Can't sign onto Creative Cloud

Hello all,
I have tried all of the solutions suggested here, including installing the Application Manager. I uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled it. Each time I
launch Creative Cloud I get a blank screen (below).
I can still use Indesign and Photoshop, but now I need Illustrator for a project. I can't even download a free trial. Customer support phone line is down and I've been waiting for half an hour to chat with a representative. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Below are conversations I had with Adobe online agents.
THREE times I was told that I was going to be put through to tech person and was told to wait.
Each time I was waiting for over an hour!!!
I cannot log on and download Adobe Premiere Pro and I really need to as time is money and I'm under serious pressure to get a job done.

    I have the common issue of creative cloud not signing in. Tried to resolve this issue by deleting the opm, but that proves to not work either. does anti-virus software effect the sign in at all?

    Which OS are you using. Please update to the latest CC desktop from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, try to sign in again and let us know if the issue still persists.
    Try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
    Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
    If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
    Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
    If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
    You are no longer signed into your Creative Cloud applications
    Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

    if you have pruchase Creative cloud subscription the you dont need any serial number.

    I was busy with Muse and after the update (june) it didn't work any more. After changing account, changin creditcard (wich was recommended) I can login in adobe .com, have acces to my documents in creative Cloud but can't login on  Creative cloud on my desktop . So I can't download programmes anymore and I can't update Muse, even after uninstalling. Nothing worked only photoshop and Indesign works perfect . Muse and edge animate doesn't work anymore .Other programmes are unreachebale.
    What should I do ? I've tried already weeks different thing s? Now the account say's always 'signed out " Even aft
    er restart?

    I can not download in creative cloud! Every time I try, creative asks for password (although I am alreadt logged in), I write the name and password. It says , you have logged off. Try again. Choose to download PS CC. Again click in button download - asks for password - you log off - and so on!
    Second point: my PS CC is now in evaluation mode! Why?
