Can't sign in, forgot password, forgot recovery answer

Hello BlackBerry staffs,
My name is Sanjaya, and I am having a problem with signing in to my blackbery ID. what's happening is that I am switching to another phone, so I give my current Z10 to my young sister. She wants to edit the name and replace the email with hers. In order to do that, I need to sign in to my ID. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my BlackBerry ID password. I thought I remember the answer for the recovery question, but it doesnt seem so. However, I believe that te answers I've tried are closed to the real one. Can you please help me through this? Thank you very much

For your kind information, we are not BlackBerry staff, but volunteer whom enjoy to help with other members here
Regarding your issue, we can't use different BlackBerry ID in one device. Hence, if you want to change it with your sister one, you need to wipe your Z10 first, then she can use her BlackBerry ID on it ( she had made an BlackBerry ID for sure).
Don't forget to backup your device first, in case there are some data that you still need.

Can't sign on with password

I can't sign onto my OS. My password was working fine - now it doesn't work. I am not sure if a update was in progress and my son interrupted it????

It is probably caused by notification for update of Ipad operating system. There may conflict between newer IOS version on desktop and older one on Ipad at the mean time if you want to access by similar account. Otherwise, you need to set up again your account at setting panel. I used to have the same problem for first days logging on Apple store or others applications required user name and password. I bought my Ipad at an Apple store and it was configured with original profile. I had to adjust and it runs very well now. Good luck !

Where (which website) are you trying to log in?
Do you mean that you see the name in the Password Manager?

Hello Apple people,
I recently changed my Ipod touch password so that my fiance could get into it. Unfortunately, she went ahead and changed the password again and completely forgot it, thinking it'd be cute. Gotta love her.. .
Anyways, Normally, I'd have gone through the steps of syncing my ipod to my computer, restoring and then using the back up I'd made to bring it back to the last back up. Here's the kicker, I had to restore my computer in the process I deleted Itunes off my computer and neglected to reinstall it. I have pictures from prom and of friends that have passed and other data I'd like to keep that is only on the Ipod.
My question is, is there away to recover my Ipod touch password without completely wiping my ipod, all it's apps, photo's and data?

Well, the only way to remove the password is to restore the iPod. However, before you restore it, you can still get all your data. To get your photos, simply plug your iPod in, open iPhoto, and import them. For any other data, you can just back up to iTunes before you restore.

I forgot the answers to the security questions for my apple ID.
I recently received an iPad Mini for my birthday. ( Don't spam the comments saying happy late birthday, we're not here for a party. )
I want to be able to purchase apps and music from it, but I can't because I forgot the answers to the security questions for my apple ID.
I've looked around on this website for help, but nothing was very helpful. I know I need a rescue e-mail adress, and I have 2 linked to my Apple ID.
It ( The fourm I used ) says when I go into my apple ID and click "Passwords and Security", that there should be an option to send an e-mail to my rescue e-mail adress(es).
The first time I tried, no option.
I tried again, and still, no option.
I tried that so many times I lost count, and all resulted in a failure.
I reseted my security questions about a year ago, I'm not sure if it's that, or if I'm a total idiot and messed something up.
Well, Um.. Seriously. Please help.

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - the two that you refer to will be alternate email addresses, not a rescue email address (you can only have one on an account).
You won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

You may be able to change or reset the password on this old iCloud/Apple ID account, even if you no longer have access to the email address associated with it. Once the password is changed/updated, you should be able to log your iPhone out of the old iCloud/Apple ID account and log in to the correct new account. Yes, you can just log out of iCloud on the mini (Settings>iCloud> Sign out) and nothing will be affected as long as the iPad is not restored from any backup after that. Though if you're giving her the iPad I would highly recommend moving the pictures to your iPad (via this page) so that the mini can be reset and set up under your daughters ID to avoid Activation Lock in the future.

I believe part of the recovery process is you get an e-mail allowing you to reset questions. If that e-mail isn't correct either because your son set it up then you really have no option but to ask Apple again. They are getting strict abotu security and given the number of "My iTunes account got hacked" posts here I can guess why. They have no way of knowing you really are the owner of the account. It's like me going to a policeman and saying, "See that car over there? That is mine, can you open the door for me?" and the police opening it on that basis alone.
