I keep trying to send a friend money to russia but can't and have to use Western Union. But he can send money to me. I've tried another Russian email address and it keeps saying "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now." Why is this?

Well thats odd as it should go through ok, i thought you may have been using your paypal balance which if that was the case you would need to have the funds in Russian currency but you don't from a bank account. Your best bet is to contact customer services on this one >> Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Everytime I try to send money (Family and Friends) I get this message: "We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contactCustomer Support." I was able to send small amounts under $10 but now it's not letting me send any money at all.

iTunes Store credit can't be spent on any sort of gift; you either need to have a credit card associated with the first account or ask the iTunes Store staff to put a gift card's balance back onto it, which they'll only do if none of it has been spent.

My iPod touch 5th gen isn't charging, when I plug in my charger I've always used. It's an apple product and a message pops up saying "This accessory may not be supported" The charger isn't the problem because my mom used her iPhone with my charger and her phone charges fine with it. For Christmas, I got a portable charger and I used it the day after Christmas for a little bit and it worked, but then 20 minutes later my brother wanted to use it. So I let him use it. Then I went to go use my normal charger instead and when I plugged it in that message popped up. It's been like this sense the day after Christmas and the only way it charges is right before I swipe right to turn my iPod all the way off I plug my charger in real fast before the message can pop up. I've tried resetting my iPod, cleaning out the area it charges, and few other things. I've also tried getting help from people that work with technology at some stores. They all told me I had to contact Apple Support Communities. I'm trying to contact you guys, but last time I did it didn't solve my problem. I really want to get an answer to be able to fix it or have it replaced. I'm 13 and saved all my money on my own to get the iPod have. It took me a long time to save and I really don't it to be broken and not be able to get it replaced. Someone please help my resolve this.

I tried reinstalling the Mail program from the install DVD, but no go; apparently that two-year old Mail is no longer compatible with my up-to-date Leopard. I tried deleting the account (hotmail) from Mail and setting up a different account (Yahoo). After loading all the inbox two things happened: first, I still couldn't send, and second, when I closed the Mail window the whole inbox then disappeared and doesn't come back. Although I couldn't reinstall the Mail program from the install DVD, would it still be possible to reinstall the whole system from that DVD? If I do, will I lose files or will there be another problem since that DVD is now over two years old?

P.S. I've just noticed that now I can't change the desktop picture: I go through the motions in Preferences, but the new picture doesn't appear on the desktop. Is there a systemic problem?

It will load Requests page, but there aren't any names showing in the box (you have to choose the friends name in order to send them something). Can't send gifts or requests because of this.

Cannot pay payment on EBay nor send money.

OK so you have made everyone using a mobileme account switch to iCloud- I still use the mail icon on my Macbook Pro and every now and then
the server quits and does not allow me to send emails. I run the server doctor and only my address gets the green light. The smtp.me.com: my username
is always red. I have checked my user name and made sure my password is correct and still I m locked out of sending emails. I have time sensitive work that I need to send it to clients and there is nothing more frustrating than having to tell a client, I can't send an email right now. What can be done for this.

maybe you can figure out why I can't send any email and possibly help me to fix the problem. I m not a fan of iCloud it has been nothing but a headache and I am tired of having to put my clients off. I am loosing money thanks to all of this.

It's a bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've aasked the Hosts to remove it.
The first thing to try would be to sign out in System Preferences>iCloud, then sign back in again and check 'Mail' and any other data types you need in the list. This will set Mail up, hopefully correctly.
If you are still having problems accessing or sending mail go to http://appleid.apple.com and change your password, making sure that it complies with Apple's requirements: at least eight characters, of which at least one must be a numeral and one a capital letter.
Note that iCloud does not interact with any other email service. You cannot use it to check other email accounts, and you cannot send using its smtp server with any address other than your @me.com one as the 'From' address.
You should be able to set up other accounts separately in the Mail application: these would be unaffected by iCloud in any way.
