Can't select workspace! there is a bug

windows 7 32bit , photoshop cs6 last update
can't select workspaces when a photo is loaded!
why?
i understood it a script event manager bug
if i disable all my script (select the eyedropper and full screen mode with toolbar)  the workspace on the up right Works
with script event maneger on and with 2 script the workspace doesn't work

is enough to add a action when you open a document in script event manager , restart photoshop , open a document and watch the workspace
by the way this is a script i run when i open a document
