Can't see my videos in iTunes?? how to remove them??
hey all.
i have a bunch of 'coverted' mp4s on my iPod. they play fine from there.
i'm trying to delete them off iPod..but cannot see any videos in iTunes!
-Ipod->movies and theres nothing.
-Music lists all my music... no videos?
anyone help?

From you post I understand that your iPhone 5 is not being recognized in iTunes on your Mac. To resolve this issue please follow the steps below:
Follow these steps to resolve your issue:
Ensure that your Mac meets the minimum system requirements for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Install software updates on your Mac.
Note: If an iTunes update is available, apply the update.
Check USB connections. iOS devices require USB 2.0 to function properly. If you're not sure your Mac has USB 2.0 ports, refer to the computer's specifications.
Disconnect other USB devices and connect your device directly to a USB port on your Mac.
Restart your Mac.

By default the photos will be sorted by the date modified.

How can I see on the new itunes how many gigs a playlist is?
On the new Itunes I can't seem to see how many gigs a playlist is without trying to add it to my device.. it is extremely annoying and it makes it very difficult to build effective play lists.
Either CTRL+/, or View > Show Status Bar.
Either of those will bring back the line of information along the bottom, including duration and size. -
Can I manually add videos to my iPod and remove them from my Powerbook?

I love my new iPod 5G, and have been copying plenty of videos. Sadly this has resulted in the depletion of hard disk space on my Powerbook. I was wondering if I could manually update the videos like you can do so with songs so that the videos remain on the iPod and not on the Powerbook.
Is this possible?

First, burn the movies to data disk as a means to back up all of your movies, music, etc. Then transfer them to the iPod & you can delete them from the PB. Make sure you go into your Preferences and set the iPod to "manually manage songs & playlists" first so that when you next sync you won't accidently delete the iPod contents. -
I have rented a movie on apple tv and wish to finish it on my mac book air. When I open iTunes on my mac book air I can not see the movie in iTunes. It is an authorised device and I can see other purchases just. How do I fix it?
Rented movies downloaded to an Apple TV can't be transferred to any other device.

Can't see ipod videos from 60GB ipod classic. I have Apple USB/video cable running through Onkyo receiver into Samsung TV. Video & TV out settings seem correct-I can see album cover, but no video. Is it possible to get itunes music videos to play or do I need to get new ipod. It works on my iPad and iPhone, but not through iPod Classic.
Are these music videos located under Videos on your iPod? Do it play other regular movies (if you have any on the device)?

Click on the button for the iPod on the iTunes header bar, e.g.:

The new itunes is slow and I can not see my musics anymore. How can I have my musics listed like they were before?
I have the same problem with new 11.0. Presentation of album data now seems scrambled in 'Album' screen. Instead of albums in alphabetical order with all album tracks I now get albums in the order of the Album Artist. Unless the album artist is EXACTLY the same, the tracks on any one album can be spread all over the screen (hopeless for compilations). Does anbody know how to get the Album screen to sort solely on the Album title?

I converted the video to .mp4(MPEG-4) format. I can see the video in iTunes library but i can sync it to the iPod. It is showing that the video cannot be played in iPod. What to do to sync the video successfully??? Please help.........
Highlight the video in iTunes and choose Advanced -> Create iPod or iPhone version and wait for it to finish converting. Then try and sync the newly converted version over to your iPod Classic.

I found this bit of info about the way Nike+ works on the iPhone and iPod Touches versus the way it works with other model iPods.
Your iPod touch or iPhone 3GS or later wirelessly sends workout data to nikeplus.com from wherever you are on the road. So right after your run, you can track your progress and analyze your performance. If you walk or run with iPod nano, workout data is sent to nikeplus.com when you connect it to your Mac or PC.

The option in iTunes only appears if you are not using an iPod Touch or iPhone.
