Can't see my draft in edit mode

I can connect to the website in Contribute but when I click
on "edit page" nothing appears for me to edit! I tried to reinstall
the trial download and since I am only trying it out, there is no
support I can call for help. I have been struggling with this for
weeks now and I only have one week left of the trial but havent'
gotten it to work yet.

I did the check via the link you sent (thankyou for that).
It said I already have Flash installed via Google Chrome (my default browser).
However, I have noticed since changing to a MacBook that Flash files only play if I literally 'drag' them into the Google Chrome Browser.
Therefore I think you are likely on the right path with your thought that Flash may be the issue.
How do I enable Flash to play, even when the flash file is not dragged directly into Google Chrome?
P.S. I cannot confirm Flash is the issue here.

The curser shows there are links when you move over. I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox and restarted my computer with no luck.

How can I see my movie in FullScreen mode

Hello everyone,
I've converted all my divx and other DVD Rip (home made) with AVS Video Converter Pro in order to import them in iTunes ... I try to see one oh these movies with my Apple TV thanks to my shared iTunes Library ... it's works but the video take only 2/3 of my TV screen ... I've got a 46" and 36" but this problem appear on both.
I want to see my movie on FullScreen mode not only 2/3
I checked video format and it's the same as the original movie (I tried to show this movie thanks to my Playstation 3 and it works in FullScreen .... but I want to use Apple TV for all my music and movies instead my Play Station
So is there any option or anything to do to enable FullScreen mode for my video ... do I have to convert my DivX in an other format ?

ALV in EDIT-Mode: can't hide the toolbar in edit-mode

Hi,
I have supressed in my ALV all standard-buttons with the help of an it_toolbar_excluding. I have built my own toolbar (p_object->mt_toolbar). Until know everything is fine, the ALV shows only my own generated toolbar.
In that moment, when I change a property of a column in the fieldcatalog ( wa_catalog-edit = 'X' ), both toolbars are shown, the standard toolbar and my own generated buttons.
What's wrong, how can I hide the standard toolbar when I am in the edit mode?

during testing I have recognized, that the buttons in the toolbar are new functions, because of the edit mode.
So I have put all the new button into the excluding list. It worked!

My account, my files, but can't see them in Target Disk mode?

I have a desktop machine and a laptop (PowerMac G5, Intel MacBook) both running 10.4.11. When the laptop is connected to the desktop in Target Disk mode, I can't see my laptop user account's desktop files, or files in the Document and other folders. I make clone backups of the laptop onto an external drive using SuperDuper, and have this problem in that environment as well. I understand that this is about account permissions etc. but how can I get access to an (admin) account that I myself manage?
SuperDuper tells me that it is because the short names for the accounts are different. Should I take the drastic step of using the utility ChangeShortName to change one of the names? Or is there a more ordinary fix?

Thank you Niel, for your suggestion.
However, it does not seem to do the trick. I did allow "All others" full read/write access to the account's Desktop, Documents, and other folders, but when I restarted the laptop in Target Disk Mode, the red minus signs are still there and I still get the message telling me I do not have sufficient access privileges. I am able to see the files in the account on the laptop that has the same short name as the account I'm using on the desktop, which is why I asked about changing the short name.
I am the administrator of both computers but have different account names for the primary accounts I use on each. This is a problem to me in Tiger. I used to be able to transfer files easily from the laptop when it was in Target Disk Mode.

Why can I see cookies only in safe mode?

[FF 3.6.10] I can read and delete cookies in safe mode, but in full mode the cookies list appears only as the little triangular icons; If I click on any one these I see the cookies for that site. Thanks, but that didn't work. With extensions & plugins disabled, cookies still weren't visible in the full-mode cookie window, but were still there in safe mode. (the RealJukeBox & RealPlayer Version plugins wouldn't stay disabled between sessions & anoyingly I can't uninstall them from the plugin page, but these weren't the problem.
The cookie names showed up again after I cleared the recent history. Maybe the problem was due to the active login of the site from which I allowed the cookie before the problem appeared. I've gone back and re-taken the cookie, and everything seems fine now.

