Can't purchase Skype Premium, something went wrong...
I'm already a old style 'Skype Premium' user, with the old 'Skype Premium' features and unlimited calls to the US and Canada.
Other than that, I have a one month new 'Skype Premium' subscription that is still active.
Now I have credits in the accoun and I want to buy a 12 months new 'Skype Premium' for umlimted calls to over 50 countries, but it always gives me something went wrong error?
And where is the online chat support for 'Skype Premium' users? I just can't find it on the skype website at all.
So to answer my questions,

in the bottom and with a different confusing name called "Get More Help",
Then you will be forced to search your problem again first,

Bravo Skype, I can see why Skype can't make any progress and sold to MS and there's Viber coming in.
A company put the customer service to the last and least will not survive very long.

Was the music purchased via your iTunes account and/or did you buy it from other sources or copy it from your own CDs, or did the music belong to the previous owner ? If the music was yours then you can sync it back to the iPod via your computer's iTunes. If the music is not still on your computer then have you got a backup of it ? If not then for iTunes purchases you might be able to re-download it depending on which country you are in. If the music was put on the iPod by the previous owner then you will need to buy your own copies of it.

Cannot Create Skype Video Message – "Oops, something went wrong-"
I've seen this issue a few times on here but none of the resolutions pertain to my situation. While I can Video Skype, I cannot send a video message. When I do, I get the message, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again of get in touch if you need help." I have uninstalled Skype, cleaned the registry, restarted, and reinstalled to no avail. I am running 64-bit Windows 7 SP 1 on an HP G72 Notebook. There is NO external camera connected via USB. My camera options in video settings are HP Webcam-101 (in use) or Cyberlink Web Camera Filter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the DirectX diagnostics file as well. Thank you.
Try updating the driver from the HP drivers to the generic Microsoft "USB Video Device" ones following the guidance in the graphic below:

While upgrading my iPhone 3GS to iOS 4.2 something went wrong and came up with the message "The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred [1015]." Now it will not start at all. It just stays on screen with USB and the iTune picture. What can I do to get it going again. I only tried to upgrade because I was prompted to up-grade and now I am helpless. I did a backup before starting the upgrade. The error message did not tell what to do next. Any help is very much appreciated.
Usually that means the iPhone was hacked to unlock it from the original
carrier .
Updating the operating system locks it back to that original carrier

I have cleared cache and cookie and keep getting this message when i try to log into hotmail. Only happens in Mozilla, not other browsers. "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later."
It's been 10 days and nothing works.It is possible that the <i>cookies.sqlite</i> file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.
Rename (or delete) <b>cookies.sqlite</b> (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like <b>cookies.sqlite-journal</b> in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Based on your issue, I suggest you could try to use an another microsoft live-in user account to sign in the Visual Studio Community 2013 to check if you can sign in the VS2013 Community with update 4.
Or you could try to use same user account to sing same version of VS2013 Communty with Update 4 on other machien and the check if you can sign in this VS 2013 Community with update 4.
(1)If you could sign in the VS2013 Community update4 by the another user account on your machien, I think that the issue maybe related to your user account.
(2)If you still could not sign in VS 2013 Community update 4, maybe you will need to repair or re-install this VS2013 Community with update 4.
In addition, please tell me what browser you use on your machine.
If your machien just insatall other browser such as chrome, please try to install the IE and then check this issue again.

Do not open legal, just put the cursor there.
Then, on the remote, type this sequence : right - right - left - center.

Go to Solution.I had this same issue in my computer. I tried these steps; repair office, remove and re install office. I have contacted Microsoftlive support they resolved my issue. They told that they removed old office files from registry and re install the office. Now it is working well.

I use Windows 8.1 and many time when I try to access a KB or a Microsoft link I get this error:
"Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later."
it can happen either if I search something on google or enter a link inside Microsoft\TechNet\MSDN etc...
when I try to open the same link on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox - it opens immediately as expected!
I know IE opens my sessions with an integration to my Microsoft ID, though I don't see any reason why it will block me from entering Microsoft links
any ideas?

UX (It gets even worse if you try exploring the other options.) may be a really obnoxious hint to try changing my passwords, e.g. since I recently upgraded to W8.1 from W8.1 Preview. I contacted MS Support but their only suggestions were: to
do RIES (e.g. since the symptom shows on my browser, it
must be the browser that is the problem and ignoring my explanation that I had already proven that existing Cookies could not be the cause); try using a different browser (which I don't have yet because of the new OS); and then if that doesn't work try
to refresh the OS! (Talk about sledge hammer solutions to avoid doing diagnosis.)
A workaround is to open a new session where I won't be logged in and then I can just use the KB URL anonymously. (E.g. in IE press Alt-F, i. InPrivate Browsing mode (Ctrl+Shift+P will probably work too.) Annoying but not as irritating
as that damned UX.

I was logged in to Live, but somehow it is getting lost. I have tried both Chrome and IE. Is there something wrong at MS or with my account? Also, it took me 15 minutes to find anywhere to submit a problem or question...very frustrating.
It kept sending me to self help where none of the options were relevant.
