Can't show Chinese character

can type Chinese email but cannot display Chinese email when it receive. any hints to fix it?

Seems that you've multilingual operating syste on the device.
You receive emails with incorrect on with non-supported encoding.
If you receive emails via corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) - ask the BES administrator to check this issue.
If you receive emais via your Wireless Provider - contact your wireless provider support.

UWL Nocifaction can not show chinese code

Hi experts:
     My project is using UWL nocifaction to show SAP mail and read it.Now i am using SomProviderConnector .The email can display in work item, but when click "Show Detail" button ,the content can not display chinese character, All the chinese characters display "?".

DSO content can't display Chinese character

Hello experts,
I extract data from non-sap system (non-unicode) to BW DSO (7.0 unicode).
The DTP, data extraction and the activation all work fine.
However, the content of the DSO can't display the Chinese character.
Is there any setting I miss?
How can it display Chinese character as the data in source system?
Any information is very appreciated.

Hi,
Make sure Chinese Language Patch applied on BW system. You can see Chinese does not mean Chinese Language Patch applied.
However, even if Language Patch is not applied, you still can see Chinese in reports via Portal.

Itunes can not show chinese characters.

My Itunes can not show chinese characters, they are all blocks, while I can re-type in the chinese name of the song in Itunes, then it works.
The same as Japanese, some time it can show Jap, while sometime can not. How can I solve this problem. My computer is Mac system

Assuming you do have Chinese fonts and you can see Chinese in other apps, this problem is caused by the ID3 tags of the mp3's not having the right encoding. See this note for info:

IPhone 5s can't type chinese character after update to ios 8.1.1

Updated my iPhone 5S to ios 8.1.1. Since then, I am not able to type in chinese & japanese character.
Although I can select the input language from the globe, I type in the 'pinyin' but it shows only the alphabets that I type, not chinese characters. Same thins happens when I tried to type Japanese language.
Is there anyone can advise me what to do?

Reset all settings.
Reselect keyboard that I needed. (English, Chinese, Japanese, Emoji)
English and Emoji are ok.
Chinese character is ok. BUT it is ok for just a while. After i tried to change to other language and change back to Chinese, it has same problem again. Japanese 100% can't.

word as well. However, the report can only show english and the

How can I display Chinese Character correctly in JSP

Dear Expert,Now I develop web application which using CR report, the development tool is IBM RAD(rational) and the database is DB2 UTF-8. Because need user to input something in JSP, so the programmer use "GB2312" to convert to insert into the database. But when I create the crystal report and view in the web, the Chinese character can't disply correctly, like "???????", even I formated the font in report, doesn't work too.And I set the report JSP charset to "GB2312" or "UTF-8", both of them failed. Hi Steven, It sounds like you are on the right track to get the Chinese data to appear up correctly in the report. Can you tell me if you are using the JSF viewer or the JSP viewer?From what the developers are telling me the following should work:For JSP viewers to set content type correctly you can either use <%@ page contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8" %> Or response.setContentType("text/html;charset=UTF-8âu20AC) or simply call viewer.setOwnPage(true); if it not necessary to blend with other pages. For JSF viewer the third option is not available.What does your JSP page code look like? Also, what does the output look like?Finally, one last thing is to ensure that the font you are using in the report is available to the engine at runtime. This will mean that it wll need to be installed on the application server where your JSP page is running. Give this a try and let me know what you find. When I read emails in my ipod touch, the Chinese character cannot be shown properly. They appear to be all chaotic characters. Can someone help me what I should set up/install in order to view the Chinese character?

Thanks for trying to help.
So I have some songs with Chinese characters in the song names. They work perfectly fine, I mean before, when they become symbols, I just use the ID3Mod to convert them and import them into my iPod nano and I can see all right names.
Now, I don;t know what happened, I just discovered today. I found that most of the chinese characters cannot be displayed, they did not become strange monsters symbols, but " " blank.
Do Anyone have any idea what have happened ?
The thing I did today is just import a few new songs.
P.S: those names shown perfectly well in iTunes

I've got the same problem with itunes, quicktime, and also imported Safari bookmarks (the list is doubtless longer than that, but that's what I use and have noticed so far)
The OS recognises the Chinese, in fact in most cases I wrote the Chinese text in Mac OSX, and it displays the text correctly in the file name but when you open in itunes or quicktime it's scrambled into nonsense.
Since Chinese people constitute 1.3 Billion consumers that's a pretty poor show from Apple.. (LOL)

New drivers made programs show chinese charact

Ok I'm getting kinda pissed here, I installed new drivers for my SB X-Fi Xtreme Music and, well, after the update was done, every textline in the default windows volume control is in chinese, and all the Creative related software is also in chinese, another problem was that my Creative Console Launcher was uninstalled, and even if I try to reinstall my default drivers with the CD that came along with my soundcard, I can't get rid of those **bleep** chinese characters..
Am I going to have to format my whole PC to get this **bleep** thing working properly or what? :S
I'm starting to think not even that will solve this problem.. >.<

I think you may have downloaded the wrong driver. I did a search online and found many sites that say that the Dell XPS 8300 comes with X-Fi Titanium. You may have downloaded the X-Fi Xtreme driver. You may want to try downloading the X-Fi Titanium driver.

Fctix can't display Chinese character correctly

After last system upgrade,my gnome-shell updates from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2,then I find some character in the fcitx window is replaced by squares,as shows in here.

I suppose there's something wrong with the font,since gnome-terminal also has the problem and I change its font from "Inconsolata" to "WenQuanYi" thus fix it.
Same problem also occur in my chromium bookmarks folder names and the chromium title bars,and after change some system font through gnome-tweak-tool,it seems that everything is OK.
But all of these can't fix the problem of fcitx.
I am confused and can't figure out what the system upgrade changes my system config.
I also wonder how can I change the Chinest font of fcitx,for the fcitx-configtool just open ~/.config/fcitx/config but I don't know how to edit it!There is no item about "font"!

And, a strange thing is : If view the PO document by the 'Preview' button of the template in BI publisher administrator responsibility, The font of the PDF result is 'Albany SC WT'.

We want integrate Microsoft Exchange with our portal, the installation is OK. The version of Portal and Exchange portlet is 9026. We can see the portlet, but the Chinese part can not be seen correctly. At the same time we can see Chinese correctly if access ASP directly.
We have done the follow issue,
1) we change the character set of provider.xml to UTF-8, GB2312, etc.
2) Change the Inbox.asp to UTF-8, GBK, GB2312,
It does not work.
I found <Bug:2639641>, it is said that bug fixed in 9026, but we found it is not. I logged tar:3372704.995.
We are in our final step to deploy portal, thanks a lot for your help.
