Can't see contacts on PC without mobile Xperia

Good morning,
I want to see the contacts list backup on my laptop, but I can't not find out. I tried using PC Companion, but although I can see multimedia files about my backup, I can't not see my contacts. I always check the contacts backup choice when I do my backup. Can anybody tell me how can I see my contacts list backup, for example, on a text file or something approach.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Unfortunately it's not possible to see the contacts backed up in PC Companion. The backup is encrypted.
You can export your contact list to a .vcf file and use a program like Gmail contacts to import the .vcf to view your contacts.
To export the contacts open the contact app on your phone > menu button > export > internal storage or SD card.
Connect your phone to a PC and open the folder 'System' > 'PIM' to find the .vcf file.

Hi,
to see and check your configuration changes while developing you do not need to apply repository changes and move the changes to the server.
You can easily check everything locally on your computer.
What you need:
* Siebel Tools
* Siebel Developer Web Client
* a local database
-> Compile any changes you made to your local SRF file which is used by Siebel developer client (usually it resides in Siebel Installation folder \ client \ OBJECTS \ language)
-> Start Developer Web Client and check your changes.
As you continue your development, you only need to compile from Siebel Tools and your client will be automatically closed and re-opened.
This is basic Siebel development. You might want to read the Siebel Bookshelf for further details.

I have hidden pages in the PDF form I'm using (but didn't create). How can I see and print all the pages at once without clicking on the "next page" button. In the initial view, there are four pages, but if I click the "next page" button, there are a total of 12 pages in this document. This is three budget years, each year being 4 pages long.

You're most likely dealing with a dynamic XFA form created in LiveCycle Designer. You can open it, click the button, and save it, and it will most likely be 12 pages when next opened, but it depends on how the form is set up. The ability to make edits to an XFA form in Acrobat is very limited, especially for dynamic forms, so things like flattening aren't possible.
If it's not an XFA form, you'd still need to click the button at least once and save. To say for sure what's possible, I'd need to see the document. Can you post it somewhere?

Can I see contact icons/pictures in iMessage on iPhone 5 running iOS 7?

Can I see my contact icons/pictures in iMessage on iPhone 5 running iOS 7? I know this is a stupid little thing, but all my previous Android phones would show the contact icons/pictures not only in the conversation but also in the list of iMessage threads. This was exceptionally helpful for me, as I am slightly dyslexic. It saved me several times from sending messages to the wrong person. Since I coordinate my entire job through my phone, I really miss this feature. If anyone knows of anyway to get this feature back please let me know.

The only time you can see the contact picture is in a group message, unfortunately.

HT5500 can't see contacts when viewed from home pc

I've set up icloud on my iphone and my pc at home but i can't see any of my contacts when I view using icloud from my home pc
I've used the general trouble shooting guide and everything looks like its set up ok, all my contacts are there in my phone and I did the back up also

Yes I believe that's why you don't see them. You can prove this by tapping the work email groups so they are unchecked (so only iCloud is checked), then tap Done. If you don't see any contacts, it means that they all belong to your work account.
To copy them to iCloud, you would do the following:
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section) and select iCloud as your default account.
Download the app My Contacts Backup from the App store on your phone. (You will need the "Pro" version if you have 500 or more contacts).
Use the app to back up your contacts as an attachment to an email. Send this email to yourself.
After receiving the email, open it on your phone and tap the attachment to re-import them to your phone. They will be imported to iCloud as you have selected that as your default in step 1.
Check icloud.com to confirm that they are there.
You will see duplicates on your phone since you have copies of your contacts in your exchange account groups and your icloud group. You can hide the duplicates from view by opening contacts, tapping Groups, then tap to uncheck either your exchange groups or your icloud group, then tap Done.
If you want new contacts created on your phone to be added to your exchange account rather than your iCloud account, go back to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the contacts section) and change it back to your exchange account again. If you want new contacts to be created in iCloud, just leave your settings as they are.
You should now have a copy of your contacts in your iCloud account (visable on icloud.com). You can also use the app to back up your contacts at any time and save the attachment on your computer as a backup.

Can call Skype Contacts but Call to Mobile Fails

Echo Call Test = Working Fine
Calls to Skype Contacts = Working Fine
Call to Friends Mobile (who are added in my contacts list) = Call Failed
i've tried everything , downloaded latest skype 7.0+ version (my skype credit is $10), renamed %appdata% location skype to skype_old, re-login, i've tried almost everything, i don't know why "Call Failed" the worst part is no message as to why it fails, weird !

How can I see my kids texts without them seeing mine?

I would like to know how I can see my childrens texts and they not see mine?
I have an iPhone 5 and they have 4th generation iPod touches.

