Can't sign out

my account is online/available all the time even when I signed out on all devices, what can I do? Please help

With the recent Adobe Security Alert, that has been happening to me. For me, it seems to have settled down to "normal".
When the problem was at its peak for me, I often got around it by going to http://www.adobe.com and using the Support Link/Forums to sign in. That worked most of the time. The other remedy was stick-to-it-tiveness.
Or, if you subscribe to getting email notification for thread that you are involved in, you might use those emails to gain access to the Adobe Forums.
Please read the details about the Adobe Security Alert and changing the password the goes with your Adobe ID. I see that John T. Smith has posted some information on that.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand it can be very frustrating when you cannot sign in, or sign out in this case, to your Apple ID. In this situation you may need to temporarily edit your Apple ID back to the original email address so that you can sign out. Once signed out, edit the Apple ID back to the new email address and sign in. Please use the attached article for further information.
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud
Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.
If you're still asked for your previous Apple ID password, continue to the next step.

Apple ID on my computer no longer exists, so I can't sign out

The Apple ID that is installed on my computer is no longer the email address that I use for my Apple ID, and the email account itself has been deleted so I cannot sign into it to change the settings. My current Apple ID works online on apple.com but I want to put it on my computer, except I can't sign out of the old nonexistent ID without it telling me that it is going to delete my documents, and I can't sign in to change the settings to remove them from iCloud so they don't get deleted. Look inside your ~/Library/Mobile Documents/ folder. (Open Finder, from the Go menu select "Go to Folder", paste ~/Library/Mobile Documents/ in to the box and click Go.) In Mavericks, Pages documents, for example, will be in ~/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~Pages/Documents.

Basically, someone was hacking my apple account for a while and kept changing the password so i kept resetting it, now i've had to change my email as icloud still wouldn't accept my new passwords - even after being updated. Now i can't sign out of icloud due to it being the wrong email and an unknown previous password, as i can't turn off find my phone.ipad. How do i solve this without losing everything as i can't just delete the account and the usb ports on my laptop have gone so i can't back up to my laptop. I'm running completely on icloud but desperately need it to update so i don't lose all my uni work as well off my ipad.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

I changed my Apple ID and now with my new phone when I restored a backup the old ID is still in there and I can't sign out of the old ID to log into the new one as the password does not work! I have multiple accounts not me but the whole family has apple accounts since we all are apples. Anyway everyone has a no credit card account except my dad. His account is synced in my sisters iPad. My dad changed the password so that we don't buy stuff the problem is we can't sign out of our dads account! I mean when we go to ipad:setting->store we already see that its already signed in my sisters account! But the problem is whenever my sister wants to update or download a free app it gives my dads email & wants us to fill the password! We already signed out!

The apple retail store said after you submit the email of your ipad the only solution is to format it. Your iPad does not have an email address.
You will need to add a CC card to verify your account. The CC info can then be removed and the account used normally.
It would likely be easier to simply update the apps on the computer then sync the iPad.
iTunes can be authorized for all accounts then all apps can be updated at once.

You should have done it the other way arround. You should have started with signing out, before you changed your email. I would suggest to follow these steps...
1. change your email address back to the old one
2. delete your iCloud account from all your devices (especially turn off "Find My iPhone")
3. change your email to your new email address aigain
4. add your iCloud account again

In all versions of iChat to to the ichat Menu > Preferences > Accounts and disable the "Enable this Account" tick box on the accounts you don't want to login (or remain logged in)
Alternatively you can go to iChat Menu > Accounts any ticked items in this List are Logged in.
Selecting them will log them out.
In the Preferences > Accounts you can highlight any account in the List and use the Minus button at the bottom to delete it (accept for the Bonjour one which is permanent).

Only if you set up the computer to require separate computer logins. It is tedious to retrofit that.
To help avoid problems you can turn off autosyncing so that you have to overtly start a sync. To turn off go iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPods...".
