Can't pay for the virtual machine!!

I had created a VM three days  ago and I  login and everything running fine. Then I couldn't use my free trial, so i convert the package to pay-as-you-go. Today I can't even pay for it. I don't know what is happening. Anyone can provide
some advice on this? Thanks in advance.

Did you  received any notification or error message when failed to connect to Azure VM? Can you logon to the Windows Azure Management portal? Please post more information for further analysis.

    After I upgraded to Mavericks I was also having this message when I tried to update. There was a previous post about this problem which offered this simple solution which worked for me:

    Got it! Thanx.  What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

    Yep! Anything that you want to buy can either be payed with a credit card, a debit card, paypal, or a giftcard/ iTunes credit.

    All merchants are tied into credit checking agencies. You don't have to do anything. Either they will approve your credit, or they will offer to "extend" you credit by having you put down a deposit, which ranges from 200.00 to 1000.00 depending on your situation.
    Any purchases you have made in the past with your debit checking card will be available through the credit checking agencies.
    Note that you usually have to have had the debit credit cared for 12 - 18 months before someone will extend you credit.

    Sorry, but I find that hard to believe.
    If I had a family plan with a son or daughter under 18 with a line under my family plan, I darn sure wouldn't want my son or daughter (who wouldn't be the account holder) having the authority/ability to make changes to my account without my knowledge or permission, or without me being on hand to approve any change, including purchasing a new phone and signing a new two year contract for their line/number, adding a data plan, or making changes to the calling or messaging plan. And the same for anyone with a line under my family plan even if they are over 18.
    And this is not the reason AT&T stores are out of stock. Apple directs larger available shipments to Apple stores over AT&T stores. Apple stores receive larger shipments of available inventory than AT&T stores do. Apple did the same with the 3G.

    I came up with the error below, when I am trying to start a virtual machine from my VirtualBox. It was working fine till yesterday, and all of a sudden it's throwing this error. The only change I can think of, is of some automatic windows update which might have changed/updated the registry entries.

    Host:     Win7 64 bit

    We configure some VMs on a cluster
    the default setting of automatic Start action is set to Nothing
    when the cluster is down of hyper-v service is stopped  , once the problem is solved , All VM will be run as it was running before the problem happened
    So What is different between the following options of automatic Start action
    Nothing
    Automatically start if it was running when the service is stopped
    And do you know why it is st for standalone Host not for the cluster as per this thread

    FYI - Automatic Start Actions in the settings of a VM are different once the VM is HA under Clustering.  Since the job of Clustering and HA is to keep that VM running.

    This question has been addressed for Windows 7, but my searches did not reveal this question posed for Windows 8.

    Technically, no.  The OEM is licensed only for the physical hardware on the system.  It isn't licensed for virtual hardware.
    You may find you're unable to activate your OEM license in the VM.  A lot of OEM Windows look for specific hardware to verify they're being installed on the correct hardware.

    I don't think that's possible.  (If you're trying to get it on another credit card, one option would be to purchase an iTunes gift card with it and redeem it to create an iTunes store credit.  Storage upgrades will first charge your iTunes store credit before charging your card.)

    Welcome to the world of digital media. Your can't really transfer it. I don't know what the rules are about transferring to your spouse but I do know that in some cases when you die, your heirs cannot inherit your digital media. This is why there is still an advantage to buying the CD since the usage rights belong to whomever holds the physical media.
    A possible workaround is to burn the songs to a music CD with yout account (tracks only without song titles) and then having your wife upload it as a regular music CD onto her account. It's been a while since i've done this so I'm not sure if it would work now.
    Please note that I'm not advocating copyright and/or TOS violations. I'm only suggesting ways to copy music for your own personal use which has traditonally been permitted. I only did this because I wanted to convert iTunes songs to mp3 files so I could burn them onto a data CD for use in my car. It would make sense that since married couples are a joint entity, this would be personal use.
    Also, I'm not a lawyer so don't take this as legal advice.

    If you don't have a rescue email address, or you don't know what it is (you won't be able to add/view it until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
