Can't share by email + quick view

Hi all,
I've a problem with my iPhone 5S.
Actually I can't send some pictutres by email…
When I select a picture and then I try to share => select email…
The mail windows slide up and after a second it slide down.
Second problem, when I receive an attachment or a picture by imessage I can't view it correctly.
I've tried to reboot my device several time and I prefer to not restore cause all the picture is not on iCloud (due to the lake of space).
Somebody can help me ?

lets say you want to send accounts associated to sales team then load sales team user id in the OLAP table and pull that column in the report and in recipients tab under determine recipients from conditional request select the user id column. Once you save the ibot it will pick the user email id from SA system subject area automatically. I have done this in my project and its working fine.

I can never share via email, using iPhoto. The error: Your email did not go through because the server did not reply. always pops up. I have no problems with my server or internet connection.

Go into iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete the email account there. Then add it back. If that fails you can select Mail as your email client in iPhoto as that's more reliable and flexible. It also offers stationary for photos that are not unlike those in iPhoto's client:
and using Mail as the client will allow you to have a Sent copy automatically.

Why can't i use WD quick view with lion OS ?

I'm using macbook air with the latest Lion update 10.7.2. And I also use WD Mybook Life (NAS), the problem is I can not use WD Mybook Life because the software ( WD quick view ) doesn't appear (gone after rebooting my mac) and doesn't work with Lion OS. Can anyone help me. thx a lot.

Can't share via email from Preview Share button

I'm running Yosemite. I have Outlook for Mac (newest version, 15.6) set up as my default mail application. In the Share button menu, the Email option appears properly. However, when I attempt to share a document via email within Preview using the Share button, I merely get an error alert tone. All other Share options (Messages, etc.) work fine. I am able to Share via Email from other apps without a problem. The problem seems to lie within Preview. I've tried resetting Preview to the best of my knowledge by deleting the plist, etc. Any other ideas?

Thanks. Yes, I've done so. The Outlook icon does appear in the Share menu, but when I click on it, I only get the alert tone.

My ipad 4 will not sync my photos i took with my cannon digital camera, it worked 1 week ago and now will not??If in put it under video on the ipad i can not share or email.

Had an Ipad 2 from Christmas 2011, used a digital camera to record video, a cannon ELPH series, I put the video in my Iphoto on my mac book pro and WAS able to sync them to my photo on my IPAD. The little photo with the camera icon on it was great no problems.!!! Then I was not able to do this any more, I had to drop the video into the video icon on the ipad from my itunes accunt, however you can not send the video to any one from the ipad like you can under the photo Icon, the buffering was also bad. I got a new Ipad 4 for Christmas and again I was able to sync video when i connected it to my ipad and video i recorded with the cannon camera from halloween showed up GREAT!!! This was stored on my Ipad under the Photo Icon and I can send an email, imessage, etc with the vieo. Fast forward another week put my Christmas videos on my mac book pro and when i plugged my ipad to my mac book to sync in it again did not work, it would not sync the video to my photos, though I JUST did it a week earlier and it worked (those videos are still on the IPAD 4 and work fine). Why can I not do it now, I can drop the video into the video Icon on the IPAD and watch, but you can not send it anywhere as if u had it stored under the photo icon.???

What is the file name of the video(s) you want to sync?
Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

Can I use iOS email to view my GroupWise account?

I have a new MacBook Pro, and would like to use iOS email to work within that account, but it isn't working!!!!!

I also use my me account right now on the cloud, but for discussions I don't want feedback on that account. I only try to use that email account for special purposes. I have other email accounds for thinks like discussion feedback, notifications, etc. Why can't I use a different email box for such? Apple is getting too over secure if you ask me. I have two names now and two accounts each with different passwords to remember for the itunes store because I forgot my password one day and had to start a new account. Now I get notices from both accounts and I am not allowed to merge them. So when an app upgrade comes along, it tells me what the name of that app was under and I have to use the password for that account which I no longer use for the app store. I don't understand why I couldn't just change the password for the original account like most places allow? but I guess although related that is another topic. All I would like to do here is use a different email account for discussion feedback. Is that possible? if not, Why not? This is over control!

I can't share through email in lion?

