Can't reset to 32 bit, no check box...Logic V.9.0.2....OS X running V10.6.2....on a Macbook 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo....switched to 64 bit a couple days ago...Wanted to switch back to 32 Bit..now when I open info window there is no check box for 32 bit...I have a dimmed Locked check box & Open with Rosetta checkbox but no 32 bit or 64 bit check box, even after unlocking finder at bottom of info window???

I have a a Macbook 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo which can run 64 bit, I've checked, Cor 2 Duo will run 64 bit, Yesterday I opened the Logic Pro V 9.0.2 info checked the 64 bit check box and Logic has been running in 64 bit, it displays it in the starup....I wanted to switch back and try it in 32 bit again, But when I open the Info pane now it does not diplay the 32 bit check box

After long phone call with apple support the thing that seemed to work was:
make a new user.
Copying the itunes app from the new user’s Application folder to the shared folder.
Then open up your old user account and copy it over the old itunes app.

Can't use LOV with item type "check box" in form
I have created a LOV that I want to use with a form application in 3.0.9. I need to be able to do multiple choices in this LOV (check box style) in the same query (only queries - users won't be able to update this field)
When I choose Check box as the item type in the form wizard I am not able to choose the LOV. I have to use combo box, popup or radio group for the LOV choices to appear, but then the query can only query for one value in the LOV at a time.
Is there a solution to this?Hi,
This feature is not supported as of now. You cannot have multi select LOV for a form field and hence a checkbox cannot have a LOV.

Can i reset N8 to out of the box condition?
Hi everyone,
I was thinking of restoring nokia N8 to "out of the box"(just purchased) condition. As we know that a soft reset(*#7370#) along with a factory reset(*#7780#) does exactly the same thing in a s^1 phone and one doesn't loose anything that comes as a part of firmware(or as i understand, please confirm/clear if its otherwise).
But in case of s^3 devices(came to know from a sticky thread above), its not the case and one looses some stuff that came preloaded on the phone(should be part of the firmware as far as i understand).
So what i want to know is the consequences of (i.e. what i loose from my phone):-
1. Performing a *#7370#
2. Performing a *#7780# 3. Pressing the power key for 8 secs
On a nokia N8.
I want to restore the original folder structure and keep my device neatly managed(a bit obsessed to keep things in order, though i'm not suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder, lol). So please help me to achieve this.
[N.B: i don't want to go to nokia care point to get this done, or to get stuff reloaded if i loose something that came preset].

Last observations are that not surprised N8 so cheap on pre-owned market as who can be bothered faffing around (after three finger power on reset to remove data) when selling to try to get it back as it should be.
Be aware that irrespective of "Hard reset" or re-flashing firmware whenever OVI Store is opened again on N8 it asks are you "username" and asks for password!
Have always found that after "hard reset" always seems to fail initial prompt to sign in to Nokia account with "try later" but that maybe because in marginal mobile reception area.
Long as you copy any .dcf material off mass memory it can always be restored later.

i want to display output with icons, and symbols (like Telephone) and check boxes in output of a report ?

We can use in alv output icons and check boxes
ICON(1) TYPE C, " as icon
SYMBOL(1) TYPE C, " as symbol
CHECKBOX(1) TYPE C, " as checkbox
in field catolog we can use these fields and you have to assign like remaing fields how you are using like that only. If you know Icon function code or symbol you put there, I think it may works.

I've exported from InDesign CS4 to Acrobat Pro 9 a file that's more or less a catalog, where you would check beside the item you want.
In ID CS4, I used the "q" in zapf dingbats to get the empty-box-with-shadow character, hoping the form field recognition function in Acrobat would pick it up as a checkbox. But nooooooo.
As there's probably 300 of those characters, I'm not interested in drawing a checkbox in Acrobat.
What can I do?can't you while Forms menu select Check box the click on it or them a choose properties and have it show the outlines?
If you hold down the Command key you can select individual items but they will stay selected (as long as as you hold command key down -- Mac only)
Once you have all saved then double click menu should pop up (or right click) choose Properties. should be able to show outlines of the boxes. -

Can we hide or remove the OCI Check box column from the Standard MDM Result set ivew?
Though i have made OCI disabled, I dont want to display the check boxes along with the product list.

If you are talking about the very first check box, then that is not related to OCI. Use of check box is to anable multiple item selection which can be used adding the records in the workflow, for comparison etc.
