter (@SpotifyCares) and they can get this fixed for you. If you contact them through the contact form and you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with an agent that can assist you.
    If you are permanently staying in Spain, I'd recommend you try and get a payment method that's registered in that country so you can buy premium.
