Can't share pages through e-mail on my iPad

I finished a page document with Pages on my iPad and would like to share it through e-mail. However, after I sent it, nothing happened. I've tried to send it to more than five e-mail address and never got any? Why's that?

Could be a bad document.
Could be a bad email account.
Could be the size of the document and whatever size restrictions your email provider has in place (MobileMe and Gmail are 20 MB. Other providers are lower).
Test:
Make a new document and email it to yourself -- does it go through?
Email a picture to yourself -- does it go through?
How many pages is this document you are trying to email and are the images added to it?
If the new document goes through then we know pages is fine, its your document that is the issue.
Transfer the document to your computer via iTunes and see how big the file is.
Let us know the results.

Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>Other. Start there.

You can share them this way:
Suppose you and the person you're trying to share with (I'll call her Jane) have two separate computers with two separate Apple IDs. Each of those two computers have a current version of iTunes.
You could copy your book from your version of iTunes over to Jane's. How you do that depends on what types of computers you have, etc.
So now your book is sitting in Jane's iTunes. But you own the book, so Jane cannot access it. What you have to do, then, is authorize Jane to access the book you bought.
You do that on Jane's computer in iTunes by going to Store > Authorize This Computer in iTunes' menu. Enter your Apple ID and password there.
Then once Jane syncs her iPad to her iTunes, she will have access to your book.

Can't Send Note Through e-mail

Hi,
Any one having this issue? I can compose a Note to send through e-mail, but then it doesn't get sent.

My only other suggestions is add the email to a contact in your phone. When you type that contact's name, their email show pop-up below as an option. If that doesn't work, I don't know. Sorry.

I suddenly am not able to send email through Apple mail on my MacBookPro. ipad and iphone still working. I can also send email through att online. My email is @att.net, and the message says "The server cannot be contacted on port 465". (That is the proper port)

Here are some suggestions,
1. Try downloading another free email client to see if it works from there, just to eliminate other possibilities.
2. Try removing the account in mail settings, and adding it again with the correct settings.

How do I get past "Unable to Verify Hotmail Account Information" on iPad2? Can't retrieve my Hotmail e-mails from my iPad, Help!

Bought a new iPad2 with wi-fi access. I am at home on my wi-fi network using iPad. Trying to add my Hotmail account to the iPad so I can retrieve my e-mail messages. When I try to add the Hotmail e-mail account to the iPad, I select Windows Live Hotmail on the iPad. I then enter my Hotmail e-mail address and Hotmail password in the iPad. The iPad then says Verifying. Then a box pops up saying "Hotmail Account, Unable To Verify Account Information". I spent about an hour on the phone with iPad support and they tried everything they could to no avail. iPad support said I would need to contact Hotmail support. I have learned that Hotmail does not have a support phone number that you can call, only a search area that is of no help. I am able to log onto my Hotmail e-mail account no problem on my regular computer. I was able to program my wife's Comcast.net e-mail into the iPad no problem and bring up her e-mail on the iPad. I can not get past the "Unable to verify Hotmail Account Information" message on the iPad. Frustrated, want to be able to retrieve my Hotmail e-mail messages from my iPad, please help! Thank you.

My hotmail was working properly until one month ago , then I do not what happens ... My mistake has been to cancel that account and try to re-load it... I am blocked at "unable to verify account details".

Can someone access their AOL e-mail on my iPad?

I'm letting my cousin use my iPad for a week while she gives me a break from caring for my elderly Mother who is going through cancer treatment. There is no Internet access or wireless available at my Mom's house and that is why I got an IPad... knowing that I would be at her house caring for her for several months, I didn't want to be without Internet so I'm using the 3G cellular on my iPad. My cousin uses AOL for her e-mail. Is there an easy way for her to be able to get to her AOL e-mail using my iPad? I am not a bit smart about computer or technical stuff so if you can tell me in non-technical language, that would be great. Thanks.

On the iPad. Tap Settings / Mail, Contacts, Calendars then tap AOL.
Type in the account name, email address, and password and give it a description, ie., My AOL Account then tap Save.
Now go back to your Home screen tap the Mail icon in the Dock then tap the AOL account.

I can no longer scroll through app selections in Genius iPad

I can no longer scroll through app selections in Genius on my iPad in the App Store. I see the first row and half of the second row and cannot scroll. This is a new condition. Landscape or portrait is the same.

Just adding my voice as well.
Had this issue for awhile now. Believe it must have surfaced after last iOS update.
Quite annoying since Genius was a good way to quick browse for new app suggestions.

Alternatively (at least in iOS6) you can go to the Photos App, and open the picture you wish to send, and then tap on the "send to" arrow on the top right corner, and choose Mail. It will open a new mail with the pic attached.

When you purchase Pages or Numbers or Keynote or any app on the Mac App Store, you can install it on any of your Macs using the same Apple ID & password. Apps for iOS are sold separately in the iTunes Store, but also can be installed on any of your compatible iOS devices.
