I installed iTunes 11.1.5.5 on other Laptop and it worked...
Don't know what is the problem with iTunes on my system.

I have a brand new iphone 5s. I have been using it for less than a month now. Not even a single scratch exists on it and never have i dropped it. Today, the phone would not detect the signal and I was getting "searching" in the top left corner of my screen. So i figured this might be a software issue. I went back home and decided to restore it. I have the latest Ios ipsw file 7.0.4 as well as the latest itunes software. I tried to restore 10 times. I am getting error 1 at about 70% of the process. I tried on another computer. same problem. now i am stuck in a recovery loop. Any suggestions any1?

Check for hardware issues
Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the alert when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
Common errors: 1, 10-47, 1002, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1000-1020.

I was using iOS7, since tha release of the first beta version. Before sent my iPhone 5 to Apple for tech support i did a backup in iCloud. They returned me another phone, so I have an iOS 6.1.4 that doesn't allow me to restore iOS7 and I can't recover my data stored in the last backup. Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance!!!

Why can't i restore my new ipad-mini from my iphone?

I have so far spent 2 hours on the phone to Apple support trying to resolve this problem. I have backed up my iphone5 onto itunes and then tried to restore that backup onto my new ipad mini but it doesn't want to know. We tried uninsalling itunes and re-installing it to no avail.
I can restore a limited backup from icloud but it won't transfer any settings like my e-mail account details.
Can anyone help please?

Hi everyone my phone recently broke and i had everthing backed up to icloud and not my computer. will i be able to restore everything to a new iphone from icloud and if so how would i do it ? also if i back my iphone up to just my computer and it breaks will i be able to reinstall itunes on a new computer and get everthing from my iphone back ? I was just curious as to which method of backup is better for complete piece of mind if my iphone and computer were to break at the same time (i know that would be unlikely but stranger things have happend haha). hope someone can help me i would really appreciate it .

Yes, you can get the data onto a new iPhone. When you first turn it on, you will need to go through the setup screens, one of which asks if you want to restore from a backup. Choose Restore from iCloud backup and sign in with your Apple ID. For a complete walkthrough of each setup screen, see:

No CD drive, how can i get my CD's onto my iTunes/iPhone?

I have recently bought a new laptop, I couldn't afford a lot so I only bought one which had the essentials for what I use it for, this meant that this laptop didn't come with a CD drive. I have recently wanted to add my old CD's to my iTunes/iPhone but have not been able to due to not having a CD drive. Is there anything I can do to get my CD's onto my iTunes/iPhone? What are my options?

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

The messages are saying you have a 2G iPOd. Those canonly go to 4.2.1. Apple only made 32 and 64 GB 3G iPOd. A 32 can be either. To further identify yours:
