Can't purchase anything from iStore
My payment method was declined. The credit info and address is correct but it still gets declined. I can't purchase anything. Please help.

I can't purchased anything from the App store, it keeps telling that there is a problem with the previous purchased and when I tried to re-enter the information , this message keep showing " your payment method was declined please use valid method" even though I've used it before . what can I do ? could anyone please help me?
ThanksEither that or you can just buy an iTunes card and put it on the account. I've have itunes account for a long time so maybe this plays a part in it but I don't have a CC tied to my account. I have the option to choose "none" and that's what I have it as. I used to have a card on there years ago but I removed it and never had to have another on it. Any purchases I make come from iTunes credits (iTunes card or credits I got from redeeming rewards).

My account balance was deleted and now I can't purchase anything from the iTunes Store
I redeemed a $100 gift card about a month ago, used barely any of it and now the balance has been deleted from my account. I added another $40 in gift cards today and still cannot purchase anything from the iTunes Store. A red message pops us telling me to contact iTunes Support. How can I:
1) Recover my account balance?

can't purchase anything off the store, it keeps sending me to my billing info telling me to correct indicated items but not showing anything incorrect, also says "please contact itunes support to complete this transaction"

I can go to iTunes on my computer and log in and everything is fine but if I try to purchase anything on my iPod or iPad I get a Fatal error and it keeps asking for my password. It's really frustrating since I know my password works! I've restarted both devices and still nothing.

My pay method has stopped working so that I can no longer purchase and/or download any apps or products onto my iPad. It is saying "there was a problem with a previous purchase. Use another pay method. What does this mean, and what do I do?
Further, in my attempts to correct the situation, I reset my iPad, resulting in my losing all the apps that I downloaded, and all the products I had bought and downloaded. How do I recover all of them (magazines, books, apps, etc).

Victor KalalaLook, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful. -

Most purchases are immediate. I'd try making a purchase on your computer and see if this problem persists. If it does, you may want to update your billing info (like if the CC expired)
You could also try signing out of your Apple ID by going to Settings<App Store<Sign out. And then sign back in, and see if the same issue happens. -

I can't purchase anything from the App Store, or iTunes.
I go onto the App Store, and update something. It then comes up with a message telling me that I have to check my billing information. I've entered all my personal credit card details correctly, but then tells my that my payment method is invalid. It doesn't just happen with paid stuff, it happens with FREE stuff too. I've bought lots of games off the App Store before, and there's been no problem with my payment method, until now.
