Can't send email on outlook

Have not been able to send email using Outlook for Mac 2011 since yesterday, get the message invalid username or password

NOTE: I can receive emails but I CANNOT SEND.
Error messages are:

Can't Send Email through Outlook using blackberry as a modem

I am using my blaclberry 8900 as a modem and cannot send emails through outlook. I have called t-mobile and they say that it cannot be done. However I could do it with my Nokia. Any suggestions?

Can't send emails in outlook

Hi, today I've just had BT broadband installed at my property. My problem is I can no longer send emails, I can however receive them though.
I have a sky.com email address and would like to keep it I have tried to rectify this by downloading and using BT desktop help but it tells me I am using an old version of IE and need version 6 or higher even though I'm using vesion 11. Any help re my email settings would be great and apologies if this has been asked before, Nick.

Uninstall BT Desktop Help. You do not need it on your computer and it can cause problems. Have a search through this forum to see the problems.

User can't send email in outlook

Exchange 2010 user is unable to send email in outlook2010. The send/receive reports not having permission to perform the action (0x80070005). She functions normally on iphone and ipad, and in owa. This is a mailbox that previously functoned.

Does this issue occur on Online mode or Cached mode?
I guess on Cached mode only. If it is the case, please try to re-add the user into Outlook or re-create a new profile for testing.

Receive but can't send emails using Outlook Expres...

Is anyone else experiencing this again ?
OE leaves my mail in the Outbox and BT Mail will not accept them on a send/receive. Also still experiencing password rejection problems everytime I send/receive. If I cancel instead of trying again. It receives my mail but will not send it.
Any ideas please ?

I suspect you will all ready have done this because you were previously sending emails but it might be worth doing it again in case there has been a glitch in the system.

I think you also need to ensure that you have ticked the box “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" - and you need to use "Log on using" and enter the BTinternet email address/password you've used to verify the Non BT email address.

Acrobat 9 can´t send Emails from Outlook 2010 (x64)

I have a big problem with Acrobat Standard 9.4.1 and Outlook 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Hope someone can help me with this Problem.

If I want send an Email from Acrobat with "Datei->An Email anhängen" (don´t know the english menü) I got that Error-Massage that my Outlook isn´t the Standard-Email-Programm. But it is - you can see on the Screenshot below.
Every other Programm hasn´t such Problem with Outlook. mailto: Protocoll is working perfektly.
Is there anyone who has solved that Problem or has any idea?

Sometimes Can't Send email in Outlook 2011

I recently bought a new iMac and am running OS X 10.7.4. Because I had Entourage on my old iMac, and the new iMac/OS wouldn't support it, I bought Outlook for Mac 2011 to import my (many) archived email messages. However, when I pull up an old email that I imported from Entourage and modify it in any way, Outlook will not send it. This seems to be especially true when I put new attachments on the email. I get a popup message saying "Message could not be saved." When I try again I get a message that says "Message could not be sent" with some gibberish about needing to set up an email account (it is) or put an addressee in the "to," "cc:," or "Bcc:" block (I did). Any ideas?

Hi, if you have created an ePrintCenter account and added your printer to that account you can check its ePrint job history. At least that will give you more visibility to the status of any jobs you send to your printer via the ePrint service. Receiving the "no reply" confirmation message only indicates that the email you sent was received by the ePrint service and is being prepared for printing.

FIOS to DSL now I can't send email via port 25 or 587

I was cruising along fine for a year on FIOS. Then I moved 2 days ago to a new house with DSL. I connected my system the same as before. Viola! I can not send email via Outlook 2002 on non verizon email acccounts.
Yes, I have read through the port 25/SMTP issues but nothing has worked. Online support reset my winsock settings, but did not work.

Maybe this will help:
For the sake of example, we are going to pretend that we are setting up your outgoing server with fictional account "[email protected]" and the password for logging into that account in webmail is "fakepassword" - Again, this is a fictitious account for the sake of an example.
The Incoming settings will be what your 3rd party provides.
Outgoing Server: outgoing.verizon.net
Server Requires Authentication: Yes
Username: fakeacct
Password: fakepassword
Requires a Secure Connection (SSL): No
Port: 25 (although 587 also works.)
These settings should work unless you have a Verizon/Yahoo account, in which case the server name should be: outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net

I an @outlook.com email in my Outlook 2010 which worked well at first.
It now come up with the error message - error message 0x8DE000006 The operation failed and on my Sync Issues it has the following note:
19:35:57 Error: 3209. Server. We noticed some unusual activity in your Hotmail account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account..

Usually 'authentication required' means that you need to submit a username (or e-mail address) and password to the e-mail server, when sending a message. This logic is not different between Outlook and Thunderbird, and even with the latest and previous version of Thunderbird.
Of course you can try the previous version again to see if it solves the problem, although you'll be less secure because you would be missing the latest fixes.

IMAP is port 143
IMAP-SSL is port 993
POP is port 110
POP-SSL is port 995
Outgoing ports are...
SMTP and SMTP-SSL is on ports 25, 587 and 465. Port 587 has to be SSL, and port 465 is enforced TLS-wrapped and is generally used by Outlook users.

I have an iMac and I cannot send emails via outlook 2011. I have 3 emails stuck in the sent box... They are not in my sent or inbox. Every time I send an email it first tries to send these 3 mails. for 2 I get an error code 3210 and for one "5.1.2 or other punctuation after the recipient's email address. g5sm23942864eem.4". I have an euronet account and not a hotmail account.
