Can't share on iPhone

I'm logged onto Spotify with Facebook. So is my friend. We're also each other's friend on Facebook, if that matters. I can "send" him songs via the web version of Spotify but when I go to share and "send to" on the iPhone app, I get the "no users found" thing, i.e. it does not find anyone in the search results.
Like I said, the web version works just fine but the app is not. Anyone have a solution for this?

I had already logged in and out, so I reinstalled. I found out, however,
that the reason the search list was coming up empty was because, the first
time I logged in with the Facebook account, I chose "not now" to the option
of finding your friends on Facebook. That was the reason.
So, for anyone having this problem in the future, make sure you let the Spotify app
"find" your friends.

I currently have several apple TV's, music librarys, airport speakers and everything works fine with sharing the way I have it set up.
There are two issues that i would just like to confirm -
1 - I would like to share my iphone library with itunes and have it show up under "shared" it doesnt seem to be possible. I understand that i can play all my shared itunes libraries on my iphone but dont seem to be able to share the music that is on the phone itself.
2 - I seem to only be able to select one airport express speaker set when i am playing music on my iphone. Multiple speakers seem to NOT be an option on the iphone.

Copy the entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one using one of the methods discussed here: iTunes: How to move your music to a new computer. If you no longer have the old computer and you have to transfer it from your phone, you will have to purchase and use third-party software to extract the music from your phone, such as Touch Copy or CopyTrans.

I am saying "Your music should be on your computer. Just sync the music to both iphones."
Open itunes, connect one iphone, select what you want, sync.
Do the same for the other iphone.

Can I share with iPhone 3GS

I'm reading many posts from prior to iPhone 4s and IOS 5 release about people sharing their iTunes library with their iPhone while on the same Wi-Fi. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about streaming movies over 3G, just while I am home on my Wi-Fi. Is this possible with Home Sharing and not buying an additional app? I have Home Sharing turned on in iTunes because I have Apple TV. And I have it turned on in my iPhone under Settings and Video (used to be iPod prior to IOS 5). What am I missing here?

Yes, you can connect to your iTunes library using Home Sharing to stream music to your iPhone 3GS using your home's wi-fi. I've updated to iOS 5
Make sure that you are logged in to your iTunes account using the same Apple ID on the iPhone as you are in iTunes on the Home Sharing computer. Do this in the Store settings.
In the iPod app, tap on more on the bottom of the screen. Then Tap on Sharing to view any Home Shares that are available on your network. Tap on the Home Share you wish to connect to. The Home Sharing library will load and you will be able to play all your music.
It's explained in more detail on Page 104 of the iPhone User Guide.

Thank you so much, a direct answer on something Ive been trying to get an answer for all morning. ipad mini with wifi only, is capable of sharing a personal hotspot on my iphone 5, but you think that in some cases it can be expensive. My provider insists that my personal hotspot sharing is free. I am with 3. Problem solved.

Drag your \Music\iTunes\ folder to the Shared directory.In the Finder, right click - get info.
Go to *Sharing & Permissions* tab and make sure everyone has Read/Write permissions and click the Gear and *Apply to enclosed items*.
Hold Option and launch iTunes.
Select *Choose library* and select the _iTunes library file_ in the \Shared\iTunes\ folder.
Log out and your wife logs in.

When turning PhotoStream on with photos available in the Camera Roll, only photos captured by the iPhone or saved on the iPhone are placed in the PhotoStream.
For all photos that were in the Camera Roll prior to turning PhotoStream on, import the photos with your computer and add the photos to your PhotoStream on your computer.

If you haven't set up your own Apple ID already don't. I suggest you use the same apple ID as your wife's. The alternative is to do this http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1848. It's not efficient as you have to swap apple id's to update apps under both IDs. 20/20 being hindsight, I would have never created a 2nd apple ID for my wife.