When i try to send my work throught the sharing option to send an eimal as numbers, excel, or PDF, it highlights and then does nothing. Is this an issue with lion, or the numbers upgrade?

Works here. Tried a document with two sheets, multiple pages per sheet, with tables and charts (including a 3-D chart). It opened a new email and had an attachment. I didn't try sending it but I am pretty sure it would work. I did this with it as a Numbers document and also as PDF.

First you need to create the report using Tcod SQVI
and then it will ask for creating a query where you will use and also can join various tables according to your requirement.
And then finally select the fields that you want to display in the report.

How can I share an iPhoto-created pdf on the web or via email???

I design photobooks for clients in iPhoto and often use the Print feature to save a book file as a pdf that I can easily review as a final pass. Once or twice I've burned a book draft pdf to a CD and send it to a client for preliminary viewing, comment, and further development requests. That's slow, clunky, and expensive compared to being able to either posting the pdf somewhere on the web that my client can access or email them the pdf (which is usually much bigger than my Mac mail account permits).
Can anyone tell me how I can turn my iPhoto books into a view-only file that I can easily share online with my clients? I'm also about to create a marketing web site for my little design studio and I think understanding this better will help me figure out how to post selected excerpts from the variety of iPhoto (and also Bookmaker) books I've designed and produced over the past year or so.

There is a 3rd party application, pdf-RecoverPro, that will let you lock the file to printing, changing, etc. You set two passwords, one to let the user view it and one to unlock the restricted features. Just provide the first password and send the file. You can try the demo version. It just saves one page in demo mode.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. Quick view of in incoming eMails in Mac OS X (Lion)

At work I use Microsoft Windows XP with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server. When I get a new eMail a box with a quick view of the eMail pops up for a few seconds in the bottom right corner of my screen. This is very comfortable because you can see directly the originator and the first lines of the eMail without going to Outlook.
When I get a new eMail in Mac OS X I have to go to the Mail application in order to see the content of the new eMail.
Is there also a function in Mac OS X (Lion) to have a quick look of new eMails without going to Mail application?

1. How can I access other people developed query? I cant access even though it has been developed by some other person.
2. How can I share the access with others if the query is not intended to access public?

How to share Queries / Quick Views?

How can I share Quick Views / Queries generated by SQ01 among users. I can assign queries to user groups, but I did not find a way to do so for quick views.
Is this the right way to share quick views / queries -> assign them to a user group?

Have original iPad and just got iPad2 in same household with same email ID but with different interests. How can we share purchased items, email and yet keep our own separate interests?

We have iPad and ipad2 with one email address but two owners. How can we share purchases, receive same email messages but have individual accounts at the same time? Can we have same Apple User ID with different passwords? Hepl!

Aside from the fact that we have hijacked this thread - which we really shouldn't do - you would probably be better off posting questions or seeking advice in the iCloud portion of the Apple Support Communities. I'm sure that there are a lot of more experienced iCloud users on that site than I am.
I'm not a big believer in iCloud at this point, so my experience with it - other than downloading past purchases - is really pretty limited. I would not want to steer you down the wrong path.
However, here is the Apple iCloud support website that is loaded with all sorts of information and links to even more information. This will get you started anyway ....

How can I quickly view pdf files like I can do with Windows Picture and Fax viewer for jpg files? I need to look at several thousand PDF files. It takes too long to open each one individually. The only thing I could think of is combining them into large groups and then using the Navigation index. But I like the way windows Picture and Fax Viewer does it because you can keep the files separate. Combining PDFs causes loss of individual file names. That would be a problem since I do need to have the individual file names.

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is a DLL and is started via a rundll32.exe call and can't be set as an application to handle images in Firefox 3 and later versions.
Try to set Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as the default viewer in Windows, then it should be listed automatically in the Mozilla Firefox Browse dialog.

My husband and I share an email address. He now wishes to have an itunes ie Apple account, but it won't let him as there is already an account with that email address- yes, of course, it's ME. How can we resolve this?

My husband and I share an email address. he now has a new phone which requires a link with itunes; he'd also like an itunes account. However, when he tries to set up an account, he repeatedly gets told the user name - ie our email address, is already taken. And then his attempt fails. SO surely two people with the same email address can have seperate apple accounts?
