Can't recover database - ORA-0610

Oracle 11g
Win 2008
Can't recover database after db crashed last night.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> connect sys/sys as sysdba
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup;
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 6847938560 bytes
Fixed Size 2188768 bytes
Variable Size 4798286368 bytes
Database Buffers 2030043136 bytes
Redo Buffers 17420288 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01589: must use RESETLOGS or NORESETLOGS option for database open
SQL> alter database open NORESETLOGS;
alter database open NORESETLOGS
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01610: recovery using the BACKUP CONTROLFILE option must be done
When I try to create backup contriol file, I get os error:
SQL> alter database backup controlfile to '
2 F:\app\oradata\AHRPROD\control02.ctl';
alter database backup controlfile to '
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01580: error creating control backup file
F:\app\oradata\AHRPROD\control02.ctl
ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 123) The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is
incorrect.
