Can't see entire audo region?

Hi,
I have made a recording in GB09, and I have 'hidden' or decreased part of it with the audio region length cursos that appears when you place the mouse over the bottom right or bottom left of a region
However, I now want to do the reverse, to see the entire region, but it won't let me! It seems as after you decrease a region's size, it leaves it like that and you have to stick with the smaller region
Why is this? It doesnt make sense

Yoo know how after you record something in GB you get a solid section for the recording, which shows the peakes in input, etc.
If you place your cursor on the top right corner of this section, you can "loop" it towards the right..
Similarly, if you place your cursor just to the right or the left of this section, you can "trim" the section, in order to eliminate unwanted recording parts or blank parts.
What I am saying is that after doing this, it wont let me "undo" this, i.e. it wont let me do the reverse operation, grab the section by the left or right and increase the size to see previously "hidden" recordings.

Can't see entire destop on a TV

I have connected my Powerbook to my TV using the DVI to VGA converter. My TV will take a max resolution of 640x480. I have set the display to mirror and set the resolution to 640x480. I can see it on my TV but the top and bottom are cut off and I can't see the entire desktop. I can't see the menu bar at the top and can see the very top of the dock.
I just can't seem to figure out how to see the whole thing. Am I out of luck?
This is an older laptop that has been sitting in the closet for a while, I decided to use it so that I can use iTunes in the living room.

The problem is that it does not detect the display as a TV instead it is "VGA Color Display". And when it isn't detected as a TV, the overscan option isn't available.
I changed my my theory on this and just plugged in to S-video and that solved my problem. There may be others that are experiencing this so I will leave this open a little while and see if there is a solution.

I can only see half of the page and there is no area to scroll down only across.

How can I see entire attachment name?

I sometimes send attachments which have very long filenames. They are filenames generated by a customer, and they do not want me to reduce the number of characters. By long, I mean just 20 or 30 characters.
When I attach a file, it truncates the middle of the filename, so I only see the first 13 characters and the last 4 characters (which is usually the extension). I realize that if I hover over the filename, it expands the name. The problem arises when I have multiple files from the same customer. They often start with the same name and it's only in the middle or end of the name that it is different. If I have these 3 files in my outgoing mail message:
notification1003simple.doc
notification1003exercise.doc
notification1003frustrate.doc
All I see in my outgoing message is 3 icons with names like:
notification_….doc notification_….doc notification_….doc
Is there a way that I can have Mail show me the entire filename in the outgoing message, without hovering over the files, so I can see at a glance that I have the correct files?

Yeah, I wish I had a better answer for you, but hovering over the file icon like you are already doing now is the only way I know to disclose the full files' names. I personally am aware of no 3rd-party plug-ins that will do what you want. What would be cool is if there were an attachment drop down, kind of like what one sees in received mail with attachments, where you are given the option to save files. But even that, I think, truncates the file names.
I was just thinking of something you might try -- I'd try it myself but my mail server is offline at the moment (has been for going on two days now), but suppose you sent such a file to yourself and looked at the "Save attachment to disk" drop-down that is there with received mail. IF the files' names were fully disclosed in that list, that would let you do a quick check then you could forward that message to the intended recipients. A kludgey work-around to be sure, with no guarantees that it will even work (sorry I couldn't test it for you first). Probably not something that you'd want to do if this a routine event (of you sending mails with long and very similar filenames).

Can't see/edit Editable Regions in Design view

I am unable to see or edit Editable Regions in Design view in
this template, or any pages created from it. Regions can be updated
& saved in Code view only. Recently upgraded to CS3 from DW8/OS
X 10.4.10. Have looked at other postings on this subject, but my
code does not contain the overflow reference. The header is an
include. Editable regions are body, sidebar, body2 and sidebar2.
The library item at the bottom of the page also does not show up in
the Design view. Please see attached code and advise.

Yes I've had the disappearing animation problem. It shows in preview but not in design,
I deleted and re-inserted it. That cured it - but for how long.
This latest update has been a disaster for me.

IOS devices can't see entire iTunes library via Home Sharing

Using both iPad 2 and iPhone 4s to view iTunes library on my iMac via Home Sharing. Both see very limited amounts of Artists/Albums from iMac library. Also, both see different Artist/Albums. p.s. I used Home Sharing for 3 yrs w/o problems, before this.

Everything is opening in extra large size so I can't see entire page

My icons are appearing in extra large sizes and when I click on one, such as Firefox to get my email or retrieve a bookmarked item, that also shows up in extra large size so that I can't read or write without constantly arrowing up or down. I've tried shutting down the computer, but it did not return to normal size. I really need help. Many thanks.

Use the F11 key or move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen.
I am using Ubuntu 12.0.4 with various versions of Firefox installed, I think that works with them all.

Can't see entire CD in iTunes

Having an issue with iTunes on a MacBook Pro running Yosemite and iTunes 12. I downloaded a single (Chris Tomlin's Jesus Loves Me) back in September. The entire CD (Love Ran Red) was released last week. The CD download did not include the single since it was already purchased. In iTunes, they stay as separate albums, even thought I've edited the info on the single to match that of the CD. I'd like all the songs on the CD to show up on 1 album. I don't have the issue on an iMac running Mavericks and iTunes 12. Any suggestions?

That's consistent with trouble with the Segoe UI fonts on your system.

Yes I tried that. I finally turned off all home sharing settings, shut down my desktop and found them in my account settings in the store on the cloud. So at that point I just had it download everything. But I suspect that with the ipad somehow being on, the store was saying I had already received them? Regardless, my trip today whilst running errands, I was rocking out to vintage Police music! Thank you so much for responding.

Turning off Home Sharing would seem the most logical step.

I tried saving this page locally and edited in Contribute CS4 in both Windows and Mac, the horizontal scroll bar did appeared. Please find the same in the screenshot below.

Or you can try clearing the preferences and connecting again.
To Clear the preference, quit Contribute, and then delete the Contribute CS5(or CS4 or CS3) folder in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\ and also run the following command " reg delete "HKCU\Software\Adobe\Contribute 6 (or 5 or 4.1)" /f " if you are using Contribute CS5 (or CS4 or CS3). Reconnect to the site and try the same scenario.
Note that, if you clear the preferences then no connection will be listed in Contribute, you need to recreate the connections. It will be like a fresh installation.

How can I see the entire "title" of a page (now truncated)?

I see that Firefox is now truncating the "title" of web pages. I cannot see any good reason for this because the space to the right of the title is blank. I think it was done in the "do anything to make changes to Firefox" department but in this case it is not an improvement and provides the user with less information.
How can I fix the browser so I can again see the entire "title" as provided by the web page designer? I don't want to take extra steps (if any) to see it. I want it to display automatically each time.

That is on the tab. A tab has a maximum width because otherwise a long title would cover the full tab width.
You can make the Windows title bar visible again in the open the customize window via the 3-bar Firefox menu button (Customize is at the bottom left).<br />
There you will find the choice to have the title bar visible.
