Can't set up new Apple ID??

For some reason, my 2nd gen iPod hates me.
I've been trying all day to set up a new apple ID. It wouldn't let me do it from Settings, so I had to create one here, on this website.
However, when l try to sign into the App Store, it says "This Apple ID has not yet been used in iTunes. Tap review to sign in and review account information."
I tap review, and then it tells me I have to enable cookies in Settings in order to do so. It says I have to change it to Enable Cookies>From Visited, even though it's been like that since I first got the iPod, and I haven't changed it once.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm getting kinda annoyed as I haven't been able to use the App Store or iTunes since I got this stupid iPod.
Please help!

If you disassociate the device from your AppleID and tie it to another one, you cannot use yours to control the other. They will be separate and independent. For better or worse, the AppleID authentication and authorization model was not designed with kids in mind.

I believe because you migrated from a Nokia to an iPhone you need to register the Bn phone number with your Apple ID so it can be used for iMessage. The Pn number seems to be the only one registered

I really want to have and use the new Apple Pay in my iPod Touch, I had watched the Keynote and they said that the Apple Pay could be used on the iPod Touch 5 along with the other Apple mobile devices? Sorry, you are wrong. Apple did NOT say Apple Pay would be available on all Apple devices. Apple SPECIFICALLY stated that Apple Pay is available ONLY on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Previous Apple devices, including your iPod Touch, simply do not have the hardware chip (called NFC) to make it possible.

Actually, wrong!! If you try to restore using a computer the phone hasn't synced with, you'll have to enter the passcode into iTunes during the restore.
In my experience, the most effective method for people who simultaneously "forget" the passcode that they had to use many times a day, and mysteriously lose access to the computer the phone synced with, is to ask the rightful owner for the passcode or return the phone to him.
There is another method involving recovery mode, but the OP is on his own for that.
