Can't Purchase apps from Google Play Store

Hello,
After recieving my phone and setting it up through AT&T (had to get micro-SIM), I have recently noticed that I can download free apps but couldn't download (purchase) any paid apps. I recieve this error everytime I try to purchase an app:
I also have another Xperia phone which I was using with AT&T previously and it didn't have any issues buying any apps from the Google Play Store. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

If you can't see the image, the image reads: "Your purchase on your AT&T Mobility USA billing account was declined. Please select a different method"

That would be up to the provider from my understanding. With this being the case I would advise you to have a chat with your network provider.

Seems like we should be able to but I keep getting error that indicates an incompatible device. Android apps are compatible with the passport, so am I missing something here?

You can almost do it directly.....
There's an app called Snap.
But you need a computer in order to install it on you phone.
I highly recommend using their bete v3 version, I've put a link below to help you get started with some information about it.

Error message when downloading from Google Play Store

After recently doing the toshiba system update for my AT300-32gb tablet I now get the following error message when downloading free apps from Google Play Store -Error processing purchase {DF-BPA-13].
Automatic update for downloaded apps no longer works either. Anyone have a solution to this?

Go into your settings and touch "apps" on the left. Then touch "Google Play services" and tap "Clear data" and "Clear cache." Then touch "Apps" again on the left. Now do the same for the "Google Play Store" entry. Then hold down the power button until it asks if you want to turn it off. Go ahead and turn off the tablet. Then turn it back on and try again.

If you follow the link above and try download this app for Android you will find it is a broken link. Also it is not possible to download this app from Google Play directly as it appears to be missing. I had a long discussion with the support team Case#0209718698 who suggested I seek help here. This is very frustrating. They've suggested I post on this forum, does anyone have a way to purchase this app? Can't believe I have to post here for help when all I want to do is purchase an app, its not usually this hard to give someone money.

Just to add - I just finished on the phone with a very helpful gal from Google. She confirms that this app has been removed from the store but she can't tell if it was Google or Adobe that removed it. Either way advertising something on a site that can't be purchased is frustrating. Would really appreciate a fix

Your account is not valid for use in the US Store.
You must switch to the UK Store before purchasing.<
I have done nothing to facilitate this change in stores and have no way of knowing how to switch back to the UK store.
This is a recent development, I have not had any problems connecting to the UK store before, in fact it happened automatically. Can the fact that I am not actually in the UK now but spend most of my time in Indonesia? This has not effected my purchases from the UK store before, however.

1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the region where you are located.
9. Tap "Done".

Well, if you are in India, and are using a credit card registered there, and associated with your userid and the India app store you should be able to purchase an app from that app store.
If you are in the UK and attempting to purchase from the India store you may not be able to even connect...you might try and see if you can and what happens.

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

I called apple hotline and was told it's "impossible" to purchase apps from different region outside of US. I tried to use my apple ID to purchase and came back the message saying my apple ID only valid in US region.
So I tried to create another ID to register in different region. It appears I need another credit card number and address in that region in order to register and make purchase.
I see they are selling iTunes card in Walmart. I wonder if I can buy that kind of card to use it in app store. If ..... if they sell that kind of card outside of US, can I have my friend purchase one there and use it in app store? I hope there is a way to work around this region issue. The rep I talked to know nothing and did not even try to get me a good answer for this.

I have a Single edition of DPS and I'm creating a single app for iPad.
Now, my client needs upload a single edition app for Android to GooglePlay store.
My question are:
1) I need upgrade my DPS account to Profesional?
2) Can I cancel the Profesional acount after 3 mounts if I pay monthly fee?
3) What happen if I cancel the account. The app will be unavailable in the Google Play store from that momment?
5) The profesional DPS Acount include only 500s folio downloads by year?

Apps from the iTunes store are only for ios based devices. ie iPad or iPhone
If you want an app for your Macbook use the App Store on the toolbar and you can purchase a mac version if it exists.

I can't install apps from my apple store, need help

Hi All, I have an iphone 3GS. I used to download free as well as purchased apps from the app store. For some reason I am not able to do that anymore. For example when I try to open my facebook app, it keeps on not opening it, last time it did that to me, I deleted it reinstalled it, but now I am stuck because I can not install anything from the app store. Pls help what it does it: I click on the app store, it will allow me to pick the app I want to install (e.g. facebook, then it gives me the option to download, i.e. 'Free' but the free is with a plus sign i.e. "+Free" then when I click on it, the "Install" appears but partially like "insta..." then am stuck can't install or do anything, anyone with idea on how to resolve this?
P.S. I have not upgraded to IOS 4

Log out of the Apple ID on your iPhone.
Reset your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Log back into to your Apple ID with the current password.

My account balance was deleted and now I can't purchase anything from the iTunes Store

I redeemed a $100 gift card about a month ago, used barely any of it and now the balance has been deleted from my account. I added another $40 in gift cards today and still cannot purchase anything from the iTunes Store. A red message pops us telling me to contact iTunes Support. How can I:
1) Recover my account balance?
2) Make a purchase?

Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if it then works.
