Can't reset - have tried everything!
Hi,
My airport express is blinking amber and I've tried resetting it several times. My computer says it can detect it, because my airport bars are full, but it won't connect and it's flashing. Any ideas? Thanks!

I most of the time would start with the same Apple Printer Support page tech articles
OS X Mountain Lion and OS X Lion systems will have the necessary printing software already installed, or will automatically download and install software when the printer is connected or configured. Do not install software that came with the printer as it may be out of date, and do not connect the printer to your Mac yet. Follow the instructions that came with the printer to unpack, install ink or toner, and insert paper. Finally, use the instructions in this article to connect the printer to your Mac.
Make sure the printer model is listed in Printer and scanner software, which is a comprehensive list of all printer models that have compatible software for OS X Mountain Lion and OS X Lion.

Try to delete the print queue under Print & Fax / Print & Scan then manually add a print queue.

ITS ALMOST BEEN A WHOLE MNTH I HAV TRIED EVERYTHING I DID ALL THE RESETS AND RESTORE YOU CAN DO. When I went to adjust the brightness on my iphone, the screen went black. I have tried everything I can think of and have read online to try....resetting the phone, turning it off/on, charging the phone, and restoring the phone. I can see the "slide to unlock" page and the "enter passcode" page. When I enter the passcode, the screen goes dark again. I can't even answer calls. What should I do now?
If no change after restoring the iPhone as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem.

I have tried everything including reseting my iPhone5c but still can't connect to App Store, and it's been over a week now! Totally annoyed now!! When I open Facebook and a few other webpages the screen size is large and some of the info will not appear. I have tried everything to reset the size and it does not work. I have even zoomed out and the missing info still does not appear. But if I log into IE it is just fine and all the info is there and is useable. I hate IE and do not want to use it so please help me fix this issue with Firefox.
CTRL+0 (<--that is a zero) will reset your zoom level on affected pages. Firefox remembers the zoom level you last used on a page.

Security question keep saying they are wrong and I know they are right. I can't change them cuz when I try it tells me to answer the questions. I have tried everything changing my account and all and still can't get it can some one please help me out.
Go here and select "Reset your password." You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions. You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

A message cannot be seen on my incoming emails. I can only view the message if I click on reply. Also any links attached to email will not open. I have tried everything to solve the problem but not able to.
Try closing the Mail app completely and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
How can I get rid of search.babylon in my address bar, I have tried everything?

Unless you are a new computer user you may consider doing the above in a different order, and even avoiding the Reset Firefox step.

I think that this toolbar came with a program which I downloaded called Dictionary Boss. Each time I bring up Firefox this "My Websearch Home Page" come up and replace Google. It seems to me that this websearch thing has become a part of FireFox. I have tried everything including deleted Dictionary Boss and this toolbar will not go away.

You MAY need to change a preference if when typing one or two words in the URL/Location/Address Bar sends you to some search page other than the one you expect. To reset your default URL/location bar search provider:
Enter about:config in the address/URL bar and press the Enter key
If you see a warning, accept it (Promise that you will be careful)
Filter = keyword.URL
Below the Filter, if keyword.URL is bold, right-click on keyword.URL and choose "Reset"

After working perfectly for two years my iTouch has suddenly stopped connecting to my Hub although my desktop computer still connects. I have tried everything I can think of, including suggestions off Google/You Tube but nothing makes any difference. Any ideas. Surely it is not fit for the scrap heap after two years, but is clearly no use as it is.
Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?
