I can't open ITunes, I have an error message that says MSVCR80.dll is not found. Is anyone able to help solve this issue for me. I have tried to unistall and reinstall ITunes twice but continue to get the same error message.
A msi file is short for microsoft installer. It normally is for installation, removal, and maintenance for a program. So iTunes.msi would be used for the updating of the program. For some reason it isnt finding this so we can't update, install, or remove it.
From what I have seen windows installer cleanup utility solved related problems before.
I found this forum about removing and installing a new iTunes. It was about someone who was trying to isntall iTunes, and was looking for msi file and asked for help. Using this should allow you to be able to install iTunes. It won't give you the msi file but will allow you to isntall iTunes over again.

Another option in case you can't get an msi. (Or even if you can ... the msi's mentioned in the messages may be damaged rather than missing.)
Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
Ihave by mistake deleated my program creative cloud the consequence is that have no more creative cloud in my Computer . HOW CAN I RELOAD creative cloud.
The best would be if Adobe would send me a mail to click and install it again, but I can't contact any Body. I need help.

What exactly do you mean by that? That your iTunes Store page hasn't updated? If you want to see updates more quickly, you can ping the iTMS using this address: https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/pingPodcast?id=259673847 -- this will usually update your page a lot faster than just waiting.
Also, I noticed that your episodes listed in your XML file aren't all in the correct chronological order . . . you should have your oldest episodes at the bottom of the feed, and your newest ones right underneath your <channel> tags (in your case beneath the <itunes:category text="News & Politics"/> tag). Your jumpy episode listings may be causing the iTMS not to pick up some of your episodes.

Validator is not entirely wrong. It is recommended that if you list your podcast in iTunes that you have all of the iTunes tags. The <itunes:explicit> tag is one of them -- but that doesn't mean that your podcast is explicit. There are three categories that you can put in this tag: no, yes, or clean. So if you want your feed to look the same as it always has, just add this tag in your <channel> section (underneath your iTunes image tag would be a good spot):
<itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>
If you want the world to know that your podcast is not explicit in the least, you can add this tag instead: <itunes:explicit>clean</itunes:explicit>. This will give you one of those sweet gray "clean" badges next to your title.
So, yeah, add that tag.
Also, you might be interested to know that the reason you are getting the error message +Your feed appears to be encoded as "UTF-8", but your server is reporting "US-ASCII"+ . . . it's because you need to escape all of your single and double quotes into code: ' = ' and " = " (note that this just applies to text fields like the words in your title and description, and nothing in the body of the <tags> themselves). But this is not an absolutely necessary fix, and your feed should work fine even if you don't fix your single and double quotes. -

I can sincronize my Ipad applications with Itunes but I don't can backup my IPAD , I have the error to disconnect the IPAD in the middle of backup , and
now it's imposible make a backup , the process hanghed many houres at the initial steps.

Regards.Did you have iCloud photo stream turned on for photos? If you did, then you can view your photos at iCloud.com. If you can verify that they are all there, you can do the factory reset. Once you turn on iCloud again after the reset, the photos won't be on the phone but they will still be in the photo stream which you can view on the device. You should be able to copy the photos down to the computer from iCloud. On an Apple Mac computer, iPhoto can view photo stream and you can download photos there too.
Personally, with syncing issues with iTunes, I prefer to use an app called PhotoSync (which is an app in the App Store, Mac App Store, and available from the developer's website for Windows PC's. This App (once turned on for both devices) lets you send photos back and forth within wifi. -

Unfortunately, because you never synced it, you won't have a backup, so you'll have to re-add apps that were purchased, but if you recall the Apple ID and password used, iCloud 'remembers' all of them, and you can add them back. Also, the Apple ID is tied to any other purchases you made from iTunes. This happens.
BUT, consider the passcode for the iPad like your ATM card PIN number. Protect and remember it. -

