Can't seem to report an app that I keep getting charged monthly for.
First, I love Apple products. I've owned them for years. I currently own a new Macbook Pro, Apple TV, Ipad 2 and some other products. A few months ago, I downloaded a free app called KDrama. It streams korean videos and since my wife is korean, I thought she might enjoy the programming. I subscribed to the "Premiere" service which is billed through Itunes at $7 a month. It worked fine until I updated the iOS a couple of months ago. Now it comes up on the screen and closes immediately. I've uninstalled, re-installed, reset and no success. I've contacted the developer with no response.
I clicked the auto renewal OFF but Itunes keeps charging me every month. So I decided to call Apple since the iTunes support won't let me report the app online since it was a free app. I scheduled a call with support through the fastrack option. The rep called me and after hearing the issue he put me on hold and then hung up. He never called me back but simply closed the case. I called again today only to have the rep tell me to go to the same web process which leads nowhere.
I'm getting a little frustrated at this point. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
Apple phone support can't help with iTunes Store issues, though the tech should have told you that politely and directed you properly rather than just hanging up. Go here:

Do you have restrictions set on the iPad? Settings>General>Restrictions>Installing apps>Off or Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Content?
Are you sure that the Apps are selected to sync from the Mac to the iPad?
Connect the iPad to the Mac and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Apps Tab on the right.
Click on Install next to the apps that you want to sync.
Click on the Sync Apps Heading to select it
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
If you do not see the sidebar in iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu. -
It's really annoying because it's only happened recently. I bought something on a game for 69p and now it won't work at all for any free apps, help?!?!

Why is it that I keep getting charges in Bingo Bash that I am not receiving? or requesting
This is not the first time I have been charged for buying extra power ups I have not ordered or received. This has happen a month ago and again today, I only have 3 power ups not the 43 I should have if I ordered. I let it go last time because was on a weekend they gave out 600 power ups so could not prove the mistake but can today took picture.

Can't seem to download any app despite entering the correct password and answering 3 security question but still in the end it comes up the message that my session has timed out no matter what! Please help, many thanks in adv!!
Try doing it on your computer with iTunes and then sync to your iPad to see if it clears the problem.

I can't seem to update my apps or make any purchases on from my account. Nothing has changed with my credit card information and for some reason the iTunes Store tells me my information is incorrect. What do I do?
Yes, it's frustrating.
I don't have my iPod with me but, as I recall, the change is done in Settings/Store. That change will apply to NEW purchases. However, be aware that all purchases are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was originally used. Generally, it's only a problem when you need to update an app. IF you do your updating from iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, you'll need to log out and back in again. It's easier from the iPod as you do not need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.
Unfortunately, you can not merge IDs nor can you transfer purchases from one ID to another. Go here to find out exactly what you have. I have the same problem so I deliberately made both passwords identical to make things slightly easier for me. -
Report an app that doesn't work
Can someone please tell me how to report an app that doesn't work and get a refund?
The app won't allow feedback (as soon as you type anything the "Submit" button is disabled) and the link for its support goes to a web site that appears to be totally unrelated.
The "Report a problem" link on iTunes just takes me to the generic support page with a 1000 links to various forums etc. That's for nothing Apple.
I can provide more details but I don't even know if this is the right place yet.
Now maybe it's just me being a newbie with this whole Apps/iPad thing but it is NOT a user-friendly system IMO.
RobExpress Lane is indeed how you contact the iTunes Store. The page I provided the link to is the one you reach when you click "Contact Support" in the sidebar.
Is there no simple way to immediately cancel an order if you realize in the first fifteen minutes that it is not working as expected?
There is no way to cancel an order at all, not within fifteen minutes, not within fifteen seconds. Once you click the "buy" button, you've purchased the item, and the Terms of Sale for the iTunes Store state clearly that "all sales are final". So if you are requesting a refund, you have to email the iTunes Store via the form you reach through Express Lane, explain the reasons for the request and hope that iTunes Store Customer Service will grant you an exception.

It's a shame that it took a post on a discussion board to get this resolved, when going through the correct channels failed, but everything is working now, so that's the main thing.

I just recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5 but I can't seem to configure it so that the Quick Access for the camera on the lock screen. anyone? also, I don't see the facetime icon.
Thanks buddy. never thought it was that easy. my facetime still indicates validating account even the wifi signal is ok, as I was able to download apps. I checked my email and nothing came in yet for verification or validation. I will try it later again.

I just purchased a book on app store and can't seem to read it in iBooks, and keeps on coming up with "Failed to load book because the requested resource is missing" what do I do?
Quit the iBooks app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logou appears and let go of the button.
Or try deleting the book and download it again. You can download it again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID.
If that doesn't work either, sometimes deleting the iBooks app and reinstalling it may work. But art with the first two suggestions. -
I can not update several of my apps that i have purchased a while back in my Apps Store on my MacPro. Because it keeps using my old @me account for iTunes and i don't remember the password or security question, Please help?

I can't seem to open (view) my photos. I get an error message that says "the file couldn't be opened because you don't have permission to view it. To view or change permission, select the item in the finder and choose File. Get info." I have never had this happen before? Thanks!
Try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - Run Option #1, Repair Permissions.

I don't know where you even want to upload this software. The only way it can be downloaded to a device is through the iTunes store. Do you even know what you want to do? -
iPod Touch 2nd Gen can stream Youtube but cannot stream Apps that supports Online Video Streaming , it just kicks itself out of the app.
It used to be able to stream apps that supports Online Video Streaming , tried Restore a couple of times and it didn't help .
What could the issue be ?The ESPN Radio is basically a Paid radio station.Make sure you have enuff balance to stream a radio from your Iphone. .
Check if you required to open any ports on your router for ESPN Radio. -

You must verify your payment info before you can make purchases. I did all that, updated payment info and checked paypal it is verified, and it still won't work. Im stumped
