Can't sign in nokia store ,help :(

it' more than month i can't open nokia store. What can I do?

It is possible to have more than one Microsoft account on the phone, but it still makes my head hurt..!
This is also not a proper troubleshooting step, it only makes things even more unpredictable and difficult to support.
First, on a PC, log on to the Microsoft account you first used on the phone: https://account.live.com/
Make sure that the account is verified (It sends an email, you probably did this already?).
Make sure that all personal details, time zone etc. is correctly entered and identical on live.com and on the phone.
On https://people.live.com/ on the PC check that your contacts from the phone are there?
In the menu on people.live.com, upper left corner, access the calendar, Outlook mail, OneDrive and other Microsoft cloud features, to verify if your phone has stored what it should synchronize in the cloud?
Now, back on the phone, in Menu -> Settings -> Mail + accounts, long press this account and select Synchronize.
Does it give any error message or error code?
If all looks normal, please make a last attempt in the store before the reset...
A hard reset wipes everything on the phone. I always copy all images and videos via USB to a computer, just to make extra sure that I have a full-resolution copy of both photos and videos - and double-check that the contacts on people.live.com are safe and that my calendar is up to date also.
Hard reset is done from Menu -> Settings -> About -> Reset ...
The phone is still on the latest firmware after the reset.

    To be honest - Apple did a miserable job in designing the user accounts on Apple Store, iTunes app profile, Apple ID profile and Apple discussion groups profile. You can't even change the password in discussion groups. You have to go through "forgot password" to reset it. I tried it once and never received the reset-email. Total misery.
    Anyway, I had the same issue with not being able to sign into Apple Store app. In the end I resolved it by CLIKING on the PURCHASES button in iTunes, then it asked me for password and then I was able to make purchases etc..

    I changed the login password - but keep getting the message 'could not sign in'
    Instead of my username I also tried my Ovi email alloted to me when i signed up

    I have tried turning off my firewall and anti-virus program which didn't work and also
    checking the GTE Cybertrust certifcates but only had one which does not expire until 2018

    I managed to sort it by checking firewall on my internet explorer and this didn't help but if you have norton security then you have to change the firewall settings on that to permit itunes.

    you updated to iTunes 11.0.3 (42), and before that, all worked fine?
    Instead, now, everytime when iTunes chooses to have you enter your credentials again, they're practically ignored, i.e. the dialog re-opens just like before, like in a time-loop (à la Groundhog Day)... Of course, if you enter something wrong, just to test, you get an error message telling that, but that doesn't help at all.
    If so, or even if not, try this:
    log out (click on account to do so)
    log back in (of course, your Apple ID is empty then!)
    you're good for another [insert Apples timeout here]...

    I already filed a bug report; please swamp Apple with more “Thank You”s by clicking iTunes (next to the Apple on the left-hand-side), then “visit iTunes feedback site”, and fill the forms there. Thanks!

    Try sign out, reboot iPad and sign in again.

    Close your iTunes,
    Go to command Prompt -
    (Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
    (Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
    In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
    netsh winsock reset
    Hit "ENTER" key
    Restart your computer.
    If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
    Now launch your iTunes, sign-in and see if it is working now.
    If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

    i got a lot of problem when sign in with pre-apple id account
    after sign-in we will need to review,
    and do a lot of configure before using the apps store
    but some of the setting is preset and we can't configure
    wonder why it still goes wrong ! (stupid input validating issues)
    for example, my email address is [email protected]
    but it doesn't accept because it is not end with .com (i sign up this email at apple.com)
    for the province was preload with apple data
    for me is KL but the validating asked me to input at least 3 letters or numbers for province
    i don't know what other problem after this because i was stuck here and i could not buy the apps >.<

    Do you use the iTunes Store for Malaysia? If so, you should be using the same account for the Mac App Store.
    Quit the Mac App Store. Open iTunes and log into your iTunes Store account. Make sure that all of the information is correct and up-to-date. At the bottom of the info pane reset the warnings. Open the MAS and you should just need to sign into your account and verify with your password to make a purchase.

    I'm having the same problem...it says 'accessing itunes store' for a minute then it gives me an error saying it can't be accessed...interstingly I can search itunes for content and it finds it, its just the main page that seems to be messed

    Have you logged onto iTunes and then the app store since you did the update? There is a new set of terms and conditions to accept and you may find you need to do that first. If you haven't yet done that try and see if that solves your problem.
