Can't send or receive any messsages
I can no longer recieve or send any messages. The last message I recieved was on Saturday (4 days ago), even though I know I've had plenty of messges since then because the the apps on my iPhone and iPad work just fine.
Also my messeges will no longer send, they just remain as pending indefinitly with a little blue spinning wheel next to them. Messeges I tried to send Sunday (3 days ago) are still pending as of right now.
I did update my Mac to Yosemite a couple of weeks ago, but Skype was working just fine after that.
I've aready tried restarting my computer several times, updating my Skype version and completely deleting Skype off of my computer and redownloading it several times.

I finally just contacted Skype and had them fix the problem for me. I usually have myself as "offline" so people won't bother me, but I still could send and recieve messages. But with the latest Skype version this is no longer the case, now when you say you're "offline" Skype really treats as offline preventing you from sending or reciving messages.
Long story short, make your availability anything but "offline" and that should fix the problem.

while messing with my two step verification on my gmail account I inadvertently did sometime to my gmail account on my Mac mail. I can't send or receive mail. Any thoughts
When it asks for the password, typically this is a random number sent to you via text message from Google. I get a new code everytime I want to add a new device or log into from a new computer. It can get very annoyingif you access your account from various computers or devices. Once its working its not bad though. You may want to go back in and turn the 2 step authentication off.

I have an iPhone 4 and as of lates I can not send or receive any text messages.
For the past week or so my iPhone 4 stopped sending and recieving text messages and imessages. My imessage only works when I am connected to wifi. I have data and unlimited texting on my cell plan. When I am not connected to wifi my phone tell my that my cellualr data is off but when I checked it in the settings, it said it is on. I dont know what to do. I have reset my network settings already. But nothing seems to resolve my problem.

Did you try a different computer/outlet as well as different chargers? -
How do u fix the issues with sending picture and video text
Try to do basic troubleshooting, but 9/10 that is actually a service provider issue.

That's right. You can only send an iMessage to another iPhone. You can send text messages to anyone that has a phone capable of receiving texts.
Edit: Did your original subject say iMessage? I could swear it did. I'm sorry if it didn't. Ignore this then. -

Since the time warner outage i can not send or receive email.

My iCloud email account dropped out yesterday. I can't send or receive emails - any ideas who to get it back?
I am using imap on all my other devices. I use a Google domain email address. The only divice I have that will not sync is this older generation iTouch. The version without the camera. Model PB528LL. I know my email address is correct and the password works everywhere else.

On my 90 day old MacBook Pro I can't send or receive (Mobile Me) email via "Mail." The fetch icon keeps spinning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm able to receive Mobile Me emails on my iphone or via the web, but just not on the laptop. I'm only one day past the free Apple care:(

orange.fr has changed their authentication without telling their users.
Malformed eMails clogging up both ways.
So anyway, did Connection Doctor say it connected or not? What was exact error if there were some?
