Can't see 'Download Firefox' banner on my blog?

I've used the HTML for a 'Download Firefox' banner on several Blogger blogs. They were displaying and working correctly last night but are not now visible to me, although a friend says he can see them.
The HTML reads:
<pre><nowiki><a href="https://affiliates.mozilla.org/link/banner/9029/3/1"><img src="http://affiliates-cdn.mozilla.org/media/uploads/banners/download-small-green-EN.png" alt="" /></a></nowiki></pre>
Thanks.

Don't you see that image?
Maybe use this link:

  • Why I can't see any Firefox browser windows after I open Firefox in Mac?

I open my Firefox as usual, but this time, I can't see any Firefox browser windows come out but only the menu bar on the top was changed into Firefox menu bar. Is there any problem with my Firefox or I accidentally activate some "hiding" function?

I am new to Ubuntu, but I see videos ok. Firefox may play some natively but I also have FlashPlayer installed. IIRC FlashPlayer is not on the original Ubuntu 11.10 CD but has to be installed as a separate Firefox plugin. From your system information aside it appears you do already have FlashPlayer installed.
    * Have you got FlashPlayer enabled currently ?
    * I Note you have [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DivX Div X] installed, which is not something I know about, but could that be interfering with some videos, have you tried disabling Div X.

If your launchpad icon is displayed on your dock, you should see a status bar underneath it showing download progress.

  • I don't have broadband and have trouble downloading such a large file. Do you have a CD I can use to download Firefox 3.6?

I want to install the newest version of Firefox into my computer. I'm currently not using any other version of Firefox. It takes two hours to download Firefox using a dial up connection. The connection is usually broken after 10 minutes of downloading. Can you make a CD of Firefox 3.6 available for me to download? I am currently using Windows XP browser.

A possibility is to open the Mozilla FTP website in <u>Windows Explorer</u> and download the Firefox setup file that way.

  • Can't see download progess

I cannot see download progress in Firefox 20.0.1 I click the arrow to see progress and nothing happens. What's wrong? It was a big download and the progress bar was there and it was not done. Nothing happens when I click Show All Downloads. It was working until this evening.I have made no changes to my pc this evening.
Also I cannot login to the support page nor reset my password so it's impossible to have an account with support. I had to create a new account 3 times before it would accept my password. I won't accept anything on the other accounts or accept any password reset. I asked this question with another account name, but can't respond because of the password problem. I am sure I am typing correctly and following the rules for password creation.

Downloads as seen in the new Download Manager are history items.<br />
So if you do not see them the you may have lost your history somehow.
You can try if they are still in the classic Download Manager that stores its data in the downloads.sqlite file instead of the places.sqlite that stores history and bookmarks.
You can set the Boolean pref browser.download.useToolkitUI to <i>true</i> on the <b>about:config</b> page to restore the classic Download Manager window and make all download settings appear in "Tools > Options > General".
You can check the browser.download.manager.retention pref to make sure that it has the default value (2: manual).

  • Can't See Downloaded PDFs in Safari 3.0.4

Installed 10.4.11 over 10.4.10 using software update. Safari 3.0.4 set to show downloaded PDFs in a Safari Window. Adobe Reader 7.0.9 set to show PDFs in Browser Window. Safari correctly opens a new window as the PDF download begins. All seems to work fine until the moment Safari is about to display the downloaded PDF in the Safari window. At that instant, the Safari window turns completely dark gray and you can't see the PDF at all. The whole content area of the window turns dark gray. I grabbed Safari 2.0.4 from my backup and tried it. Same result. I reinstalled Adobe Reader from scratch. Same result.
This is critical here. We have to view PDFs all day.
It all worked fine under 10.4.10.
    Any ideas?

Thanks. We can now see PDFs after installing Adobe Reader v8 as you recommend. But we sure miss the user interface of Reader v7 ! The user interface of Reader v8 will take some getting used to.
Would be nice if Apple documented the dependency/requirement somewhere, no????

  • Why can't I download Firefox 12 on my computer when I meet all system requirements?

I am running Windows 7 on my laptop, and am currently using Internet Explorer 9 as a web browser. I want to switch to Firefox. When I try to download Firefox 12, I get an error that the setup file couldn't be downloaded. The error won't tell me why it won't download, and I've double-checked all my download settings and system requirements; nothing seems out of place. Any suggestions?

    * It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files.
    * Try to Disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
    * see this article -> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_save_or_download_files#Temporarily_disable_antivirus_or_update_security_software

Are you getting an Error Message when you try to download Firefox? If you go to [http://www.getfirefox.com www.getfirefox.com],click the "download Now" button and save Firefox to your computer, does that work? then after saving, you should be able to double-click the file you just downloaded and install Firefox.

  • I may have inadvertantly downloaded to Firefox 5 instead of 4 and can not open the application because it is not supported. Can I still download Firefox 4, which I intended to do?

I wanted to upgrade from Firefox 3 to Firefox 4. But, after I completed the download and then tried to open the Firefox application, I received a pop-up message saying, "You cannot open the application "Firefox" because it is not supported on this architecture." Is it possible that I may have inadvertantly downloaded Firefox 5? I do not think that my system will support
Firefox 5. I am not a techie, so I very much appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.

*Firefox 4 versions and later do not run on a PowerPC Mac.
*Firefox 4 and later require at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.

  • There are some videos or images that I can't see with Firefox (4.0.1) but with Explorer I can

Many videos apear as a solid block, withut the arrow head or any other thing to star wieving it. If I access the site with the Explorer browser, the video can be see without problem.
I had rewieved all the settings and I do not find nothing that could control this.
The site I put below is only an example
    ???

If you use extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extension) like <i>Adblock Plus</i> or <i>NoScript</i> or <i>Flash Block</i> that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
    * Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

  • Can't see downloading in process on my desktop.

I took the steps to do free download of os x mavericks on my macbookpro os 10.7.5 and it looked as if the download was starting.  However, that soon disappeared from my desktop and there is no indication that it is downloading.  Is it still downloading and how will I know when it is finished.  It's been more than an hour.

It is a 5+ GB file and depending on your Internet connection speed, the download can take awhile. It downloads into your Applications folder and normally if you check the down you can monitor the download progression.

  • Why can't I download Firefox 4?

I have used Firefox 3. 6 successfully as my primary browser for years, but when I tried to download Firefox 4 the application would not open. After deleting older versions and repeating additionally download, I remain unsuccessful. A large white "no symbol" overlays the fox in the Firefox file. Any thoughts, anyone?
