Can't retrieve all presets with AVGetOptimizerPresets

Hi,
I'm trying to retrieve all presets defined for my Acrobat Pro 9.3.4 on Windows via that AVGetOptimizerPresets call and always get count of defined presets as 1 (retrieved is first one from the list of defined), while I have them actually 3 - 2 defined with name in Cyrillic and 1 in Latin.

But right now I'm already using Acrobat Pro 9.3.4 and not any old of v8.x
Is it a bug or limitation or anything else?

You've mentioned before (for other issue, to which you didn't answered to my question) that it's possible to submit formal report to Dev. team and probably (I expect) get back some incident number to track.
Could you or anyone else from Adobe on this forum help with that process?
Or should we with our customer together call some Adobe Volume Licensing (because customer has purchased Acrobat Pro 9.0 VL) team first, then wait while they redirect our question to proper Dev. team instead? I think it will take then much longer to resolve.
I really want to understand how we could resolve such issues in a quick way.
Anyone to comment?

You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.

The "bar" at the bottom does not say anything about all of your songs being on the iPod. It just shows you how much of its storage capacity is being used, based on what is on the iPod.
If you see "On This iPod," that means the iTunes sidebar (along left side of window) is not visible. This is easier to describe with the sidebar visible, so from the iTunes menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar.
Select the iPod in the sidebar, under DEVICES. There is a bar of buttons near the top, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This is the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box for Sync Music. You can choose to sync Entire music library, if (?) your iTunes music library fits on the iPod. With this setting, your entire iTunes music library syncs to the iPod, and new songs get synced automatically. A 7th gen iPod nano is 16GB, so your iTunes music library would have to be less than 16GB (not counting non-music content on the iPod). Otherwise, you can choose to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Then, select (checkmark) the playlists, artists, albums, and/or genres you want on the iPod from the lists below. If you want newly added songs to sync to the iPod, they must be part of your selection. For example, you can add them to a playlist that you have selected for syncing to the iPod.
When you click Apply, the songs from your selection sync to the iPod. Going forward, changes to your iTunes library (based on your settings on the iPod's Music screen) sync automatically to the iPod, the next time it is connected (or when you click Sync).

Having backed-up my old iMac using time machine, thinking to open up my iPhoto Library to retrieve all pics from Time Machine, but iPhoto doesn't let me open it. First a pop-up appears: "The photo library needs to be upgraded to work with this version of iPhoto. Your photo library will not be readable by previous versions of iPhoto after the upgrade. The upgrade process for very large libraries may take an hour or more to complete." When I click Upgrade another pop-up appears "You can’t open your current photo library using this version of iPhoto. You have made changes to your photo library using a newer version of iPhoto. Please quit and use the latest version of iPhoto." But I am using the latest version iLife 11. Is there a way to open up the library in a different way, so I can get my pics back???

It sounds like the restored database is damaged.
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

I have a jsp file which calls info from columns in a table. My question, is how can I edit it so that it retrieves all the rows?
I tried using resultset SalesInfo.next() which only retrieves the last row value and resultset SalesInfo.first() which only retrieves the first row value.

It depends what you mean by "following". Tables don't have an innate ordering. If you selected all the rows from this table they wouldn't necessarily turn up in that order.
All you can do is create a query ordering by one or more of the columns (in this case you appear to want lexical order) and then select on the basis that the column values exceed a set of values.
For example, with your data this happens to work:
select * from yourtable where col1 > 'B' order by co1;But I very much doubt that this is what you actually need to do, and it is VERY important that you grasp that tables do not have any innate ordering.

Scc question: how can I retrieve all files in 6.1?

I have recently upgraded from LV5.1 to 6.1.. In 5.1
it was possible to retrieve all files of a project
with scc. When I try to do that in 6.1 (scc provider, select changed files, get latest version..) LV searches
always in the local work directory for the vi's, but they don't exist, so I have to press "cancel" all the
time.
Is there an easier way to retrieve all files of a project at once???

How, in Illustrator CS5, can I select all objects with three points (or nodes)?

I am quite new to Illustrator, but it seems this should be simple. (It is trivial in CorelDraw X4: After selecting an object with three nodes, I go to Edit > Find and Replace > Find Objects > Find objects that match the currently selected object, and navigate through the remaining menus.)
In Illustrator CS5, the options under Select > Same do not seem to include selecting all objects with the same number of nodes as the currently selected object.
Double-clicking on the Magic Wand Tool also fails to provide such an option.
Thank you for any help.
P.S. Also useful would be knowing how to add other criteria to this search, e.g. how to select all objects with three points *and* the current fill color.
