Can't purchase anything, keep getting error message.
Since upgrading to iTunes 8.1, it won't allow me to purchase anything.
I get the message "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The requested resource was not found."
Am I the only one getting this message?
The #1 culprit of not getting into the iTS after an itunes upgrade is security software blocking the new itunes version, and not telling you.
Go into Norton, McAffe, XoneAlarm, Kaspersky or whatever it is you have for security software. Take itunes out of the list, save, and put itunes.exe and itunesHelper.exe back into the list. Save it again, then try ITS.

You posted in the OS 9 & below forum. Your profile shows MacBook, Mac OS 9.0.x, LAPTOP 6 YEARS OLD. Then you state you are using Firefox version 3.6.23.
MacBooks can't run OS 9. The Firefox version requires OS X. Can you clarify what Mac you have and what OS it's running?
Also, it's not polite to type your question in all caps, as it's considered SHOUTING.

Can not use iTunes keep getting error message
When I select the iTunes icon iget this error message:
"The folder iTunes cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for the folder is inside the My Music folder. The folder is present C:\Data\My Music\iTunes
I have tried allowing iTunes to install in the Prograns/iTuens folder and I have installed it in My Music folder.
I still get the message.
Is there any solution to this problem?

Sorry to be such a moron with this, but I just don't have much experience with this iPad. I have had it for over a year and I just keep adding stuff to it and it has worked great. Now that the memory is used up, I am trying to figure out how to free up space and not lose what I have paid for.
So, Step 1 is complete, as I have "Transferred" all of the purchases.
What is Step 2? I unchecked the concert on the iTunes library, did a sync, but it's still on my iPad.

I keep getting error message, "can't open application PACE because PowerPC applications are no longer supported." I've run Clean My Mac and I still get the error.
Use the Finder "Go" menu while holding down the option key to expose your User / Library folder.
Look in the Application Support folder for PACE items and delete them. -
I cannot install Creative Suite 5.5 on my Windows 7 Professional. I keep getting error message: "Exit Code: 15 - Media DB sync failed". I have disabled UAC and Startup items and Services with no luck. Can you please help?

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted
Update pending to your operating system
Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages. -
Keep getting error message "FCE" can't install on this disk. A newer version of this software already exists on this disk. Have remove all FCE elements with no success.

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID. -
