Can't send or receive pics suddenly

Have had new iPhone for 2 mos. Have had tons of glitches w/ it, latest one is that suddenly I cannot send or receive pics. After I've tried to send one, a little red circle with an exclamation point in it pops up next to pic and says it can't be sent. Spent 2 hours on phone w/ a really great apple tech trying to do absolutely everything to troubleshoot...check all settings, even restore phone. My reception is fine, and my husband, who is sitting right next to me, can send and recieve on HIS iPhone but I can't. The tech finally got me over to ATT and that sorry excuse for a customer service rep had no idea what I was even talking about and said she'd file a report on it. Haven't heard anything about it since and STILL have the problem. I've actually had so many issues with this phone (and my husband hasn't had nay, bought at same time!) I want to return it.

I'd do that but the closest store is right now about 7 hours away...I am out west. Do want to stress, the reception is good, and my husband's iPhone is working just fine.

This really ***** that they sent out and update to the iPhone ISO6 and I can't send or receive pics! Being that its apple you would think they would know better than to send out a bad update like this! I'm paying for a service and I can even use now!!! I'm very upset! Think about canceling my iPhone 5 order! This is terrible!

    Wahhhhhhhhhh! Wahhhhhhhhhh!
Are you over your little tantrum now?  Do you want help you would like to continue to act like a toddler?
If you want help, try telling us what happens when trying to send pics.  Any errors?

  • Can't send or receive pic while traveling

I am traveling in Alaska and haven't been able to send or receive a picture message.  Calls & texts work fine.  We have tried taking the battery out & rebooting and that did not work.  Is there a setting that might be preventing the MMS while roaming?

Do you have data roaming switched on? MMS uses data.

  • Unlocked bb curve 9300 , can't send or receive pictures

I bought an unlocked at&t bb curve 9300. At&t, Verizon doesn't work where I live, (northeast USA) I was told by my local wireless company that I could use my sim card with any at&t , or tmobile phone, as long as it was GSM, unlocked. My friend has a bb curve and I really liked it, so looked at one and it was GSM and At&T, unlocked, put my sim card in and I can call , I can text, my wifi works, but I can't send or receive pics or use the 3G. I took it to my local wireless company who then said "oh a bb, I don't know if I can make it work" After they had it for over and hour, came back and told me " no luck"
Is there anyone out there that may be able to help me or is it a hopeless cause? I really like this phone.
    Thanks!

Wind doesn't offer the Z10 so you obviously brought an unlocked phone to their network. Unfortunately, the carrier (Wind in this case) controls APN settings so the ball is in their court. Keep in mind that just because a phone works on a carrier's network doesn't mean that every feature will be perfect. Since Wind doesn't support the Z10, you're on your own.
I hope that answers your question.

  • Ever since I updated my software, I can't send or receive pictures from people who don't have iphones

Ever since I updated my iphone software I am unable to send or receive pics by text with people I know do not have iphones. I still can with people who have iphones. Does anyone else have this issue? I have a iphone 4.

I have tried this but there is no option for 'MMS' activation? It just has
    iMessage (on/off)
    Send Read Receipts (on/off)
    Send as SMS (on/off)
    Send & Receive - '2 adresses'
    SMS/MMS - Show Subject Field (on/off)
                       Character Count (on/off)

  • Can't send nor receive photos to/from non-iPhone users

I have Metro PCS and I have unlimited data and ever since I updated to iOS 8, I haven't been able to send picture messages to non-iPhone users. I have tried everything I've found online and nothing works. It was working PERFECTLY before we updated to iOS8! I could send picture messages to anyone without any problem. The rest of my family, who share the same family plan with me, can send pictures just fine (they're all android users). However, my sister and I, who are iPhone 5s users, can't send nor receive picture messages. Every time we try to send a pic to an android user, it immediately says not delivered. It doesn't even try to send it. And it's not a problem with my data because I can watch youtube videos with my 4g just fine. I even turn off the Wi-Fi to test it out and it works well. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

i don't need to, everyone of my contacts has it. Plus every new contact/friend i've made in the last year or two has had it. maybe the apple fanbois here don't like to hear that.
I'm happy that it works for you. It may not be an option for the OP. It certainly wouldn't work for me as I have a fair number of friends with basic phones. Again, Whatsapp is only viable as a replacement for SMS if everyone you want to message is willing to download and use it. If everyone the OP knows is not wiilling to do that, they may need to resolve their existing problem.

  • Can't send or receive on e mail - or bring up e mail portion of Firefox

Have been using ( & prefer Firefox) but all of a sudden I CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE E MAIL. I can use e mail successfully on Outlook Express - but prefer Firefox. Also, I can still, for example, bring up my bank account, TDAmeritrade, Stockcharts, etc. with no problem.

    Hi BGreg,
Thanks.  My e-mail has been set up and working fine since I bought the iMac a few years ago.  Problem with e-mail started at the end of March.  I've checked all of the settings per the instructions on setting up the account.  I've been on the phone with Comcast to troubleshoot and they are unable to help.  Not sure why I can't even access Comcast.net without resetting safari.  I have no trouble with the e-mail account on my PC (same Comcast account).  Both my and my wife e-mail on the iMac don't work.  Not sure what else it could be with the iMac.  Comcast blames iMac software update for the problem.  iMac software is up to date.
    Thanks

I'm sorry to learn that you are not able to make/receive calls chelseabee! (ticket number removed) results indicate that there is no issues with the network or account provisioning. Since you have already done a hard reset http://vz.to/1gBkSJc (as per your post), I recommend exploring replacement options. If your phone is within the one year manufacturers' warranty we can provide a Certified Like New replacement http://vz.to/uyYF0o as long as no physical/liquid damage exist. If your phone has sustained physical/water damage and you have insurance, you can submit a claim to the insurance company online at this link http://bit.ly/07CrqPK

  • HT1430 Since downloading updates for ios 6.0.1 can not send or receive mail on iPhone and iPad

Since downloading updates for ios 6.0.1 can not send or receive mail on iPhone and iPad

Is this on wifi or cellular data?
Have you tried a reset? Hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Have you gone into the email settings and making sure the password are still there?
