When I try to access iCloud from either my new iPhone 6 or my new iPad mini 2, I am redirected to an Apple.com page telling me how to set up my iCloud account, but it's already set up on both devices.

You can't access icloud.com using Safari on an iOS device (actually there's a way to do it, but many of the features won't respond to the touch screen anyway). You have to view icloud.com from your computer browser. All the data on icloud.com is already on your device and can be accessed from within the apps that you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, notes, reminders, etc.). If you need to use Find My iPhone on your device, you can download the free Find My iPhone app.

I can not sign in to iCloud from the control panel on my PC

I just purchased the New iPad and decided to do the iCloud sync. I have installed the iCloud control panel to my Windows 7 Pro computer, but when I try to sign in from the control panel it doesn't log-in. I have waited for an hour to see if anything would happen and it does not. I have even tried to reinstall. Does anyone have any ideas?

I was having same issue here (using windows 7 64-bit). iCloud control panel used to work fine for me before this last update, but then it stopped letting me sign in. After entering apple id and password, just hangs with the spinning progress wheel forever..
I tried uninstalling, rebooting, and then reinstalling the control panel, but still did the same thing. I also tried changing my iCloud password; new password worked fine for signing onto icloud.com and from my iPhone 4S but still not from the control panel. The strange part was let it would let me log into it with my wife's apple id ??
That got me experimenting some more and I realized that the control panel worked fine from a different user profile on my windows computer! After experimenting and nosing around in my profiles 'AppData' folder, I managed to get it to work again:
If you have iCloud control panel log in window open, close it
Copy this path to your clipboard: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Preferences
Goto start -> run
Paste the path and hit enter
From the folder that is opened, rename 'MobileMeAccounts.plist' out of the way (or you can delete it if want..)
Restart iCloud control panel and try logging on again. MobileMeAccounts.plist is regenerated the next time you sign out from control panel.
I'm guessing that somehow my (our) original MobileMeAccounts.plist has some sort of corruption in it, or maybe some log in attempt got hosed somehow and its preventing it from even trying? Who knows...

I'm getting an error message that says my iCloud password is not correct. The phone isn't connecting to iCloud. The password is correct on my other devices and I am able to login on them so I don't understand why it's different on the phone. Is there some way to check the password the phone is using? iPhone 5 with IOS 8.1.

If iCloud is grayed out in settings so you can't tap it and gain access to Settings>iCloud, you need to go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts and set this to Allow Changes.
If you can tap Settings>iCloud you should see and be able to change the Apple ID used to sign into iCloud. Watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJMKUo2HTRo. It shows how to change from one iCloud account (ID) to another. It will show deleting the account first; in your case, if you aren't already signed into an account, you can ignore this first part. Note, however, how he back spaces over the old ID name in order to enter the new one.

Any help would be much appreciated! I like to use NOTES on my Iphone4S but I can't seem to get them anywhere else but on my phone. I assume they're backing up but is there a way in ITunes or ICloud to view them??

It's difficult to have a document in iCloud and the hard drive, but you should know that all iCloud documents are also copied to a hidden folder called "MobileDocuments", so you can access to them without Internet. I don't know if this is the same for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, but I think that they do this too. If you want to have a copy on another folder, you have to save the document on your hard drive, make a copy of the document on another folder and then, upload one of the documents to iCloud opening Pages and dragging the document to the iCloud window

If you're talking about the iCloud backup you can't veiw the actual data contained in the backup, you can only restore it to your device. You can see the categories of data contained in the backup on your device by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of the device backup in the Backups list and look at the Backup Options. You won't see anything about the backup(s) on icloud.com.

I have had the phone since Sept. 2013. And I have email my proof of purchase to apple.
My orginal, orginal, Apple ID was set up by my daughter probly 5 years ago. I'm assuming she used her Gmail account for the name. Which would make sense, because m*****@gmail.com is the one the Phone is asking for. Problem is, No one at apple can tell me What the full Apple Id is.
They said the 5 *'s doesn't mean there only 5 letters missing, Could be more or less. I don't know the Apple ID it wants.
I never really payed attention to the Apple ID. I knew the password and that was all I needed. I did try and change this back in May. I ended up with 3 different Apple Id's. When I enter those ID's and Passwords, Computer & Phone, both say "Won't unlock this phone". Instead of the standard "Wrong ID or Password". So those are all good.
Only one of those Apple ID had a icloud account, with two devices, they were two older phones I think. Both removed now.
I think my phone had my Email as the Apple ID and My daughter's Email as the Icloud ID....
Thrusday Morning all the phone would do was ask for my icloud password. (which shouldn't even be enabled)

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

What you need is a file named Domain.sites (iWeb 2) or Domain.sites2 (iWeb 3). Copy it from your laptop to your other computer at home.
It's located in your Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder. Place it in the same folder on the other computer.
All the files for the site are contained in that file/package. After editing you will have to publish the changes to your hosting server.
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible in Lion or Mt. Lion enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and press the Return key - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
For Mavericks, 10.9, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
