Can't run test.fmx

Question

I installed a new instance of
win2k,
oracle 8i server
forms 6i server
on a test machine and I can't get the test form to show up in the web browser. The forms server log looks like this:

Yes, Im also getting the same error.
This is what I've done:
1) Installed Jinitiator on the client m/c.
2) Created a html- with coding for IE and Netscape.
3) Configured Jinitiator Control panel. with debug on. and gave the path for JRE.
4) When the hmtl is launched, the applet is beginning to load, but the error as indicated
by arjohnson popus up.
-But virtual path is meant only when you are using the oracle web-server as well.
I m using just the Forms Server to launch the form on the web.
