Can't sign in adobe exchange

In illustrator open the adobe exchange but can not sign in to download the extension.....

Which Illustrator version and Exchange Panel version are you using? What message have you got? Are you using Windows or Mac?

    I try to do your step "Error: You are no longer signed in to Creative Cloud applications" but I can't sign in

    1)Open Control Panel and then click on the option "Network and Internet" .
    2)Click on Internet options, click on 'Connections' tab.
    3)In the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the Local area network settings box.
    4)Check the box-"Automatically Detect Settings" and then "uncheck" all the other check boxes like 'Use automatic configuration script', 'Use a proxy server' , Bypass proxy server' ,then click on ok button .
    5)Click on "LAN settings" button again , make sure "Automatically Detect Settings" is the only option selected, keep the LAN properties window open.
    Then try signing in to Creative Cloud.
    No other check box as to be ticked except " Automatically detect settings"  , it is very important.
    Sometime , it revert back the settings even thought we tick only " Automatically detect settings"  .
    Let me know if it reverting back the settings by itself after you close LAN settings window.

  • How Can I Sign The Adobe Reader X User Agreement?

    When I try to print documents, the reader 10 user agreement comes on, with the accept below the taskbar.  It does not respond when the cursor is over it. 

    I opened up the EULA in the C drive, put it on low pixellation via properties and signed it then.  Thank you for your prompt attention to my difficulty.  Take care. -Steve

    Are you doing this in the web browser?  If so, have you ever launched Adobe Reader as a standalone application?  If so, then you should have had the opportunity to accept the EULA.

    I am looking into purchasing Adobe CreatePDF for administrative work that I do for my job. The problem is that I don't have a set work station and am changing desktop computers in the office frequently. I was wondering if I can sign into Adobe CreatePDF from different desktops for this reason. An answer would be greatly appreciated! If yes then I am definitely subscribing to this product!

    Did you receive the document to be esigned through EchoSign or as an attachment in personal email?

  • Can't sign into Adobe cloud desktop app and can't download apps to install.

    I was able to download the Adobe Cloud app to my desktop, but it won't let me sign in, every time I try it tells me I've been signed out. I have uninstalled and re-installed it over and over again. I believe this leads to the other problem I am having whic is that I can't download  any of the apps when I click on an app to download it nothing happens, at the very bottom left of the browser window I see the following:-
    "waiting for sproxy-prod.adobecc.com"
    What should I do?

    I did it, everything seemed to go well, everything happened as it should I saw the "
    multiple lines which start with "Successfully copied the file" followed by:
    Operation has been successfully completed." but I still am not able to log in through the Creative Cloud desktop app or download any apps to install.
    Any other suggestions?

  • Using iText to generate a digital signature that can be signed in Adobe Reader

    I am able to create a digital signature in a pdf using iText.  Adobe Reader does not allow that digital signature to be signed.  Everything I have been reading suggests that I need to enabe Reader Usage Rights, but that requires using Adobe Pro.  I was hoping that I would only need Adobe Reader inorder to digitally sign the pdf, is that possible?

    Adobe InDesign is not supporting the Adobe Exchange as an extension from InDesignCC2014 ownwards.
    Most Adobe Exchange services, have now been integrated with Browse-Add ons which you can find in Windows Sub-menu.
    Ideally Adobe Exchange should not be there in your Windows--> Extensions menu, But you might have some other Adobe product which is making it to peek in that location.
    So, what has been happening to you is in a way expected,  For further investigation on who has caused this to happen, may I know which other Adobe Products do you have on your system?
