Can't reset eprint password

I was unable to login to my eprint account. I clicked the "forgot password" link, and received the email. I clicked the link in the email, entered a new password on the site, clicked "update" and NOTHING happens. I have now tried this at least six times. NOTHING is happening. I still can't login to the account.
I have verified that no anti-virus or popup blockers are interfering with the website page. I have tried this with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. I notice many other folks are having a similar issue with this site. There are MANY posts with similar issues.
How do we get our password reset if this site is not working?
When will someone at HP investigate and fix that site?

I will need a little more information n order to help out. Are you using at least 6 characters in the new password that you are creating? Are you setting up the account for the first time or are you resetting the password for an account that was previously up and working? Are you using a mixture of numbers and letters in the new password that you are creating? Have you tried accessing the reset through different Browsers?

I helped him create a new email address and new iCloud account on my Mac but when we try to register the phone with Apple it says: Maximim accounts limit reached for this device. How can he register the phone? I read different threads and found out that only Apple care can do that. We're in Romania and don't know where to call. Any suggestions on how we fix this?

When I checked the support site for Romania, you apparently don't have an Apple Care contact center. You "may" try calling the US Apple care number to verify the account and have the password reset sent to a different email address. 800-694-7466

You do realize that there are many, many email providers and without knowing which one you are talking about, there is no way to answer your question?
Which then leads to this ..... Have you contacted your email provider about this? That's probably the best place to start. See what they recommend.

Which password isn't working? The one to access the iPad or the one to get your hotmail?
If hot mail, you go into the settings, mail, contacts and calendars and edit your hot mail account. Of if it won't edit, delete it off the iPad, then re-add it with the new password.

You're having a problem with your wifi and this is the forum for iPhones. You need to get someone to help you figure out how to use your wifi and provide you the password so you can connect to it.
