Can't purchase or update anything

When I try and purchase a song off my pc, ihpones, or itouch it lets me put in my password like normal and then I get an error message "an unknown error has occurred (5002) There was an error in the itunes store. Please try again later" Checked all my personal info and everything is still as it should be. Also cannot get or update apps on our iphones and itouch. They act like they are starting to load and then quit. I have been back and forth with itunes support through email for a week and he keeps telling me it is a phone problem talk to someone else. Not sure how it can be a phone problem when the same thing is happening to 2 iphones, 1 itouch, and my pc. Any help is appreciated.

I contacted Apple care about this problem...and ended up having to re download itunes and install it again over top of the original itunes. Once this was done everything was back to normal.

Just wondering if anyone is or has had the same problem. I can access the itunes store and it partially loads but no images load. I can do a search in the store and it will find what I look for in text but no images. It will let me click on "purchase" or on the App store "update" but it will not respond. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great.

You can log out of the currently logged in account by taping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and you can then log back in.
If you updated your existing account with a new email address then that shoud 'refresh' it on it
If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can redownload its content and download updates to its apps. You should be able to update an account's email address via this page : http://appleid.apple.com

Itunes and Appstore won't let me purchase or update anything.

Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.

It sounds to me as though you are attempting to open a Pages 09 document with the Pages 08 application. If you do have Pages 09 on your computer, it may be that for some reason an existing Pages 08 application is invoked accidentally.

I've been having this problem for weeks and have found no solution to it. There are lots of other people with this issue too if you look back on the boards. I even e-mailed AND called Apple and have had no luck. I tried all the suggestions they gave me and all the ones I found on here- nothing worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed iTunes (boy was that a pain!) and no difference.
The weird part is that I have an old laptop that works and if I buy music with the laptop I can download it with my regular computer buy buying does not work on my regular computer. That tells me it's not a connection issue. I can't get to my account either.
I can't figure out why an issue that has kept so many people from purchasing a product has been ignored!

It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox are most probably caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and/or a malfunctioning Real Player browser plugin.

Had a security breach with my IPad. Actually my wife remotely turned on my find my IPad service to track every where I go. Not sure how she did it, she knows answers to my security questions, and password tendencies. So anyway I reset my password for my Apple ID. I am logged into my account. It is the correct account. I have the correct password. When I try to purchase anything, it asks me to enter my password, I do, then nothing happens. I don't get an error message, I don't get my download, nothing happens. If I try to click the "buy" button again, I can't even click it anymore. Nothing Happens.
I am able to purchase things on my iphone. I did this thinking I could then sync up to my computer and get the content onto my computer that way. When I connected my phone, the movie I had downloaded showed up on my computer, but it needs to be downloaded (from icloud?) However when I try to do this it starts the download for a half second and then stops. The status is "stopped". If I try to resume download, it does the same thing.

You should leave at some memory on your iPad for working memory for apps and other updates. I would leave 10% of my total memory as free at all times. Take a look at your apps you don't use much and delete them, also look at some of your media files, movies that you watched etc. If you need those apps you should consider investing in a New 128GB iPad.

Creative Cloud apps tab error; can't download or update anything

I'm trying to download Photoshop CC and so I've installed Creative Cloud Desktop. However, when I click the apps tab to download it it says "download error" with a link to install creative cloud again? I've uninstalled and re-installed it about 5 times now and it's still not working. When I sign out and then sign in again the apps tab still won't open but now it says "there's a problem, please close all instances of adobe application manager" even though there are none open. Is there a direct link to download PS that's not through creative cloud because it's not working at all. I'm using Mac OS X.