Can't See Most Recent Episodes Without Subscribing?

I'm experiencing a couple weird issues with my weekly podcast in iTunes, NF Show.

1. When you go to the show page in iTunes, it shows ten episodes, but not the ten most recent episodes. Instead, the newest episode listed is from over a month ago. People are going to the page and claiming that iTunes doesn't have our last five episodes. Yet when I subscribe, I can see and get access to all the episodes. Is there any way to correct this so the iTunes show page actually shows the ten most recent episodes?
2. Previously I posted this URL for people to get to the show on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/nf-show/ But when you go there, you now get an error message stating the show isn't available in the U.S. That's really weird since the show is produced and hosted in the U.S., and the link worked before. Now, https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/nf-show/id829116093?mt=2# seems to be the only way to get there. Any idea why?

Thanks so much for your insight, Roger. I've resigned myself to waiting to see if it will resolve itself, but now I seem to have an even worse problem that has developed: my podcast no longer seems to be "available in the U.S. store". When I do a search for it on Google, the URL for it now includes a "/ca/" for Canada, but that also doesn't work. Occasionally when trying to access it from the U.S. store, it says it's not available in that store but in another country's, and when I confirm to try retrieving it there... it also says not available.
I'm not sure what changed to cause this issue. Strangely, I'm personally subscribed to the show in iTunes, and I'm still getting the latest episodes, but when I try to go to the show's information page from my subscription, it says it can't get there due to a "temporary problem." And now, I just updated my iTunes to the latest version and the subscription is blown away. Have you heard of something like this happening before, or any idea what's going on?

Can't see contacts on networked computer - Error 2...

We currently work on a Windows domain environment, which has a folder redirection policy, that moves all documents, desktop and most of application data (only the folders we specify) to a windows 2k3 server.
We have a user with OVI Suite (latest version) and Windows 7 32 bit, and he cannot browse his contacts in OVI, it always shows "Error 208" and says something like "disconnect the phone and connect it again".
What we tried:
Running the software with a domain admin account on the same computer - Works
Reinstalling the software with the user account as local administrator and running the software with the domain admin account - Works
Running the software with the user as local administrator - Does not work
Reinstalling the software with the user account as local administrator - Does not work
The difference between the domain admin account and the user account as local admin, on a local computer, basically is that the domain admin account does not receive the folder redirection policy.
Any help would be appreciated.

1. Here are the instructions for attaching log files:
- Open Nokia Ovi Suite 3.0.0.284
- Enable log gathering by double-clicking the enable_logs.js file in installation folder C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Suite
- Click the button to start enabling the logs when prompted by the dialogue
- Click the button to confirm the "Logs are enabled" dialogue
- Exit Nokia Ovi Suite from File - Exit. This is mandatory! Closing NOS to system tray is not enough!
- Open Nokia Ovi Suite again
- Try to reproduce the error you are reporting
- If the error still exists, double click the collect_logs.js file in installation folder C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Suite
- Click the button to start collecting the logs when prompted by the dialogue
- Click the button to confirm the "Logs collect & zip finished" dialogue
- Attach the NOS2_logs.zip file in C:\Temp\NOS2 folder and screenshots in the error reporting form
- Go to your %TEMP% folder, which can be found by entering %TEMP% to the Windows Explorer's address bar. Then search debug_log_date.txt in this folder, where date is the current date (or choose the latest one) and attach also this file in the error reporting form. The exact %TEMP% folder paths are:
In XP: C:\Documents and settings\your_username\LocalSettings\Temp\
In Vista and Windows 7: C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Local\Temp\
- Disable log gathering by double-clicking the disable_logs.js file in installation folder C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Suite

IPhone in lost mode, if a person guesses the 4 digit passcode can they see/send messages and contacts etc?

I have lost my iPhone. Someone has found it. I got an email message when they turned it on and called it immediately. Unfortunately they turned it off, after the first call and now it goes straight to answerphone. It has been in lost mode for three days. My question is simple, if the person guesses the four digit passcode, can they send/see text messages and emails, can they see contacts etc. Do they need my apple id and password to access and use the phone or simply the four digit code?

Yes, i appreciate that. I do hope they don't, however the passcode is VERY simple... If they guess or if it was actually taken by someone that knows me or saw me enter the code, then can they use the phone normally once it's entered, will i get an email or will the phone come out of lostmode on the app? i downloaded skype and couldn't see contacts or menu bar. downloaded a NEW account, put in separate credit, and still can't see contacts or find new ones. there doesn't seem to be that feature. a contact list and/or menu bar. please help????

Have you signed into Skype with your Skype name and password? Do you have an interface similar to that shown in the video? Incidentally, the video demonstrates an iPad in landscape orientation.
