Can't see Archive folder

After we migrated mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to Office 365. one of users can’t see his Local Archive folder. I try to re-set the AutoArchive and browse to the archive file. But Archive folder doesn’t show up. Why?

An Archive file is basically just like any other pst-file. You can connect to it via:
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

If you created an album containing some of your photo stream photos, this will not be shared using photo stream. If you want to share a subset of your photos, create a shared photo stream and share it with your wife, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99.

Where can I see project/folder size

Maybe stupid question, but - where can I see the size of a project or a folder in aperture? I only can see the file size of individual images...

thru the finder ...
locate your library, and right-click -> Show Package Contents ...
then you can drill down into the library, and on any project you can Get Info ...

Can't see Site Folder on desktop

I just downloaded the trial version of Dreamweaver. I can see
in the file window that my site has been saved on the Desktop. But
if I close Dreamweaver or collapse the window, I can't see the
actual folder on the desktop. Why? is this a limitation to the
trial versions?

No the trail version is the full works - no changes. Just
that it will
stop working after a month.

Reinstalling os x: Can't see "archive&install" option

Hi!
I bought my Macbook Pro Retina 13" 5 months ago, and I just realized that it came without iMovie and iTunes. It might have something to do with the fact that I bought a sample piece. The store said that I should reinstall OS X which should bring those back, and they gave me the instructions to do the installation with an "archive & install" option. But when I restart my computer (while holding cmd + R), I can't see that option anywhere! It just starts to reinstall OS X and I'm afraid that it will erase all my pictures and software (which I should do a back up of, I know, but now I don't have an external hard drive!). How can I be sure that the reinstallation won't delete my data, since I can't see the Archive&Install -option anywhere??

There is no such option since the disappearance of Leopard. Reinstalling OS X will not bring back iMovie since it isn't part of OS X and never has been. It's part of iLife which should be available to you through the App Store.
To erase and install properly you need to do the following:
Install OS X Using Internet Recovery
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
Erase the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your newly installed hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
This should restore the version of OS X originally pre-installed on the computer.

Where can I see ARCHIVED Business Partner Change Documents?

Hi,
I am archiving change documents of BPs with infostructure and Content Repository so that the change documents can be displayed in Archive Explorer TX SARI.
Now I am wondering if the archived change documents could also be displayed in transaction BP.
There in the menu is the option:
- Environment
- Archived Data
When I click on this I get the error message
There is no suitable active info structure
Message no. Q6507
But I have info structure SAPCHANGEDOCU1 active (I can see also in table AIND_STR2).
When I debug the transaction u2013 Environment u2013 Archived Data I see that it is expecting archiving object CA_BUPA (Business Partner) and not the archiving object CHANGEDOCU.
Does this mean that in the menu I only can see ARCHIVED BPs and not archived BP change documents?
I the archive Explorer the only place I can see the archived BP change documents?

Although, there is no standard functionality where you can see blocked business partners in the SAP ECC system. Please can you let me know as to why you are required to see blocked business partners in the SAP ECC system.
But if really required, you can design such a thing and that is possible as I have worked on a similar requirement some time back.

How can I see the folder "Library"?

What do I press to see the folder "Library"

There are multiple options since Apple decided to hide the local Library folder.
Select the Finder's Go menu. Now press the option key and the Library menu entry will appear. Use your pointing device to then select the Library menu entry and you land inside the Library folder in your login directory.
On the same menu without pressing the option key, you can select Go To Folder... or simply press shift+command+G. In the pop-up dialog, you can type ( the following character is a tilde) ~/Library and then choose Go. This too will land you in the Library folder.
There is a way to unhide the login directory Library folder until the next operating system update hides it again. This step requires using the Terminal application. The following command is non-destructive to either your nerves or OS X.
chflags nohidden ~/Library
Here's what you do.
Triple-click on the above command to select it.
Press command+C to copy it to the clipboard
Change your keyboard focus to the Finder by clicking on your desktop.
Press shift+command+U to open the Utilities folder.
Double-click the Terminal application - a window will appear
Change your keyboard focus by clicking anywhere within the Terminal window
Press command+V to paste the above command into the Terminal window
Press return to unhide your login directory Library folder
Quit the Terminal application and close the Utility folder.
Open a Finder window and confirm that the Library folder is visible

Hi, why I can't see the Music/Movie/Tv show on the left side under the devicedepart ment when I connect my Ipad with the PC? Even though I still see the ipad under the device, but I can't click on it to see the other folders (music/movie/Tv show)

I'm not an expert on this but I get these files now and again with my job where clients upload fonts to our FTP from a PC. These are files that OS X doesn't recognize or doesn't have the software to open it. It's probably because your drive was formatted for PC. Do the iPod video files have a file extension at the end of the filenames such as .mp4 or .mpeg (or whatever the correct extension is for iPod video, mp4 I think)? If not and in my experience, adding the correct extension to the file usually enables OS X to recognise and open the file. Try it with one of your files and see if it opens.

