I was using help in JDeveloper and, suddenly, I lost it and can't open it anymore. Help me find help!

Sorry, forgot to mention, Im using Linux. I dont think I can run jdevw.exe. If I double-click it, I get an error.

When I try to learn how to use iWeb, I pull down the Help menu, choose iWeb Help. I get a window with various link, but when I click on one, i get a message that says "Help Viewer Cannot Open this content."
So what's the problem?

Yes, I can access Help in Garage Band and also Pages and prsumably other Apple apps. But not iWeb. Also, when I try to search for a topic, I cannot get the cursor to appear in the search window.

If not successful then try the standard fixes to rule out a software problem:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults.
If still the problem that indicates a hardware problem. Likely the backlight or its driver circuits and service is necessary.

Can not see the menu of New Business Components Package in jdeveloper

I am just follow the developer guide.

I can only see the File/new/buisness tier/ADF Business Components.
And can not find the "Business Components Package" under ADF Business Components either.
I am using the JDev Extension for OA (p5856648_R12_GENERIC.zip) and EBS 12.0.0.
And I create an OA Workspace and OA Project.

Can not see wave form in arrange window logic 9 Please help

I have been using Logic for 3 months now...mostly just importing old wave files from past protools sessions. Everything was working fine until I created a new session to record audio. I record the audio at a nice level...I hit playback...I can hear it fine but I can't see the wave forms. I can see it in the sample editor. I've searched around and found the same problem in the past on some forums......they say to trash preferences... I went to my mac drive...library...preferences and nothing I have no files labeled com.apple.logic.pro now I'm lost....the funny thing is... when I zoom in horizontal ...the wave form shows but it makes the track way too large. Any help would be great. Thanks

What is the "Recording Delay" parameter set to?
It should be zero, default is zero. If it's set to a positive or negative Logic will often not show the wavforms. If that's it, it's one of the long standing bugs in Logic.

You can't view your back up files at icloud.com.
You can't view your camera roll and you can't view your Photo Stream files at icloud.com.
The icloud back up plan allows you to "restore" your iOS device from the files you backed up at icloud.com.

I can only see some of the information of my Facebook friends in my Contacts. For example, a friend has a birthday today. I received an email that she and another friend have birthdays this week. I received a notification on my iPhone and iPad that her birthday was today. It was never displayed in my Notification Center or Calendar beforhand, like it's displayed for other friend's (for other friends, it's displayed in the Notification Center, with the Calendar icon, 1 day before). I looked at every setting I could think of and the Help pages on Facebook. Nothing is working. My friend with the birthday today has her birthday openly listed on her Profile information on her Facebook page. In my contacts, her Facebook email (the one Facebook assigns you when you join) is listed. However her picture and birthday are not listed. I displayed my Facebook Contacts only, and roughly 20 showed up and not the rest. It's like the devices are not recognizing those people and putting their information in the respective places. I have an iPad 3rd Gen, iPhone 5, and MacBook Pro (purchased in January 2013. I hope that helps) and ALL the software updates are current. Can anyone help? Also, my MacBook cannot access my Contacts from Yahoo. Despite my typing in the correct password repeatedly as well as deleting and adding the Yahoo account again. jpmarkques post is a good start point, after folling his directions, you can try detect displays. Also try different rsolution and refresh rates.
Most of the projectors I have used support a 1024X768 res.
Youcan also try a pram reset if it still does not detect.
Leave theproctor connected and powered up, power down the MBP.
Power back up the MBP and hold the following keys before you hear the start up chime:
Option, command, P,R (no commas) continue to hold these keys till you hear the start up chime 2 times.

Have you upgraded to iPhoto 9.6 for compatibility with Yosemite? If not, try that first.
It looks like iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnails and the original image files.
This can be caused by a corrupted iPhoto library, or the originals have been deleted or moved.
Try first to rebuild your iPhoto Library:
If you do not have a current backup of the iPhoto library, make a copy of the library, but do not overwrite any previous backup.
Launch iPhoto with the ⌥⌘-key combination (option-command) held down.
Select "rebuild" from the first aid panel. This may take a while for a large library.
Can you now see your photos again?
If not, rebuild the library with iPhoto Library manager as described by Old Toad: Re: iphoto crashed

Hello, I'm trying to transfer my old itunes library to a new computer using home sharing. It's switched on in both computers, but I can't see the old library in the new computer. But I can see tracks from the new computer on the old one. Please help.

Apologies for poor syntax, my arm's a little sore. Yes, one computer (old) is vista, new is Windows 8. Shouldn't I be able to import the whole library using home sharing? Am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance

I am having the same issue. I recently purchased a new laptop and I have spent the last 3 days using the home share to slowly transfer all 22,000 songs. However yesterday morning when I turned on both computers to continue the process I am having the following issue:
both computers are running the same windows OS (8)
both computers are running the same version of itunes
both computers are logged in with the same apple ID
both computers have home sharing turned on
Now however I can see the NEW computers itunes library in the drop down box on the OLD computer, however I can not see the OLD computers itunes library on the NEW computer. I can no longer see "HOME SHARES" on the drop down LIBRARY list on the new computer. I've taken the following steps to correct the error:
reset the router
completely shut down BOTH computers and brought them back up
reopened itunes
re-logged in on both PC's
re-activated both PC's with home share
The articles and help from the apple sites are worthless and it says if you can't see a library just turn home sharing off then back on - I've completed the above steps NUMEROUS times. After spending 4 days on transferring my music I really do not want to have to start over by using an external hard drive and then importing that way. I would like some help on discovering why the new laptop is no longer seeing my old library. (When it has been working up to this point)