I had gotten a similar problem, except with "provider services", i believe, but i solved it by copying sqlite3.dll from E:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support to E:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support. doing that solved my first problem, but now i have been getting the error described in this topic (unable to load dataclass info... etc.). i tried reinstalling itunes (i already had 9.1.1, and thats what i reinstalled) by using the method described on apples site (using the "remove programs" tool in the control panel) and then downloading and installing itunes. when i opened it again, i still got the same error, and just now i got an error saying "the instruction at "0x00aadb6b" referenced memory at "0x00000008". the memory could not be read" it gave me the option to cancel and debug, or to press ok and terminate the program. I tried pressing cancel, and the popup went away but nothing else happened. a minute later the popup was back, so i pressed ok and itunes quit. Upon opening Itunes again, i got the very same error. sorry for the long post, but its really been bugging me. thanks for any help you might give, and if you need anymore info, feel free to contact me.

I took my computer in to have the Backup restored onto my computer after having a new harddrive put onto my 1year 1/2 old MacBook Pro. When i got it home there was a new User that i had to logout of to getting into my normal user. Don't know why this was, just figured the Mac guys that installed my backup did this for some odd reason. Today i could not open any of my files in the backup on the time machine. All the folder had line going thought them and when i clicked on them I revieved this message: can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents. After talking with that same mac store. I decided to just delete all the files out of the time machine as it was just put back on my computer and i have everything i need. Hours later when i tried to empty the trash i got this messsage: the operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code -8003).
Any advise how to fix my problem?
thanks in advanceWhile you see a single trash can, in reality there are trash folders on each mounted volume. I don't use TM but what you are describing implies that a TM drive is no different with the way trash is treated. So when the TM is unmounted the trash folder on there is gone and thus the trash looks empty. Remount the drive, the trash folder on it now causes the trashcan to look like something is in it.
If TrashIt! could not remove the file, I'm sorry, you will need to use the terminal. We can do this one step at a time so you only have to copy/paste the lines into terminal (except the first time). So launch Terminal (in utilities). You might want to make the window that is shown a bit larger with the grow box since it's pretty small.
This first line is the only exception to the copy/pasting since you have to enter some information.
sudo ls -laR /Volumes/your-TM-volume-name/.Trashes
where your-TM-volume-name is the name of your TM volume. That's the part you have to fill in since I don't know it.
When you hit return the sudo in that command will cause a prompt for your admin password. Enter it and hit return again. Note the password will not be shown as you type it. Post the results so I can tell you what to do next.
Note this ls command is not doing anything but listing the files in the TM's .Trashes folder. Remember I said each drive has it's own trash folder. .Trashes is it. -
While updating/synching I have an error saying that my phone is in recovery; need to restore the phone before it can be used with Itunes. And the phone is frozen with a graphic of the itunes symbol and a connector. If I restore, I assume I will lose all my data. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to get around this? Thanks.
It should restore from the backup. If you don't have any backup then you will lose data but what you going to do you have no other alternative so go ahead and do it.

Have gone into my snyc data file to erase all data - error says that it can not be done at this time. I still have the error while syncing on my bar. Have tried to get a new sync number and that will not change - it goes back to the original how can I start over and try again?
This "original file cannot be found" thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

Error message when compiling book "file is corrupt" referring to a photo. Or "cannot find original photo". Can you use photos that have been "edited" out of "Book Mode"?
I did copy it to my desktop, but it still won't let me open it. I think the file on the disc might be corrupt or something like that though the cd itself checks out fine as far as viruses go. I was able to verify the disc, but that's about it. My husband tried it on his iMac and we have the same issue. It's unzipping the folder, but won't let us open the folder on both the Mac Book Pro or the iMac by double clicking, going to file/open or right clicking. It just keeps saying the same message as I posted above. I think I'm just going to have the client put the pictures on either a memory card or a USB memory stick so she won't have to compress the files for zipping purposes. It's been too frustrating trying to open this folder on this cd she gave me. She said she created/zipped the cd on her Mac Book Pro but it sure won't open on mine.