I have an N95 8gb with 30.0.1.18 FW. I have the latest PC suite and Ovi suite installed on Windows Vista 32-bit. I have a few personal folders on my phone's messaging in the My Folder section. I have never been able to see those folders on the communication centre provided in PC suite. Is there a way I can get it to work?

it's a shame that not all phones support it I dont understand the logic but I dont think it'll be too difficult to implement this.
N95 8gb is a top-end phone and yet it is not supported.... i paid $ 500 for this one.

Can't see Documents folder in Finder, but can see it in Terminal

I have a MacBook Pro, OS 10.6.5. My Documents folder does NOT appear in a Finder window, but I can see it using the ls command in Terminal. Documents is not an invisible file in the UNIX sense; its name is NOT ".Documents" Below is a copy of the line for my Documents folder from Terminal via ls:
drwxrwxr-x@ 17 mbbrown mbbrown 578 Jan 5 17:08 Documents
So why does Documents not appear in the Finder window? I have a short cut to it in my "Places" but the icon for Documents in the Places column is not the usual Documents folder icon; it looks like two pieces of paper on top of each other.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the Documents folder to appear in Finder windows?

If it has 'hidden' attached to it, then look at the "man chflags" command.
chflags nohidden Documents

Can't see destination folder option

I reinstalled LR and I no longer see "Destination" to select the folder I want the images to import to. Can someone help? Thank you!

Do you have Add selected at the top of the Import dialog instead of Copy, Copy as DNG or Move? Add doesn't show the destination.
If this isn't your issue, you can right click on any panel header in the right hand side of the Import dialog and put a check mark next to destination.

Can't see WinLive folder in N95 8GB download!

I am a N95 8GB new user. I would like to know, someone can download Windows Live by using N95 8GB. I've already called Nokia care line and my network provider. They all said, it is support but I cannot see any WinLive folder in Nokia download application. I'm from Singapore, so Windows live mobile is supported in my country. plz someone share the information.

I wrote another thread about this, but no one has written in that thread so i ask here two.
I have a 3 branded phone (Sweden).
And due to the weak features that 3 have in thier own version of this i downloaded and installed "Windows Messenger Live for nokia S60" version 1.0.6141 .
(if i got the wrong version please let me know)
During installation i synch/find my contacts for the account, so everything is installed fine (Windowslive.sis & dep.sisx).
Every time i try to login since i installed the program i get this message "messenger is not available at the moment, please try later".
If i read the FAQ here @ nokia pages it say's that the service is available here in Sweden.
But i have no idea how to get it to login.
Anyone who can help ??

HT201385 how can I see a folder in iCloud drive with documents from my computer on my other devices? Seems like it only works with iApps like Pages etc.

I have iCloud drive set up on all my apple devices and all is current, but I have a older I put in iCloud drive on my laptop. How can I get to those documents in that folder on my iPhone and iPad? Is there also a way to grant access like in the good old days for someone to drop a file to me in a quasi-public folder in iCloud drive. We did this years ago in OS7...why not now?

You're going to find that pretty much every cloud storage system works in a similar way. Some, like OneDrive, will allow you to select what folders sync to and from every machine it's installed on.
Maybe something like that would fit your needs better.

Can't see "Shared" folder

I've followed the steps of tuning on Home Sharing on my two Mac computers (27 inch iMac and a new Mini Mac), but the "Shared" folder isn't displaying in the lefthand menu section of Itunes. I have a local WiFi network setup and working using Airport Extreme. I can surf the web okay on either machine.
But not sure what to do next with regards to this problem.
I also purchased an AppleTV 2 about 6 months ago, and have never been able to use Home Sharing on that either. I've tried numerous times to work out what the problem is but no success.

I finally solved the problem on my system by switching both computers on AirPort Extreme from the "Guest Network" to the WPA Personal Network.

Can't see sync folder in LR

I would like to keep current year picture files in the sync folder and be able to edit them in LR. However, it doesn't show under my folders list for LR. Is there a way to do this?
Update: finally got this to work.
