Can't see itunes store in windows 7

When I launch iTunes I can see my music but nothing in the store. Every time I do try to access the store my pc jumps up to 100% CPU utilization and freezes. I did not have this problem prior to installing the latest version of iTunes. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Try this,
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

When I access the itunes store on windows 8, it comes up with, itunes has stopped working and says trying to find solution and no solution could be found and then ends the program, how do I fix this?

Thanks I've tried this however it still is not working, I have tried uninstalling itunes completely and reinstalling it without any luck. The itunes still works, but when I try to get onto the store it still comes up with the error message. I have checked the firewall and it is allowed and I've tried safe mode. Any other ideas?

it shows up either as a page of 'static' or black. Internet connection is fine. Not sure what is going on.

Close your iTunes,

If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

IPhone user, Can Not Access iTunes Store, Using Windows 7

Dear Sir
I used to access the iTune Store from my computer everyday. But since a couple of weeks I started receiving the following (Connecting to the iTune Store) message after clicking on the Store link in iTunes.

It just stays there loading forever.
But I can access the store normally using my iPhone and using other laptops over the same network.
What can the reason be? I am using the latest versions of iTunes and iPhone on Windows 7.
I have tried the iTunes built-in connectivity test and it passed all the tests, I have tried re-installing iTunes, And I have also checked support article (TS1470) and I already have the mentioned options enabled.

With that one, try launching iTunes. Go "Edit > Preferences" and select the "Parental control" tab.
Is "Disable iTunes Store" checked? If so, try unchecking that and clicking OK.
Can you get through to the Store now?

TS1368 I'm getting an error code -1202 and can't see itunes store

Although I do have an internet connection, when I go to my itunes store, it looks like it connect but then the sceen is completely blank,
I also see that I get a connect process request due to a -1202 error,

You are trying to run something that is no longer supported in OS X. There is no Classic support in Snow Leopard.
You might try one of the emulators such as Mini vMac 3.3.2

The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.

As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here: ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

It's not in the top window now, it's in the main section. When you plug your iPod in click on it and at the bottom of the window the Capacity pole changes as it adds stuff.

I can't access iTunes store on my Windows desktop since yesterday.

I got a new Windows 7 allienware desktop this week, and I installed iTunes at the first time. I can access iTunes store via the software at the first day I installed, but I can't access iTunes store on my Windows desktop since yesterday. It always says there is a problem and I need to close iTunes when I try to access iTunes store. I tried to uninst all the related files of iTunes and reinstalled, but it still donesn't work. Now I can't download anything via my new desktop. What should I do to fix it?

You say your phone will not sync but then you say, "when it does sync."
Does it sync or not? Did you remember to select music to sync onto your phone before clicking on Apply or Sync?
You do have to have iTunes on your computer in order to sync your phone. And your music must be in iTunes.
