Can't see my podcast in US iTunes store

When I search for my podcast in the US iTunes store, I get no results. Also, it is not listed in the category (Higher Education) when I browse through by name. I submitted the podcast through the UK iTunes site, but I thought the podcast would be submitted internationally. Is anyone able to clarify this, or am I doing something wrong?! I couldn't find it by searching; you've not posted the Store page URL but I assume that doesn't work either? This means it's been removed from the Store.
There isn't any obvious reason for this. There seems to be no technical problem with the feed (though if it had been offline in the past for a period that could get you removed), and it seems given the subject matter unlikely that there is any objectional content in it.
It might have been removed in error - it wouldn't be the first time, though it's not common. All you can do is email Support at podcasts 'at' apple.com and ask them to look into this.

When I click on the link provided by Apple I see my podcast in the iTunes store, but when I just try to drill down to it through the iTunes menus I can't find it. I've noticed that there seems to be a maximum of five pages of podcasts for each category. What are you trying to do exactly and how are you trying to do it? You want to view artwork for tracks that on your iPod in iTunes? Why would you want to do that when you can just do that from your main iTunes Music library?

Can't see my podcast graphic in iTunes

Hi All,
I've had a podcast available on iTunes for about 5 weeks now. The URL is http://5Songs.com I have a graphic that is a 1400 x 1400 pixels .png as recommended by iTunes. It doesn't show up in iTunes. It resides at WordPress.com through Feedburner. I have placed the URL of the graphic into feedburner and the graphic shows up there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nor do you have any 'itunes:...' tags including 'itunes:image' without which your image cannot appear in the Store.<<
Part of my confusion is, when you say the "second tag" where were you finding that? It sounds like if I knew where to change that I could fix the problem? Was that somewhere in my feed, or somewhere at iTunes? Sorry, I'm not really experienced at working with raw code stuff....

How can I see an album length in iTunes store?

I'm always interested to see album length when buying new albums. How can I see that in iTunes store? Of course you can see it after you purchase it in your collection, but I want to see the length before I purchase. How, except by manually trying to add it in my head while reading the screen?

You can change the sort name of your album, but leave the actual name as it is:
In the info panel for the album change the sort album name of your album "A" to an alphabetical order, so it will be sorted in front of album "B".

Can't see the middle panel of iTunes store

I recently upgraded to iTunes 10.7(21) on my Mac. Now, whenever I go to the iTunes Store, I don't see the middle panel where the recommended apps/music/songs, etc. can be seen.

My podcast with the keyword "cairnhill" does not show up when I search the iTunes Store. It was working before Me.Com became iCloud. The podcast is still there and will download when a person subscribe to it. It just won't show up through the iTunes search engine. Can someone help please?

Can't get Education Podcasts page in iTunes store

I'm running the latest version of iTunes (11.0.5) on the latest version of Mountain Lion on a 2009 iMac and neither the Education Podcasts page or the Higher Education Podcasts page will show up in the iTunes store when I try to launch them. The screen is just empty. I've tried trashing and re-installing the iTunes app but that does not fix the problem.
They used to show up but no longer. They stopped sometime after I installed iTunes 11.0.4 but not sure if that's what caused the problem.
This is an irritant to me because I produce an educational podcast and I like to check where it stacks against the competition.
I assume there is probably a prefs file I need to trash but which one?

Apple only has a license to sell TV Shows in the US at present. The lack of Movies and TV shows is not unique to Canada by any means. The reason that stores for different countries have different content is due to restrictions placed on Apple by the record companies, film companies, TV companies and other copyright holders. These are quite often completely different from country to country and therefore all require their own individual contract negotiations. The varying content is not imposed by Apple, who would have a much easier job if they only had to maintain one multi-national store and deal with one set of licensees.

Makes sense. Hadn't thought to add artwork to the actual individual files before uploading. For my own present sanity, I just added our logo art manually to each downloaded episode (3 as of today) so at least I have it looking right in my own iTunes library. But in the future, I'll do the imbedding thing so it will work for everyone else. I thought since iTunes has a lag time on searchability and artwork with the original first podcast submission, this was just another thing waiting to resolve on it's own, but now I know it's another tiny step in the pre-upload process. Will definitely remember to add the art moving forward. Thanks!

I am from Romania and I recently got an ipod nano 5th gen so i am very new at this.At first i used it on a different computer and everything was fine, then when i got home to my computer i noticed that i can't find the music,movies,podcast etc tabs in the iTunes store.It's really frustrating.I uninstalled the iTunes and installed it again but there was no change.I can only see "application store" and "itunes u".I can't find music,podcasts or anything else besides aplications and games.If i click on "home" it shows me the same thing.If I go on the Library section and click on Podacats,I can choose to click "Browse podcasts in the iTunes store".I click that and it shows me the exact same thing.By searching directly it's the same.What is wrong here? Sorry, but there is nothing you can do about it. There's no place where you could create "another account" that would give you any greater access to media. The content owners do not allow cross-border sales, so you cannot open an account in another country's iTunes Store. So until such time as Apple is able to obtain the necessary licensing and decides that it's practical to open an iTunes Store on your country, I'm afraid that you will not be able to purchase music, videos, or movies from an iTunes Store.
There is only one possibility for you: if what you're looking for are only podcasts, you may be able to find the podcast you want directly from a web site. Apple doesn't host the podcasts, they only link to them, so the podcast you want may be available from another source. You'll have to do a web search and see if the podcast turns up.

I can find my Podcast in the Itunes store but not in the Podcast list.

If I search for my podcast in the Itunes store it shows up. So, I click subscribe, and everything looks like its working. When I check the Podcast section of my library I don't see it. The link to my podcast is http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=358348024. The feed is http://www.rodsotr.com/RODSOTR/Podcast/rss.xml. I'm hoping the issue is just with the itunes on my computer. Any ideas?

It works perfectly well for me: I can't suggest why it isn't for you. When you click the 'Subscribe' link in the Store page you should see a 'Downloads' item appear in the sidebar below 'Purchased' showing the progress of downloading the top episode, and above all that in the top section of the sidebar under 'Podcasts' you should see the podcast.
If you don't: try going to the 'Advanced' menu, choosing 'Subscribe to podcast' and entering the URL of your feed and see what happens.

Replying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

Yes I am looking in the app store. When I look in Itunes on my computer and look at purchased apps it is there. And when I go on my other device and look at apps purchased all apps are there.