Can you create an album in Edit mode for Elements 8?

I use a netbook and my screen resolution is maximized at 1024 x 600. I found another post that stated the screen will be cut off if there was less than 1024x768.
When I create an album I am not able to click "Done" at the bottom of the panel. This doesn't happen in Edit mode, only Organizer
I'm new to the program. Is there a way around this?

Can't see pictures in full screen mode

This is my new Mac Computer. Some of the pictures can not be viewed except as thumbnails. (When I try to see in full screen mode, there is a quick 1 second view,then a grey screen with an I in the middle and a dotted line surrounding it. There is no rhyme nor reason why some photos can been seen in full mode and some can only be seen as thumbnail.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
The ! or ? turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
The most common cause of this is User Activity in the iPhoto Library Folder. Have you altered, moved or renamed anything in the iPhoto Library Folder?
If you haven't, then try rebuilding the database. Hold down the apple and option (or alt) keys and launch iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.

User In Planning unit Hierarchy unable to see data form in editable mode

we are facing a problem in planning unit hierarchy in Hyperion planning, where we have 4 users, Hierarchy is define as
hierarchy: budget approved
version: approved
Entity: Finance
Senario:Budget
haroon asghar ( owner)
adeel javid (Reviewer)
Naeem asghar (Reviewer)
Imtiaz (Reviewer)
Issue is that,after start the budget activity (promotional path) by Admin, the data form editable to Owner haroon asghar
but after completing his work by haroon,when he promote the planning unit ,the next user in Hierarchy "Adeel javid" unable to see data form in respective planning unit in uneditable data form not only for this user but all rest of the users as well,while i think data form should only uneditable(grayed) for user Haroon Asghar who promote the planning unit.
we have checked all security rights to the users those are "Write access" but still Adeel javid is unable to enter data,so the budget activity is stop due to this problem.
when i remove the planning unit then i log in with all user one by one and see all data form required version,scenario and entity were editable to all users mention above
we want to run budget activity with the above planning unit hierarchy.
plz any one provide the proposed solution of the said issue
we are using Product Version 11.1.2.0.00

Reviewers will not be able to write data to the intersection. Reviewers can only review the data and follow-up with a Reject, Promote, Sign off, Delegate, Originate or Freeze.

Can i see my reports in offline mode in IPAD ?

Hi,
we are in 4.1 and having tomcat 7. I would like to know that is it possible to view the reports in offline ? As i did some R&D for viewing offline mode we can see the reports but when we give prompts it throws an errror saying (THIS OPERATION CANNOT BE PERFORMED IN OFFLINE MODE). Can any one help me on this.

I hope that your question was already answered by Ashish. If not, then I would like to point out the following.
Offline Support is based on Content Type
Webi - Downloaded Webi documents can be viewed when offline. However, if you would like to do some operations like drill, filter etc. which requires interaction with mobile server, you can do them online and save personal view for that webi document and then it will be available offline.
Xcelsius Dashboards - Xcelsius dashboards are available offline. Crystal - Crystal documents can be downloaded as PDF for offline use. Explorer - Explorer personal views are available offline.
Other content types like Design Studio etc. are not available offline as on today.

The menu bar is missing completly. Can't find or click on "file" "edit" "tools" "help" "history" etc.

Polarized Sunglasses can't see iPad 3 in landscape mode

I recently got a pair of sunglasses with polarized coating. It works fine driving and reading on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S. I guess it worked fine on my iPad 3 until I peeled off the protection sheet. Then I can still read it on portrait mode, but not on landscape mode. In landscape mode, the screen becomes dark almost completely.
Why?

Correction: With my pair of polarized sunglasses, I can only barely see the iPad 3 in portrait mode. But I can see everything in landscape though color changed.
