Can't send Apple service request

Video IPOD battery won't hold charge, still under warrantee. I'm trying to send Apple Service Request but keep getting error messages saying my request can't be processed, please retry. Don't have Applecare, IPOD 7 months old.

It will load Requests page, but there aren't any names showing in the box (you have to choose the friends name in order to send them something). Can't send gifts or requests because of this.

You are waiting for an apology to something that happened over a year ago? Really? This is why there is a manager in the store. You have a problem with an employee you speak to the manager. Just like you did on the phone. You would have gotten your apology in July 2013.

It is because when you have a problem you (customers) go running to the store and want to take up the time of the reps to fix it. Other carriers have third parties that deal with technical support and those locations are few and far between. VZW provides this directly through their stores. Also, when you subsidize a $650 and pay $200 VZW has to pay $400. Your monthly service fee doesn't begin to scratch the surface of paying that back. Not with all the money that is put into the network and its improvements.
Then over a year later you get someone on the phone who apologized and offered to waive the fee on your phone and you didn't take it? That offer won't come down the pike again.
One thing you should know is that all these employees are people and as such they sometimes come off cross. I doubt that you speak to everyone so sweetly all the time. Cut them a little slack and put this whole thing behind you after 15 months. Either upgrade with VZW or move on.

Well meaning Apple staff are being disempowered by the rigid customer architecture and poor customer support systems. How can we help Apple become more customer focused before it losses its long time brand advocates?

Automatically send web service request on restart

Is it possible to send a web service request (or invoke a web method) on restart of a web application that is contained within oc4j.
I want to try and improve the performance of my web service sine it takes a long time to execute the first method call

We are running teamTrack that is a SMS tool from Serena SoftWare: log on is ok and it shows all reports and work queues
But when clicking on a Service request link that looks like this
.../tmtrack.dll?IssuePage&RecordId=126288&Template=view&TableId=1036
then nothing happens
but if you select open in new tab or windows by right click then every thing works fine.
I can sedn screenshoots if needed or make TeamViewr session.

Login page-ok
after this I keep getting same message for days now

I received an email indicating the phone has a crack and the amount of money it will be to repair. This is not the reason I sent the phone in. The reason is because the phone stopped charging and the power button does not wok. I had taken the phone to a repair shop, they put in a new charger port and a new battery. Once they did the phone still did not charge. They indicated there must be a manfacture defect. Can you tell me if you are goig to look at the two reasons the phone was sent to you? I was told by the representative from Apple they were going to send me a new phone.

Perhaps the issue is that you are unaware of how to get the best out of your iPod, you have a setting incorrect, or you simply need advice on how to do something. None of that is covered by warranty.
But it's exactly what this community is for.

Apple service request declined?!

I am really disappointed about apple declining this request. They told me that the iPod is functioning properly which is clearly not true! I tested again today and I am still getting problems. If I don't get this fixed, apple will be losing a customer which had bought nearly every generation of iPod touch. Someone please help, it's not fair as this problem Is covered under my AppleCare warranty

Apple service request response time.

I recently requested a warranty service for my iPod in Singapore. Immediately after filling in all the details, etc. they said they would send me an e-mail with further instructions. That was several weeks ago, and I still have received no such e-mail.(hopefully i didn't enter the wrong email address). The status check merely states "Dispatch Sent".
My question is: what is the average response time for warranty service for an iPod shuffle and what do they mean by "Dispatch sent". I have after all, not received a replace ment.
Please give me your feedback, thanks.

I requested service for repair on my ipod touch on March 27. I still have not received anything in my mail.. Will apple get back to me or how long will i have to wait in order for my ipod to get service?

How can i send apple documents to my Dell computer

I have a Dell home computer using firefox-mozella products. My wife has an Apple laptop. When we travel I use her laptop for various projects. I can email to gmail.com and there is no problem. But, if I attach a file I just get gobbly-gook. What can I do to go from Mac to a PC? I break a large document into 10 emails and reassemble them on my PC when I get home. I would like to just send an attachment or even save from the MAC to a thumb drive and be able to use the thumbdrive with my PC. I also do power-point and would like to move the presentation from the lap top to the PC. I am now looking at an IPAD for myself but I face the same problem. HELP

There are 2 ways (page #40 of its manual) you can do this (a) From the printer (b) from the software on your computer.
(a) From printer:
Use these steps to scan from the control panel.
1. Load your original print-side down in the right-front corner of the glass or in the ADF. For more information, see Load an original on the scanner glass or Load an
original in the automatic document feeder (ADF).
2. Touch Scan, and then select Computer.
NOTE: Windows users: If your computer does not appear in the list of destinations, you will need to restart your HP software's scan function on the
destination computer.
3. Touch Document Type to select the type of document you want to save. Make
changes to scan options, if needed.
4. Touch Start Scan.
(b) From the softare on your computer:
To scan an original from HP printer software
1. Load your original print-side down in the right-front corner of the glass or in the ADF. For more information, see Load an original on the scanner glass or Load an
original in the automatic document feeder (ADF).
2. On the computer, open the HP scanning software:
• Windows: From the computer desktop, click Start, select Programs or All Programs, select the folder for your HP printer, and then select HP Scan.
