Can't register my new 3GS

I am switching from a 3G to a 3GS phone. When I plug the new phone into my computer, it asks me to register using my apple ID. When I enter my .mac account info, it says that it cannot register me, and sends me to a support page for registering using Windows-but I'm on a Mac, and always have been. Any ideas would be appreciated!

I purchased a 3GS in the philippines. The thing is when i connected it to my Mac i accidentally skipped the registration. How do I register it now? Many thanks in advance. I am also not sure what OS it uses. I must admit I am totally ignorant about using Apple equipment. Even the Mac i connected to belonged to a friend. Many thanks.

Can not register a new machine with Updatemanager

Hi,
I just install a new machine with Solaris 10 using a Flash image and Live Upgrade. The original machine from we create the Flash image was registered succesfull using Update Manager.
Now, when I try to register the new machine, the applications ask me the user and password, but do not makes anything. The dialog freeze. The only way to stop the Update Manager is killing them (at the end is the full java error stack).
I try with sconadm,
sconadm register -a -r /var/tmp/registration.profile
Unsuccessfull too, with the same stack error (Caused by: javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException: ).
I'm bored with the Solaris patch system: all the weekend was saying error 500 for all my other registered machines, and now I can not register a new machine....
This system fails all the time.. Is runing under W2K3 server???
Any Idea?

Well,
The problem was a Memory problem: The swap file was misconfigured. Once the system reboots with the correct swap configuration I was able to register the machine.
Anyway, the problem to connect with SunSolve is continous, but it is other point of discussion.
I hope this solution can help people with similar problems.

I've been a Cisco fan for years, but that product registration website is unbelievable. It looks like it has been hijacked; I can't log in and I can't register my new router. Really surprised at how awful it is, considering you're the global IT leader.

Old computer crashed, can't unregister it, so I can't register on NEW computer

My old computer's harddrive crashed, got it replaced, reinstalled photoshop elements.. then later crashed again due to other issues. I cannot un-register it due to other hardware issues, doesn't work... so I cannot register this product on my new computer. Is there another way to UN-register from the other computer?

I can't sign in b/c "your acct is inactive" and I can't register a new acct w/ the same email I used for the original registration. FF7.0.1

When I try to sign in I get "your acct is inactive" message and no info on how to activate it. When I try to register a new acct, I can't use my email address b/c its associated w/ my "inactive" acct. So I opened a new email acct in order to register a new FF acct.

Open Mail, Help
So, create your template from scratch or edit an existing Mail template and re-save it with a new name.
Your own saved or edited/re-saved templates are stored in the Custom list at the bottom of the Stationery types.
The default templates remain with original names in the original folders.
Then to use your template in a New Message, select it from Show Stationery, Custom.
To make it easier to select Stationery templates, first open Mail, New Message, View, Customize Toolbar, and then drag the Show Stationery button to the New Message toolbar. (It will not ever appear in the default Mail toolbar, only the New Message toolbar, and can only be added to the New Message toolbar.)

I'm trying to registered the new iPhone that I ordered on Apple.com. It shows, "According to our records, this serial number is registered to another Apple ID. If you have more than one Apple ID, log in to My Support Profile with that Apple ID to see your other registered products." Restart the iPhone.

Restore the iPhone.

Sounds like you bought a used gray market phone that's already registered to someone else. Return it and buy a phone from an authorized source.
