Can't sign in to Itunes Store

I've gone through all the boards and have tried nearly every suggestion, But I still can't connect. Help.
1)I've been connected to itunes for 5 years with this pc. Downloaded songs a couple months ago.
2)Nothing changed on PC. All firewalls diabled, internet options correct. Etc.
3)Diagnostics show connections fine.
4)Can sign in account on internet.

For error 50 in the iTunes Store, take a look at the articles below. It will have you look at any security software to make sure that iTunes is not blocked to access the internet. You also try to access the websites listed to check against as well.

    i think what i did was instead of clicking the little button that has your email to sign into your account, i instead clicked "redeem" on the iTunes store homepage ((cause i wanted to redeem an itunes gift card)) which asked me to sign in, but that time my details worked?? idk but yeah if you try that it might work!

    Bought a new computer with Windows 7, installed iTunes today and wanted to log into my Apple account in the iTunes Store but it kept giving me this-
    'We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.'
    I have no idea what this particular message relates to... network connection? Apple ID problem? I'm not sure. I've tried restarting my computer and simply restarting iTunes itself but it hasn't done anything. Anyway, I'm at a loss as to what I should do now! Any help to offer? I just want to sign into my account to download songs I've purchased, since the music's been wiped from my phone now because I synced it to the new computer.
    I don't know if this is needed but my computer is an Alienware X51 R2.

    I was having the same issue ... unfortunately my fix may not help you as I am using a mac but I followed an apple support recommendation from this webpage http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1368?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US which under the "Troubleshooting on a Mac" said "You may need to reset your keychain. Connection issues are occasionally caused by keychain issues. Click here to find out how to use Keychain First Aid to resolve any issues with your keychain" I repaired my keychain and miraculously I was able to log in to itunes again. There is also a page link there "trouble shooting for windows" so there could be something there that might help which is equivilent to the mac keychain?  Hope this works for you too!

  • Can't Sign In to iTunes Store or YouTube

    Have two AppleTV's...an old one that is now in my bedroom and a new one for the living room. The old one works fine. But I'm trying to log in to YouTube and the iTunes Store and it says the username or password is wrong for each...I've tried over and over, but no luck. I even updated to the latest 2.3 and still nothing.
    Seems wierd that it would be two accounts, but I'm inputing everything correctly. Even tried using my iPhone to do the typing. But again, no luck.
    Any idea's?

    I have the AppleTV working again with Flickr, Podcasts, iTunes store etc.
    What appears to be happening (just my theory) is that during the update the network settings
    are being rolled back to a prior configuration. In my case the AppleTV was connecting to the
    correct basestation, with the correct password, but was using an IP GW & Netmask from an old
    config of months ago. Remember, the AppleTV was working moments before the upgrade.
    If someone else is having this issue, I would do something like this:
    1) Reset your Apple TV (not a factory reset, just a soft reset) ;
    2) Reset your base (again, not factory just soft reset) ;
    3) Select your base again & key in the password ;
    4) Key in your IP details again ;
    [ The Apple TV should be working at this point ]
    If not ...
    5) Check on your base the AppleTV is connected. I.E. that the MAC is accepted,
    the correct password being supplied etc.
    6) Check the AppleTV says its connected to your base
    7) Test if you can route locally over your LAN (IE can you access a local iTunes share?)
    if so, its possibly a routing or DNS issue
    8) Check independently the network base is working & check the DNS.

    It's a straightforward port-forwarding issue.
    You need to forward ports to the internal ip address of your apple tv as follows:
    TCP 123
    TCP 3689
    UDP 5353
    TCP 80
    TCP 4343
    TCP 53
    This may also solve other problems you may have with homesharing...

  • When I am trying to sign in to iTunes Store. I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID mail which does not belong to me... I can't connect to iTunes store and my Viber and Facetime are not active.

    My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully.     Where did you get this iPhone?
    Was it new or second hand?
    You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.
    Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > do it here.

    Tyring to sign in to iTunes store viz windows XP...I get to entering my ID and PWD and then the message pops up "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store...please review acct. info."  HELP!  I have cleared DNS, checked proper date & time and deleted SC folder from programs like support suggested--all to no avail.

    The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.

    received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.

    It's clearly not a cookie issue..
    As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
    Type this exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Cookies
    Click Go the move the   com.apple.appstore.plist   file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
    Relaunch the App Store.

  • Why can't I sign into the iTunes store?

    I've been trying to sign into the iTunes store for months now. Since v10 released, I have been unable to sign into the store, use Genius or any other feature that requires an active store use.
    I can sign in here (obviously) but when I try to sign in IN iTunes, it trys for about 30 seconds, pulls up the review dialogue and then goes back to asking me to sign in before I can review my information.
    Sometimes it pulls up a Welcome page that looks like it's all text without any of the formatting or bells and whistles.
    The fact that this has been going on so long, that I've found LOTS of other users with the same problems and that there is no fix for it annoys me to no end.
    Has anyone, anywhere found a fix or heard anything about this problem being patched? Should I try reverting back to 9.x version of iTunes?

  • Can't sign in on App store or iTunes

    Just updated Mavericks and now I can't sign in to App Store or iTunes. I know it's the correct password; same one I used to sign in here.
    Also, software update won't update Compressor for me. I tried trashing the app (as advised by Apple support) but App Store still shows it as something I need to buy.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
              SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
    from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
              View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take one of the actions that you're having trouble with.
