Can't see all my open tabs!!

Hey! Was just wondering, I have loads of tabs open in Safari right now, but the max I can see on my browser is 10. Does anyone know if there is any way of managing to view my other open tabs that don't show up on at the top? I know they are open, I just can't seem to open them without closing on of current tabs :-( Hope my question makes sense!
Thanks :-)

When you have more than 10 tabs open a double arrow appears in the farthest right tab. It looks like this >>
Tab that double arrow to see a drop down menu of the remaining open tabs. You can select one from that menu.

  • How can I see all my open tabs?

When I use the drop-down Windows menu, it only shows the name of the window, not the tabs within each window. And I don't an option for "Activity Window" (like on Safari), or anything else that will show me all open tabs. How can I see them, as flipping through every open window is a pain....

Does anyone have a response? Or know why even the windows listed in my dropdown list isn't even in alphabetical order? Why does FF make managing open windows and tabs so very, very, cumbersome and difficult?? No other browser is this lame when it comes to that.... Is it really so hard to put them in order, or to add an "Activity Window", which would show all windows and tabs that are open?
Also, WHY DON'T the tabs and windows that open up when I hit Restore Previous Session show up in the HISTORY???? If they did, then I could simply delete all the other history, and I would have a list of all the tabs/windows, so when the number becomes too big, I can simply close them out, and at least have access to a means of re-opening them, As of now, I'm stuck either writing them all down, or one by one saving them as bookmarks (which i really don't want to do), , or who knows what, but again, this is a royal pain, that other browsers make far easier....

    Hi,
You can try to set '''browser.allTabs.previews''' to true in [http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config about:config]. (In the [[Location bar autocomplete|Location bar]], type '''about:config''' and press '''Enter'''. The about:config "''This might void your warranty!''" warning page may appear. Click '''I'll be careful, I promise!''', to continue to the about:config page.)

  • I can't see all my open tabs from browser 1 in browser 2

I expected that one the first computer I leave my session, and after the sync on the second computer I will see the same state. I also expected that if I open 1 new and close 1 old tab on the second one, going back to the first computer I will see the changes there.
Instead what happens: I have around 800 tabs open in firefox on computer1.
After sync, on computer2 I can open a list called Tabs from other computers, this contains only 82 of the 800. I can't find the rest.
Also if I open one of this 82 and then close it, this does not sync back at all.

Moving tabs from one window to another makes the new window vanish. I have hot corners enabled so when I move up to the right corner of my display I can see all my open windows but when I click on the tab that I moved to make it its own window it vanishes

I came up with an alternative solution.
Instead of actually trying to move the JInternalFrame from one JDesktopPane to another, I added a single, maximized JInternalFrame to the left side. When one of the right side frames is to be docked, I merely copy its ContentPane to the single JInternalFrame on the left, set the original to be non-visible, and adjust the properties of the JSplitPane to make the "docked" frame appear.
When the "close" button on the docked frame is pressed, I simply undo this procedure to "undock" the frame and redisplay it on the right-hand side (with its content intact from the docked frame, but in its original position).

  • How i can have all my opened tab when upgrade my firefox?

now i'm still using very old Firefox 3.6.12, and i want to upgrede it. I always using "save and quit" to my all opened tab when quit and not using bookmarks. total about 300+ tab opened.
i already try upgrade once and all my tab is lost. and because of that i do system restore and reintall with old one again.
how i can have all my opened tab when upgrade my firefox?
    sorry my english is mess....

I do not think anything much has changed with the Firefox system restore files and how they are handled so it may be possible to keep these and use them after an upgrade in a new version of Firefox.
It is '''very important that you backup the Firefox profile''' see
*[[Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles]]
If you do that you will be able to use the open tabs again. <br />(May need to reinstall Firefox 3.6 again possibly as an additional browser) <br />
    You must
    * Put that profiles somewhere safe. NOT in the Firefox profile or program path. Your Window's Desktop is ok as a safe place.
*When needed. Only work with copies of those files. Keep the original files and folders safe.
Upgrade to the latest Firefox. Because you are going up so far from 3.6 to 27 do this by installing the new Firefox 27. Do not try using each upgrade step from 3.6 to 27.
    Please follow these steps:
'''Note:''' You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
#Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
#After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
#Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
    #*'''Windows:'''
    #**C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
    #**C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
#Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
##Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
##Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
More information about reinstalling Firefox can be found [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems?esab=a&s=troubleshooting&r=3&as=s#w_5-reinstall-firefox here].
WARNING: Do not run Firefox's uninstaller or use a third party remover as part of this process, because that could permanently delete your Firefox data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and saved passwords. <br />These cannot be recovered unless they have been backed up. <br />(That is why I asked that the profile was backed up FIRST)
You may be surprised and find Firefox still has the old tabs once it is reinstalled.
Post back with how you get on. We should be able to get access to the old tabs again.
In future I suggest you do not try to rely on keeping 300 tabs open all the time without bookmarking them. You will at some stage probably lose some or all of these tabs, or their related states and history.
    Please in future
    * Backup your profile on a regular basis.
**Once a week means you may only lose one week's open tabs.
    *Bookmark important open tabs.
    ** Bookmarks keep well.
** Open tabs do not keep well & may be lost.
    * If possible reduce the number of open tabs you use.

    rajlego,
in the Keyboard pane of System Preferences, select the Shortcuts tab, and then select Mission Control on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, make sure that the Mission Control checkbox is checked, double-click on its current key combination (by default “^↑”) so that the key combination is highlighted, and then press the F3 button — that will set its shortcut to be F3. You can now press F3 to bring up Mission Control without needing to also press the Fn button.

  • Updating to v35.0.1 lost all my open tabs

I just updated to version 35.0.1, as suggested, and restarted. When FF reopened, all my open tabs -- 200 of them -- were gone. Sometimes problems like this resolve with a second restart, and I did that. No help. History -> Recently Closed Windows had only two minor entries. Keeping perspective, I won't call this a catastrophe; I reserve that for things like my home burning down. But it's a big loss. Some of what was open, I'll remember and find again. Most of it, I won't. I'll start looking through History, but some of these tabs have been open for a long time and I'll have to go back a long way, and look at many many tabs that I closed between then and now, to find the ones that were open before I did the update.
Can anyone suggest anything else I might try? I do a daily backup of my system drive. Are there FF files I could recover from backup that would bring back whatever tabs were open then.
I'd also like to know if anyone else had this problem.

I did some more research and recovered my tabs. But questions remain, and if this happens again I'd like to know as much as possible about it. I'd be grateful to anyone who can answer them.
This article led me toward the fix: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1023996 . It gives these instructions:
    o go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\somerandomnumber
    o rightclick on sessionstore.js
    o properties
    o previous versions
o restore the version before you crashed
I found that directory but sessionstore.js wasn't there. Three other files whose names begin with sessionstore -- sessionstore-1.js, sessionstore.bak, and sessionstore.bak-20140923175406 -- were no help because they were, respectively, empty (0 bytes) and last updated in 2012, last updated on 2014-10-28, and last updated on 2014-09-24.
But also in the directory <somerandomnumber> is the subdirectory sessionstore-backups. It contains several files, the most recent one being upgrade.js-20150122214805. The time stamp in the file name is odd because it doesn't match the Properties information, which says it was created today, about the time I did the FF upgrade. But since the Properties info seemed right, I viewed the file with WordPad and it *was* the list of my open tabs just before I upgraded.
So I thought the fix was to close FF, copy upgrade.js-20150122214805, paste it into the <somerandomnumber> directory, rename it sessionstore.js, and restart FF. I closed FF, but as it closed, sessionstore.js appeared in the <somerandomnumber> directory. That was puzzling, but I viewed it, and it was the list of tabs I'd opened since upgrading and losing my old set of tabs. I couldn't restore a previous version because I don't have versioning enabled. So I saved that version of sessionstore.js under another name and created a new sessionstore.js as I described. I restarted FF, and glory be, my old tabs were back.
I watched the <somerandomnumber> directory again as FF restarted, and as it did, sessionstore.js disappeared again. To see if that behavior repeated, I exited FF, and as it closed, sessionstore.js reappeared. I opened FF again, and sessionstore.js disappeared again. Apparently FF moves that file somewhere else while it's running.
So my problem is fixed but several questions remain. I hope FF staff or someone with deep knowledge of FF can answer them.
    1) Why did I lose my tabs during the upgrade to 35.0.1? Was it just me, just a fluke? Or has it also happened to others who upgraded to 35.0.1?
    2) What created the three other sessionstore* files in the <somerandomnumber> directory? I'm pretty sure I didn't, and whatever did create them apparently doesn't do so consistently and in any case stopped doing so three months ago.
    3) If those aren't the backups of sessionstore.js, where do those live? I've had plenty of FF crashes and System Restore has brought them back almost every time. Clearly they're stored somewhere.
    4) What does FF do with sessionstore.js while it's running?
    5) Why is the timestamp in 'upgrade.js-20150122214805' several days off the actual creation date and time correctly listed in Properties?

  • How can I see all pages I have created?

    Hello!
I've looked everywhere on the web and I couldn't find an answer. I have this old server that has discontinued several of it's older pages, and is now only using one. I need to clean up old links, and get rid of all the old information. I have restricted access to Contribute, so I'm not sure if I'm missing on something because of that. I can't see all pages throught that left side panel. The only way I can see the documents and pages attached to this sever is if I go to this "Choose" button beside the URL entry tab, it will open up several files and indicate theirs respective pages. Are those all the pages from the server?
    I'm guessing I could also do it through FTP client, but I don't have access to it as of now. Please help me figure this out! :}

    Hi,
The Pages Panel lists only the web page which you are currently editing. And when you click Choose button, it will display the web pages in the server, to which you have access to. That is, if an administrator has restricted you to edit only web pages in a particular folder in the server, then, it lists web pages only from that folder. It will not show web pages which are in the other folders.
    Hope this helps.

How can I see ALL transaction history in my account.  Specifically, I want to review the gift cards I have redeemed but the amounts are not showing up in my account.  I know I have over $200 in my account and I am unable to access it.  The site wants me to pay by credit card and I don't want to do that.  Any ideas how I can recover the money in my account?

You can only view your account's purchase history, you can't view a history of card redemptions.
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
To view your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
You've tried logging out and back into your account to see if your balance then shows ? If not, and you can't see where it might have been spent, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
